Mr. Hossein Dezhakam's Speech in Jones's Legion, Taleqani Park

The method we have for “Weight Loss and Weight Gain” is unique; such a method does not exist elsewhere. Just understand this: your body must do the work of reducing weight; we are not the ones doing it. In Congress 60, everything is based on the body’s intelligence.

The eighth session of the second series of the Jones’s Legion (the Healthy Nutrition legion) at the Taleghani Park Branch, was held on Friday, August 30, 2025, at 7:30 a.m., by Traveler Reza, serving as the master of the ceremony and Traveler Saman, as the secretary, with the agenda “D-Sap,”.

At the Jones’s Legion of the Taleghani Park at 8:00 a.m., we were honored by the attendance of the Base of Congress 60, Mr. Hossein Dezhakam, the creator of the Dezhakam Method for “Healthy Weight Loss and Weight Gain”. His precious remarks are stated below:

Hello friends, I am Hossein, a traveler of Jones’s legion.
All human suffering arises from undiscovered knowledge. Until now, we have not had a method with a solid scientific foundation comparable to the Dezhakam Method. If others truly had an effective solution, they would have implemented it. In the fields of weight loss and weight gain, I have not observed any professor or scientist worldwide who has presented a truly scientific treatment approach except for methods such as cutting into people’s stomachs, forcing excessive exercise until the body develops excess skin, imposing starvation, or saying “eat this, don’t eat that.” The method we have for “Weight Loss and Weight Gain” is unique; such a method does not exist elsewhere.
Just yesterday, I granted liberation from underweight to someone who had used this very method. That individual weighed 37 kilograms and reached 57 kilograms. In other words, through the same method we offer you, it is entirely possible to either lose up to 40 kilograms or, as in this case, gain 20 kilograms in a healthy and structured way.
We work with the language of the body. Set yourselves aside, you do not truly possess awareness of your body’s language. If control of the body were handed over to you, you would not survive a single day. If control of the kidneys or even breathing were placed in our hands, we would not last a day. The body is performing its function in the best possible way; you are not in control. Yet you assume that because you have gained a few personal experiences, you can pass them on to others.
I personally came to the legion to clarify certain matters. A legion begins at a specific time and ends at a specific time; then everyone leaves. Only two people, on rotation, remain on duty as newcomers’ guides, in case guidance is needed. When a rocket is launched, even a slight deviation in angle sends it toward an entirely different planet. Similarly, if personal input is added or something is taken away from Dezhakam Method, that is where deviations begin.
For example, one person says, “Do it this way,” another says, “Do it that way.” Any guide who moves outside the Dezhakam Method and attempts to introduce personal ideas will have their legion closed.
We must learn how to eat. We do not have a system of “eat this” and “don’t eat that.” No instructions like “don’t eat bread,” “eat eggs only,” “eat walnuts,” “eat beets,” or “eat carrots”, none of that. I emphasize this clearly: there is no concept of “eat and don’t eat.”
The only important point is that in winter we eat winter salad, and in summer we eat summer salad, meaning seasonal salad appropriate to that time of year. In winter, when lettuce and tomatoes are not in season, when we eat salad, we can use a small amount of tahini (ground sesame seeds) instead of dressing.
Walking should be limited to just half an hour. You should not walk for two hours; otherwise, you will create many other problems for yourself. Mr. Reza has worked hard up to now and has helped a lot, but from this point forward, the system itself must function automatically.
Because the slightest deviation from the Dezhakam Method and its system leads us back to old patterns like calorie counting, “don’t eat rice,” “don’t eat meat,” “don’t drink soda.” Eat them. You may eat processed foods like sausage or deli meats as well but learn how to eat them properly. Right now, people are easily losing 50 or even 70 kilograms. Just understand this: your body must do the work of reducing weight; we are not the ones doing it. In Congress 60, everything is based on the body’s intelligence. The body must be intelligent, [as it is]; not you!
Each and every one of you is a guardian of the Dezhakam Method. If anyone speaks outside of this method walk away, and do not accept it. Otherwise, after five years, you will see the same thing happen again and impurities will mix in, other elements will be added, and eventually the method will no longer work.
Do not worry at all and simply follow the program precisely, according to the Dezhakam Method, and you will certainly achieve results.
In any case, I am very happy to see how united and cohesive you are. Stay well and continue your work.

Summary of the speech by the guide of Jones’s legion, Mr. Reza:
Hello dear friends, I am Reza, a traveler. We all have watched Mr. Dezhakam’s speech on Wednesday 19th November, 2025. I invite you to view it through Congress 60’s website if in case you have missed it. We all heard Mr. Dezhakam’s guidance and words. Congress 60’s approach to addiction cure goes beyond mere drug cessation. As you know, cessation is the first stage; the next stage is cure, which goes beyond cessation; and the third stage, which we are seeking is balance, which is beyond cure.
I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge my mistake. If I have ever advised you on specific foods or dietary choices when you asked what to eat or what to avoid, I must clarify that those recommendations were based solely on my personal experience and not on the Dezhakam Method, and in that regard, they were incorrect.
At this moment, we are gathered at Jones’s Legion (the Healthy Nutrition legion), and each individual shares his own experience in this legion. The primary educational source and priority for all of us in this Legion are the Dezhakam Method audio files and CDs. We all transcribe these files–why? Because we can clearly see that cure has achieved in a simple and practical way through this method. Right here in this legion, a collective weight change of all individuals is over 500 kilograms or even 700 to 800 kilograms using the Dezhakam Method. Some have experienced weight loss, while others, through the same method and by eating salad and eggs and gaining awareness have experienced weight gain. This method, in itself, is a flawless document. That is why I say the Jones’s Legion is a legion of awareness, not food deprivation or restriction of specific foods. The most important point is that we reach balance.
Dr. Amin shared a story from the late Dr. Haj Rasouli. He explained that during his lifetime, Dr. Haj Rasouli served as the physician of the national football team. On one occasion, the team traveled for a competition and stayed at a hotel with a well-organized self-service buffet and abundant food. While staying at the hotel, one of the team members began eating cream cakes. He continued eating excessively, to the extent that the next day he was unable to participate in the competition, and as a result, Iran was eliminated.
He said, “We did not lose to our opponent; we lost to the cream cake.” When we eliminate food and become deprived or obsessed with it, that is when we lose. What we need to achieve is self-control–control over our own desires. At the dining table, there may be a variety of foods present, but through awareness and knowledge, we must know what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and which foods are suitable for us.
As a guide, how did I come to understand which foods are beneficial and at what times they should be consumed? I learned this through educational files, by recognizing my body’s language, and by experimentally developing a suitable nutritional plan for myself using all types of foods. If I were to give you a fixed meal plan, I would be betraying you. Do you know betraying what? Your need to reach understanding and awareness. You must come to know your own body language through the trainings and the Dezhakam Method.
When the body realizes that food is consistently available at the right time, it no longer stores excess fat; instead, it releases stored fat or interestingly, through the same method it can even gain weight. If, up to now, I have done anything that has limited the growth of your awareness, I sincerely apologize.
