Obesity Isn’t Just About the Body
Healthy Nutrition Through the DST Method: A Travel from 115 kg to 86 kg
In Congress 60, we believe that nothing in the world happens by accident. Everything moves toward balance in its rightful place, with a specific order, everything moves toward balance if we are truly willing. The DST method, which for years has guided many first- and second-travel pupils on their paths to recovery, is not limited to addiction cure; it also has remarkable effectiveness in the field of nutrition.
I, Hossein, a traveler on the path of healthy nutrition in Congress 60, began this journey when I weighed 115 kilograms. The overweight wasn’t just physical—it weighed heavily on my soul as well. Every time I looked in the mirror, I didn’t see the person I wanted to be—just someone tired, sluggish, and sometimes even hopeless.
But when I was introduced to the DST method, everything changed. Like all systems within Congress 60, this method is founded on Knowledge, Discipline, and Time. There were no harsh or short-lived diets, no unbearable pressure. Instead, the process unfolded gently—through gradual changes in lifestyle, nutrition, and my relationship with food.
DST in healthy nutrition means:
• D stands for the right Dose of food—not too much, not too little.
• S stands for the right Schedule of eating, following principles like three full meals a day and never skipping breakfast.
• T stands for Time—the patience it takes to let change unfold, not too fast, not too slow, just steady and faithful.
Over the course of eleven months, using this method—without medication or punishing diets—I reduced my weight from 115 kg to 86 kg. But more important than the number on the scale was the sense of inner well-being I discovered: a feeling of lightness, peace, and mental balance I had been seeking for years.
This journey taught me that obesity is not merely a physical issue—it stems from a lack of awareness. We need to understand what we eat, why we eat, and when we should eat. We must see food not as an emotional refuge, but as clean fuel for the body.
Today, I say with pride: not only have I reached my ideal weight, but I now guide others who seek balance, just as I once did. The DST method in Congress 60 is more than just a technique—it’s a path toward transforming how we see nutrition, ourselves, and life.
If I was able to do it, then anyone can—so long as they truly want it, receive the right training, take action, and have patience.
In Congress 60, we’ve learned that the path reveals itself through movement.
Finally, I am deeply grateful to Mr. Hossein Dezhakam and Mr. Amin Dezhakam for building the foundation that helped me—and so many others— live better lives.
