The twelfth session of the fourth round of the Jones’s Legion (Weight Loss and Gain Legion), in Salman Farsi branch (Isfahan), commenced at 7.15 AM, on Thursday, August 21, 2025. The session was led by traveller Alireza as the guardian, with Traveller Mohammad serving as the secretary. The agenda was the CD ‘Excess Weight 3’.
Mr. Dezhakam stated: “Eggs and cheese prevent strokes.” I found this statement interesting because I had never heard it anywhere before. In the medical system, they tell you not to eat eggs because they have cholesterol and fat, but Mr. Dezhakam precisely explains to us that you should definitely eat eggs and cheese to prevent strokes.
We must not deviate from the instructions of Congress 60. In my opinion, if there is a little cheese alongside eggs for breakfast, I doubt anyone would say, “I don’t like this breakfast.” However, as Mr. Dezhakam instructed: The egg must be boiled for four to seven minutes, based on your taste.” It can be accompanied by 10 to 15 grams of cheese, and one teaspoon of olive oil can be poured over the mixture. This combination will become a heavy, delicious, and highly beneficial breakfast. This is a common experience for all of us: we finish a meal and say, 'How delicious and satisfying that was,' and it’s perhaps because the body absorbed exactly what it needed. The Certificate of Liberation from excess weight includes a section related to transcribing the CDs on healthy nutrition that we should work on within the Weight Loss Legion; while transcribing is not mandatory, it significantly supports our treatment. Mr. Dezhakam provides clear details on foods we should consume and what we should provide for our bodies. If we tell physicians that we eat salad half an hour before lunch and dinner for weight balance, they will often laugh and argue that salad should be eaten after the meal, or that eggs are harmful to the body. Conversely, our healthy nutrition program of Congress 60 suggests we should consume eggs for breakfast five times a week. Following this program for consuming salad and eggs, weight will naturally and gradually decrease.
