Curing Overweight in Congress 60 with the Least Effort

Curing Overweight in Congress 60 with the Least Effort

Overweight and the Emergence of Various Diseases
I am grateful to God for being placed in this material life and process, allowing me to meaningfully apply its valuable and impactful teachings to every cell of my being and become aware of the characteristics and abilities of my body. As you know, the body holds great importance. This is why Mr. Dezhakam has included the topic “My Experience with Overweight and Balance in Congress 60” in the agenda for the past two years. Of course, this is to awaken us—to encourage us to think deeply about what the body truly is and how we should care for or use it.
Here, we must contemplate the essence of the issue, not merely its outward appearance—though a well-groomed appearance is also important and necessary. The main and vital concern, however, is the health of the body, which holds immense significance, as a healthy body is closely tied to the health of the mind, psyche, and soul. First, we must define a clear problem statement regarding our body. Then, through comprehensive answers, awareness, and proper understanding, we can attain true knowledge—essentially receiving a flawless certificate of health for our body.
Let us not, without thought, impose excess burden and fear upon the body—forcing it to carry unnecessary weight or, out of fear of hunger, prompting it to hoard nutrients and store them as fat throughout the body. As we know, all the pain and suffering that humans endure stems from ignorance.
At Congress 60, we’ve learned that each human body consists of around 40 billion cells. Each cell has a center and powerhouse known as a mitochondrion. These mitochondria contain between 25,000 and 35,000 genes, formed by combinations of atoms that produce amino acids, proteins, and DNA. These components create the body’s genes, which are essential for construction, metabolism, and proper function of the human body.
Here in Congress 60, we understand that one of today’s major human challenges is excess weight, which contributes to the development of numerous diseases and disorders.
Obesity results from the accumulation of fat in the body, which may be concentrated in areas such as the buttocks, abdomen, flanks, or may spread throughout the body, appearing as noticeable bulges. The first issue—visually—is the distortion of the body’s form. Fat also accumulates around vital organs such as the heart, stomach, kidneys, diaphragm, and others, placing significant pressure on them and initiating the onset of various illnesses.
These include high blood pressure, diabetes, spinal pain, back pain, knee pain, shortness of breath, blurred vision, hearing loss, sexual dysfunction, and weakened memory and cognition.
What causes obesity?
Overeating is one possible cause—particularly when a person, either unknowingly or due to a lack of control over their desires, gives in to unnecessary and unhealthy cravings and consumes excessive food. However, many other contributing factors exist as well.
These include lack of physical activity, genetics, not exercising, poor or insufficient sleep, improper eating habits (in both quantity and timing), lack of food compatibility, inadequate water intake, and being unaware of the type of food consumed—whether in terms of carbohydrates, fats, or proteins. Some individuals may eat very little, but the type and source of food may still lead to obesity or illness. However, in Mr. Dezhakam’s belief, obesity is not because of overeating, but because the body fears not receiving sufficient food, that is why the body tries to accumulate what it receives in different parts of the body, this phenomenon is called “crows’ trick”; because crows always collect food for later consumption.
Sometimes, a person—knowingly or unknowingly—fails to recognize these issues and turns to unscientific methods of weight loss, such as various surgeries or the use of chemical or herbal pills and supplements. These methods often fail to deliver lasting, ideal weight. And even if they do, the person may face loose skin, new illnesses, or unknowingly step into a path of self-destruction, filled with health risks and side effects.
Thanks to God, in this earthly dimension, we can gradually restore our magnificent bodies to full health through the DST method of Congress 60, the teachings of Mr. Dezhakam, and educational materials such as the 12 audio CDs on The Structure of the Body (Parts 1–6), the CDs of Overweight (Parts 1–4), Autophagy, and Thirst.
By adopting a few key principles—such as eating at least two boiled eggs per day, consuming salads and a variety of vegetables to ensure sufficient protein and vitamin intake, engaging in regular physical activity (a minimum of 30 minutes of walking), getting adequate sleep, drinking enough water, and choosing healthy and beneficial foods—we can begin to rebuild and regenerate our bodies.
Additionally, by using the gold liquid known as D-sap, we can rejuvenate the body, maintain its health, and move forward with self-discipline and mental stability. Combined with ongoing worldview training, this approach helps us sustain our vital journey in this dimension. It also supports the development of a mind free from negative thoughts—cultivating a highly active, open, and thoughtful mental structure that fosters the evolution of the soul and psyche in future dimensions and helps us achieve true balance.
Let us correctly honor and apply the triangle of Body, Psyche, and Worldview as the foundation for any healing process that contributes to human well-being.
I am deeply grateful to my God, and I sincerely thank Mr. Dezhakam for the teachings that help preserve our health and guide the evolution of the human being.
