Hookah smoking is 100 times worse than cigarette smoking

Hookah smoking is 100 times worse than cigarette smoking

Hookah smoking is 100 times worse than cigarette smoking
This is the message by one of Mr. Dezhakam's Masters:
For each individual who wishes to undergo the procedure (of curing addiction), we set a specific plan according to their own affairs, and we ask them to continue their work with full diligence and enthusiasm so that this refinement center (Congress 60) functions better and creates a beneficial flow for both themselves and the system. Of course, the same process is carried out on us as well, so that we may pass from one Circle of Life to another. The manifestation of this process within the human being, through their own earthly form, holds a unique meaning and significance. We design instruments for humankind to attain greater ease on Earth; however, those same instruments lower some to baser states while raising others to higher (spiritual) ranks. This too is a form of purification carried out by divine command. It doesn't always have to be natural disasters like floods or earthquakes that cause loss—human-made tools can serve the same purpose. Yet God has granted human beings Aql (wisdom), so that they may make the right choice.
Mr. Hossein Dezhakam states, “The number of deaths caused by smoking is higher than the sum of deaths resulting from car accidents, illnesses, suicides, and other similar causes. Initially, tobacco was consumed using pipes, hookahs, or in the form of cigars. Eventually, someone invented the modern cigarette by wrapping tobacco in paper, making it (easily) accessible. Cigarettes are extremely destructive. It’s hard for us to believe that many people die every single day due to smoking, yet in our minds, we convince ourselves that smoking is harmless. Everyone who turns to smoking does so because of their lack of awareness and understanding. Most companions who have turned to tobacco products use did so as an emotional reaction or out of defiance toward their travelers (addicted loved ones). They often say, “We started smoking hoping it would scare our traveler into quitting their addiction. In addition to cigarettes, hookah smoking is significantly more harmful—up to 100 times worse. The smoke from hookahs contains a high concentration of toxic compounds that can severely harm the body and lungs. One of the most important parts of our body is the lungs, which contain numerous alveoli. They capture oxygen and distribute it throughout the body.”
The lungs have tiny sweepers (called cilia) that clean them, working like a car filter to purify the inhaled oxygen, which then exits through the nose. But cigarette smoke turns these sweepers black, and the alveoli can no longer clean the lungs properly. As a result, not enough oxygen reaches the body, and the lungs become blackened. When the body doesn’t receive enough oxygen, the immune system weakens, making us more vulnerable to illnesses like the common cold. When we truly understand the nature of a problem, we can solve it – this holds true for the issue of smoking cure too. We need to know what smoking does to the body physiologically and why we should quit smoking. Tobacco contains a substance called nicotine, which crosses the blood-brain barrier and replaces the body’s natural nicotine.
These same substances are naturally released in the brain and help a person feel calm. However, smoking disrupts this natural process, and the body starts relying on external sources for them. That’s why, if a smoker doesn’t smoke for a day, they may experience stress and irritability. Nicotine replacement therapy requires a full 10-month period to allow the body’s endogenous opioid system to fully reactivate. Smoking cessation treatment must address the physical body, the psyche, and one’s worldview. If we think of a person’s character as a tree, the roots of the tree represent their worldview.
The most important part — a person’s thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives — is eternal and forms the roots. The trunk of the tree represents the body. The branches and leaves symbolize the psyche, and the tree’s fruits manifest as human personality. To truly quit smoking, one must first transform their worldview. They need to understand that smoking is like a golden goblet filled with poison — and they are drinking that poison every day. Worldview plays a crucial role in all areas of life. There are several methods for treating smoking addiction: oral nicotine, nicotine patches, and nicotine tablets — among which nicotine gum is considered the most effective. One pack of cigarettes is equivalent to five 2-milligram nicotine gums. Using the DST method over a period of 10 months, a person can successfully and comfortably quit smoking. At Congress 60, the issue of smoking has been effectively resolved. In the branches of Congress 60, smoking — especially for second travelers — is not permitted. In conclusion, Mr. Dezhakam stated: “All these methods and cures are designed to help everyone who truly seeks liberation, achieve health, purity, and well-being. Congress 60 aims to consistently return strong, vibrant, and healthy men and women to society.
