Wednesdays' Workshops: "D.SAP"

In Congress 60, we were able to manage COVID and coronavirus effectively using D.SAP.

Wednesdays' Workshops:

The fourteenth session of the 86th round of educational workshops of Congress 60, dedicated to travelers and companions, was held under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Hossein Dezhakam, and me Traveler Mohammad as secretary.
The session began on Monday, 9 February 2026 (20 Bahman 1404) at 10:00 a.m., with the agenda: “D.SAP.”

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

With strength drawn from the Absolute Power of God, we begin this session.
Hello, friends. I am Hossein, a traveler and the session guardian.
(Audience responds: Hello, Hossein!)
I kindly ask everyone to observe fourteen seconds of silence to seek refuge in the Almighty and free ourselves from our greatest enemy, our own ignorance and unawareness. (Fourteen seconds of silence observed)

Thank you, friends.
Hello friends, I am Hossein, a traveler. I hope you are all doing well. By the grace of God, I am well too. Today is the 20th of Bahman, 1404, and the time is 10:02 a.m. We are at the Academy in Tehran.
Now then, the eighth meeting of the Didehbans (Watchers) was held on Monday, the 13th of Bahman, 1404, at 1:00 p.m. in the Simorgh Building, with Mr. Dezhakam as guardian and Ali Khodami as secretary.
The topics discussed and approved in that meeting were as follows:
Regarding the Guides’ Legion, as we had mentioned before, when guides complete their term of service, they may remain in their own branch and gather together. The structure and framework for this were also explained. Initially, the name “Ra’d” (Thunder) had been suggested, but I said let’s simply call it the “Guides’ Legion”, meaning the legion for those guides whose term has ended and who wish to remain active in that branch.
We have also outlined its structure and program. At the beginning, for several sessions, the Agent will be responsible for it. Later on, the members themselves will take turns serving as the instructor, one by one, in rotation.

The second matter concerns the Iftar ceremony during the holy month of Ramadan. This year, the Iftar will be held in all Congress 60 branches. For several years, it was never held properly from beginning to end, it would get interrupted by Nowruz, before the holiday, after the holiday, right in the middle of it, and so on. But this year, for the first time, it can be conducted fully and properly, so it will take place in every branch.
The meals served must be very simple, there should be no competition. We will provide a list of suggested dishes that can be prepared. It is absolutely essential that the cooks listen to the CD “cooking”. Even if someone is a professional chef, they still need to listen to the CD “cooking”. Just as we innovate in every area of our work, we also have innovations in cooking.
From the beginning of time until now, whenever people wanted to cook something like ash reshteh (A kind of Persian meal that is similar to soup), they would add cracked wheat or flour just to create thickness and give it some body. For many dishes, they struggled to make the food “set” properly and develop the right texture. But in Congress 60, we solved this issue.
To make food properly thick, rich, and well-cooked, you should use onions, and use them generously. As explained in the CD, you grind the onions and add them to the dish. For example, if you’re making abgoosht (A kind of Persian meal) and you want it to be thick and rich, you grind the onions and add them in, the onions naturally create a beautiful thickness.
Or if you’re making ash reshteh, grate or grind a large amount of onion. For instance, if you’re using one kilo of herbs for six people, you’ll need at least half a kilo of onions. Grind or grate them completely and let them cook together with the beans and chickpeas. Your soup will thicken very quickly, so much so that you’ll need to keep adding water to balance it. The same applies if you’re making gheimeh ( A kind of Persian meal). Listen carefully to the CD “cooking”, and you’ll see these results for yourself.
So please make sure to use it. I will explain the structure and guidelines shortly. Of course, each branch may also prepare one local traditional dish if they wish.
We hope that God grants us the success to hold the month of Ramadan in the best possible way. However, you must manage things carefully to prevent overcrowding. As much as possible, avoid congestion and avoid causing inconvenience to others outside.
During the holy month of Ramadan, Congress 60 workshops will begin two hours before Iftar. Since Iftar times vary by location, for example, it might be 5 p.m. here and 6 p.m. somewhere else, the schedule will be set according to local sunset times. The workshops will last about one hour and fifteen minutes, followed by about forty-five minutes to one hour for the legions, because Iftar will also be served within the legions themselves.

During the holy month of Ramadan this year, the general public workshops will not be held.
In Tehran, we usually have Saturday workshops where both women and men attend together. However, because the crowd becomes extremely large, this year only the men will attend on Saturdays, so, as they say, it’s “men-only rule” here (laughs). Of course, the women will still have their own session on Tuesdays.
The reason for this adjustment is simply that it becomes very difficult to manage and properly serve such a large gathering. In cities like Isfahan, for example, the branches are very big, and if both women and men were to attend together during Ramadan, it simply wouldn’t be manageable.
Now, in some smaller towns where there might be only 15 travelers and perhaps 20 or 30 members in total, that’s different, there’s no problem there. But in most larger branches, the joint public workshops will be suspended during the month of Ramadan.
The duration of the educational workshops during Ramadan will be one hour and fifteen minutes. The legions will last forty-five minutes, and they must finish before Iftar time.
With the approval of the Didehbans Congress (Watchers), Mr. Javad Sajadi from Mashhad has been appointed as Didehban Assistant of the Sardar Legion. Congratulations to him.
Also, with the approval of the Didehbans, Mr. Mojtaba Afshar from the Razi branch has been appointed as Didehban Assistant to Mr. Reza Torabkhani, the Didehban of the Guides.
The Didehbans present at the meeting were: Mrs. Hajimir, Mrs. Azarpour, Amin, Ali Ashkezari, Babak, Mehdi, Ali Majdian, Reza, Mehdi Sadeghi, Mohammad Sadegh, Alireza, Asghar, Ahmad, Majid, Javad, Abdullah, and once again, another Ali.

Alright, that was the report I wanted to share with you.
Now, regarding the exam that was recently held: when we look at the average scores across the branches, we see that some branches performed significantly better than others.
Among the male travelers in the DST group, the top branches were Sattarkhan Branch and Borujerd Branch, both with an average score of 18.71. These were the highest-performing branches in that category.
In the male newcomer guides’ section, Tehran Academy ranked first, with an average score of 16.96, achieving the highest score among newcomer guides’ section.
In the female travelers DST group, Yas Branch of Isfahan ranked first. Among female newcomer guides’ section, Mikhak Branch of Mashhad achieved 16.42, while in another newcomer guides’ category the score was 17.39.
For the orange-scarf companions, the DST group, Rose Branch of Tehran ranked first with 17.54, and their newcomers’ guides achieved an impressive 18.83.
Moving on to the female companions’ group (family group), the highest score was from Khajou Branch of Isfahan, with 18.90. In the newcomer guides’ section of that group, Dr. Masoud Branch of Karaj ranked first with 15.95.
Among male companions, Tehran Academy achieved the highest DST score with 18.65, and in the newcomer guides’ section category, Tehran Academy again ranked first with 15.40.
Now, regarding the clinics:
In the DST category, Shafaye Sabz Clinic achieved 16.52, and Damavand Clinic of Isfahan scored 16.08.
Among the female companions in the clinics category, Damavand Clinic achieved the highest DST score with 16.95, and Andisheh Nik Clinic of Isfahan scored 16.96.
These were the official results of our recent examinations.

Alright, there are a few important points here.
First, the holy month of Ramadan. For us, Ramadan is not just a religious ritual, its primary essence is the cultivation of the self, the training of the self. Of course, it absolutely has a devotional and spiritual dimension, but our main emphasis is on self-development, because it is one of the best and most practical methods for that purpose.
In fact, even the structure and discipline of the DST method were inspired by Ramadan.
When we talk about fasting, people usually say, “It brings reward,” and yes, that’s true. But behind fasting, there are many deeper layers. What are those layers?
One is discipline. The order and timing in the DST method were modeled on the structure of Ramadan.
Another is the concept of autophagy, which today has been scientifically confirmed. European and Japanese researchers have studied and demonstrated that when the body goes without food for more than about eleven hours, it begins to consume and eliminate excess and damaged materials stored inside. In a way, it performs a complete internal “house-cleaning.” I’ve explained this in detail in previous recordings, so I won’t take too much time on it now. But autophagy is a system in which, after a certain period without food intake, the body begins to use its internal reserves. The benefits are tremendous, it directly supports health.
Today, we have many doctors who treat disease, but we don’t really have doctors who teach health.
What should we do to truly stay healthy? What should we do so we don’t become overweight? What should we do so we don’t fall into imbalance? What should we do to prevent depression? What should we do so we don’t reach the point of suicide?
What should we do so we don’t become jealous or resentful? All of this needs to be learned.
When it comes to longevity, this system is part of the design. The One who designed the human body created it with this precise programming.
Now, in Congress 60, since members are taking medication, it has been clearly stated that those who are on medication may continue taking their medicine and still observe fasting. They are not forced to stop fasting; they can fast and continue their treatment at the same time. I’ve explained the details of this in previous CDs as well.
We sincerely hope that this year we can hold Ramadan in the best possible way. Of course, expenses have increased dramatically, prices are unbelievably high. I don’t even know how much a kilo of rice costs now, four or five hundred thousand tomans? And meat, maybe two million tomans a kilo? (laughter) Yes, that’s the reality. But God willing, we will manage. We will handle it properly and carry it out in the best possible way.
I’ve spoken many times about Ramadan before, and the recordings are available for anyone who wants to revisit them.
I pray that this holy month of Ramadan will be a blessed and beautiful one for all of you. We always look forward to its arrival. God willing, this year too we will be able to observe it fully and peacefully, and may no unfortunate events occur.

Alright, the next issue is the Book “Weight Loss”.
I had originally planned to officially unveil the book in a ceremony before distributing it. I even arranged for a hall and selected a venue. But with the circumstances that arose, it wasn’t possible.
Then one of our friends told me that someone he knew was using certain injections, injecting them around the navel, to lose weight. This is truly a disaster, a terrible disaster. The market has become completely chaotic.
The root of the problem is this: humanity’s difficulties are not always due to ignorance alone, but also due to undiscovered knowledge. Even those who developed these injections may have believed they were serving humanity. But in reality, we still don’t fully understand what this body truly is.
We think it’s just fat, flesh, and bone. We assume we can simply remove fat, cut something out, or inject something, and everything will be fine. But the human body is far more complex than that.
This body requires fuel. It requires raw materials.
Hair, even the hair I don’t have (laughs), needs nutrients to grow, to stay strong, not to break or fall out. Nails need nutrients. The skin is constantly renewing itself. The inner lining of the stomach is replaced every two or three days, because the acid that digests food also damages the stomach lining, so it must regenerate. The bloodstream requires materials. In the bone marrow, where macrophages and other cells are produced, raw materials are essential. The body needs enzymes, vitamins, amino acids, countless components.
Do you really think that by simply not eating, or by forcefully eliminating fat, everything will be fixed? That distorted faces and weakened bodies won’t be the result?
Because of all this, I decided to release the book without an official unveiling. If the opportunity arises in the future, we may hold a ceremony.
The book is written in very simple language. It discusses weight loss, briefly explains the X System, and also addresses postpartum depression, its causes and contributing factors.
I made a strong effort to keep the price low. Paper prices have become unbelievably high. To print a book like ours now, you would need seven to eight hundred million tomans in cash just for the paper alone. That’s only for the paper.
Although the book should realistically cost around 450,000 to 500,000 tomans, I released it at 220,000 tomans. I didn’t want the price to be a barrier.
Please use the book yourselves. And try to help spread it. If you have relatives or friends who struggle with weight, give it to them as a gift. Gradually, they may begin to understand what they are really doing to themselves, and realize the seriousness of the issue before it turns into a real catastrophe.

One of the ladies was sharing her experience. She said that ten to fifteen years ago, she had the fat removed from her abdomen. But even after all these years, the skin still has not reattached to the underlying tissue. There is still a gap between them.
She described it like wearing a loose shirt, there’s space between the fabric and your body. That’s exactly how it feels. And this is what can happen.
There are specific layers in the body that connect tissues together. For example, when the gums attach to the jawbone, there is a special connective layer, almost like a natural adhesive, that allows the gum to firmly attach to the bone. If that layer is destroyed, the gum can no longer adhere to the jaw.
Similarly, there is a connective layer between the skin and the underlying flesh. This layer binds them together. If that layer is damaged or removed, the skin and tissue will no longer properly adhere to each other. In her case, even after ten years, the space between the skin and the flesh remains because that natural connection was disrupted.
These issues are explained in the book. I truly tried to write it in a concise and simple way, so it would be easy to understand. Thankfully, members are already using it.
At Taleghani Park, when I am there, I also sign copies of the book. If members would like to take photos for the purpose of promoting the book, I take group photos with them, not individual ones.
If legions, whether family groups or the men’s groups, come together as a legion to receive the book, we can take a group photo with the books in their hands, again for promotional purposes.
That concludes the matter regarding the book.

The third matter is D.SAP, which is the topic we’re discussing today.
If I speak about D.SAP, I want to be clear: it has been a joint effort between myself and Amin. It was truly Amin’s work, and we developed it together. By God’s will, it has turned into something quite remarkable, almost unexpectedly so. You yourselves are discussing it in your contributions, exploring how it works and what it does.
I also made a serious effort to keep the price as low as possible. This year, even something as simple as apples has increased several times in price. But I tried not to let D.SAP rise significantly. For example, if it was 1million and 800 thousand tomans (per 5 liters), I raised it only to 2 million tomans, just 200 thousand tomans more. That’s not even ten percent; it’s closer to four or five percent. I didn’t want it to become financially heavy for anyone.
As for its benefits, by now you’ve clearly seen them. It is essential for many different systems in the body and can provide tremendous support. I’ve placed it on the agenda specifically so you can discuss its effects and explain to others how it works.
We even had many cases related to breast cancer. Quite a few people would come to me and say, “We have breast cancer. What should we do? We want to begin the journey (treatment).” I would say, “You can’t begin the journey like this.” They would ask, “Then what should we do?”
Sometimes, just to send them on their way, I would say, half-jokingly, “Go take D.SAP.” (laughs) They went… they took it… and they got better. (more laughter)
And I’m not exaggerating, we had many such cases. They used it consistently for five or six months, and their condition improved significantly.

ectiveness in addressing many different illnesses.
Normally, when we want to eliminate inflammation, corticosteroids are used. C orticosteroids reduces inflammation, but at the same time, it suppresses the immune system. That’s the trade-off.
D.SAP, however, works differently. It reduces inflammation while simultaneously strengthening the immune system.
There have been many scientific papers and numerous presentations about it, especially regarding COVID-19: one focusing on eliminating infection, and another on controlling inflammation. I personally delivered presentations about D.SAP at major medical conferences in the United States, explaining how it helped combat COVID-19.
In Congress 60, we were able to manage COVID and coronavirus effectively using D.SAP. Only one or two individuals who did not follow the guidance unfortunately passed away. May God rest the soul of Dr. Haj Rasouli, he passed easily.
Later, we also participated in major pharmaceutical conferences in Spain, where I again spoke about D.SAP and its effects.
We even sent it to specialized laboratories in England for analysis. The testing, conducted by professional analytical companies, cost over 400 million tomans. The results showed highly valuable and effective probiotic strains and lactobacilli present in D.SAP. These lactobacilli and their biological pathways play an extremely significant role in restoring and strengthening the body’s structure.
It helps eliminate infections with remarkable ease. For example, if someone has an ear infection, even placing a single drop in the ear can help resolve it.
So, this is another aspect of D.SAP. Most of you already know the details. Those who have used it and gained firsthand experience should share their experiences in today’s session.
The ladies can share in their companion groups, and the men in theirs, or wherever it is possible to speak jointly about it. Please talk about your real experiences with D.SAP, what you have observed and gained, so that others may benefit from your knowledge and experience as well.

I won’t go on too much about these topics anymore. We haven’t had a session for several weeks because the previous Wednesday was a holiday, and the next Wednesday, just the day after tomorrow, is also a holiday. I hope that starting next week, we can hold our sessions consistently on Wednesdays and organize our plans properly. This was a joint session where all the policies of Congress 60 are announced, and I sincerely hope it leads to very good results.

Thank you all for paying attention to what I said; I truly appreciate it.
The secretary also mentioned about rings: you shouldn’t wear more than two. One ring can be a simple band and the other an ordinary ring, no more. Some people come in, especially like in cafes, wearing four or five thick agate rings on their hands, and that doesn’t look neat or elegant.
Apart from D.SAP itself, we also have D.SAP cream, which we’ve been using as well. It has its own remarkable benefits and is considered one of the best creams in the world. While similar creams can cost five, six, even eight million tomans, D.SAP cream is far more effective. The ladies can also share their experiences with it.
One of the remarkable properties of D.SAP cream is its effectiveness for burns, it heals them very well. For bedsores, which usually have no proper treatment, D.SAP cream works beautifully and heals them with ease. It also treats fungal infections on the feet.
For facial skin, it nourishes deeply, acting as a nutrient source. It contains potassium, which helps the skin adhere properly to the flesh and muscles. In other words, it reduces fine wrinkles, and clears freckles and other blemishes, leaving the skin bright and radiant.
It’s truly an excellent product, and you can see the results for yourselves as you use and test it.

After the contributions:
Well, that brings us to the close of today’s session. A lot of effort goes into producing D.SAP. Mr. Amir Ghadiri truly supports and coordinates the entire country. Khodami helps a lot in production as a supervisor, and Asghar Mansouri does the same. Many others also contribute to make sure it reaches you. Shani is responsible for the cream section, and Amin, of course, was one of the original innovators and inventors. May God give them all patience.
This is nothing but God’s will, that we discovered a substance completely different from apple cider vinegar. It’s a very, very distinct product. The production process itself takes eleven months to a year, using the finest apples, with absolutely no impurities. The compound contains numerous components, including lactobacilli, some of which didn’t exist before and should be registered as a new invention. This is a completely new type of lactobacillus.
It’s an incredibly rich composition, with the most important properties being anti-inflammatory and anti-infective. Most illnesses are either infections or inflammations. For example, if your ear or eye gets infected, you can dilute some D.SAP in water, about 10–20%, and rinse the affected area. It works just as well for ears, nose, or wounds.
Again, it was God’s will that this substance was made available to us. It’s completely natural and very effective. Thanks to it, none of us suffer from colds as much anymore in Congress 60. Look at yourselves, you used to come in all the time for colds, but now, those who regularly use D.SAP hardly ever have that problem.

Another point I want to share is this: Congress 60 is much like a hospital, please keep that in mind. Our main work functions just like a hospital. Now, hospitals can be either psychiatric or physical, and we are both, physically and psychologically (laughs). We deal with both aspects. That is, we have unbalanced substance users, and we also have people with physiological and physical problems. So, we are addressing both physical and mental illnesses.
Right now, we have nearly fourteen to fifteen thousand patients who are on OT treatment. Their past use includes heroin, methamphetamine, opium, opium extract, and various other substances. We must organize our work carefully to keep this “hospital” running smoothly. That means avoiding gatherings. Wherever you are in the branches, when you go outside, don’t stand around in groups. Start your conversations at the entrance, then move inside the Congress. When you leave the premises, disperse immediately, don’t move as a group. Go your separate ways quickly so that we can maintain the hospital and continue guiding our patients toward their recovery.
