The sixth session of the eighty-seventh round of Congress 60 Workshops, dedicated to travelers and companions of the Shadabad Branch, was held under the supervision of Master Amin—the Worldview Dideban (watcher)— as guest speaker, Traveler Ali Asghar as guardian, and Traveler Ali as secretary.
The session, with the agenda “Fourteenth Valley: Love” began on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 3:45 PM.
Summary of Master Amin’s speech:
Hello friends, I am Amin, a traveler. I am very happy to be here at the old Shadabad Branch, which is the first Branch of Congress 60. Upon arrival, I stopped by the kitchen and asked how many meals had been prepared. They said 800, and I said that Shadabad Branch has always been a large family, and God willing, it will always remain so.
The number of individuals attending this branch is three times the usaual number of people attending a branch, and its companion section is a very strong one. These companions are a great support to travelers and their families. I hope that male companions will also grow in number. Travelers who have a male companion [father or brother] at home, who are over the age of 18, should bring them to the Shadabad Branch to receive the trainings. We have experienced that the more education increases, the better life becomes. The only thing that can truly correct the world is education. There is no doubt for us that one of the three sides of the triangle of wisdom is education, which must be delivered by a master. A person may have personal thinking and experience, but education is only possible through a teacher.
The proper use of this side of the triangle [education and training] enables human beings to reach wisdom and overcome dark forces. This knowledge must come from its source and be transmitted; if it is not given, a person cannot benefit from it. For example, the issue of COVID-19 was a relatively simple matter, yet the entire world was affected by it. Or other simple issues that many scientists work on for long periods of time. They are not untalented, and they have received the best education from the best teachers. Yet why do they not reach that knowledge? Because it is not given to them. Just like in football: if the ball is not passed to you, you cannot score a goal. The ball must be delivered to you so you can shoot, it may result in a goal or go out of boundaries. If you shoot without getting the ball, all that happens is that your joints get dislocated.
If a person has belief in the hidden aspects of existence, they begin to understand what the matter truly is. I’ll refer to Mr. Dezhakam’s example from Thirteenth Valley: the monkey that tries to take a banana from a crack in a tree trunk [when a hunter puts a banana in the crack of a tree trunk to hunt the monkey]. When the monkey grabs the banana, its hand gets stuck in the tree but it refuses to open its hand, so it cannot pull its hand out [and eventually, the monkey is trapped and hunted]. At a higher level, we too are like that monkey. To understand this, the Soul, or the Master, must provide the necessary education so that we can truly grasp the matter.
Therefore, our strength lies in these teachings that Mr. Dezhakam developed over many years through discoveries and books he left behind. These are our real treasures. Transcribing an audio lesson or CD is a correct way to make use of this true treasure. Listening to it and reading it are good, but writing has a multiplied effect that cannot be achieved through listening alone.
What is the treasure of Congress 60? It is the knowledge of Congress 60 and the individuals within it who have obtained this treasure and acquired this knowledge.
Love is the means that allows a person to benefit from this treasure and make use of it. Knowledge is like light; however, for a tree to benefit from light and perform photosynthesis, it must first be given water. The seed or sapling must be placed in soil and receive moisture. That moisture is Kindness or Love. When love reaches the seed, it gradually grows, sprouts, and emerges from the soil. Once its leaves turn green, it can then absorb light, grow, and bear fruit. Before that stage, it must first receive love or moisture. A seed cannot absorb light directly; if light is shone on a seed, it may dry out and be destroyed. Likewise, if there is not enough moisture, a tree exposed to sunlight will burn. Human beings are the same. In Congress 60, we have light and knowledge, which are discoveries, worldview teachings, and books. What enables us to benefit from this light is love, or moisture. Without love, worldview turns into a negative tool: you may think you understand a lot and have dissected concepts deeply, but you are unable to connect with those closest to you.
We are in great need of love. A person who receives love is drawn toward knowledge. When love diminishes, knowledge can become destructive to a human being. Light, love, and a correct desire are what lead to human growth. A person’s desire and intention must be valuable. Why do you want to become a guide? Why do you want to heal? Why do you want to get married? Why do you want to buy a car? Is it to show off to others, or are you seeking a means for comfort and ease? A desire must be refined and polished until it reaches the necessary level of purity. When it reaches that purity, you become a valuable seed, one that is worth planting, worth caring for, and worth investing time in.
A person must pay attention to these three components. In Congress 60, there is knowledge and there is love. Love exists both within Congress 60 and within us, but desire exists only within us. Each person alone is aware of their own true desire. When we want to plant a sapling [on arbor day], I tell the members to choose the best saplings. A cheaper sapling may seem economical, but in the end, it produces fewer and lower-quality fruits. If a person’s desire lacks purity, then all the years of time and energy invested in it will ultimately deliver an incomplete result. Is it really worth spending your energy and time on it? In fact, it is better if an unreasonable desire never comes to fruition. God does not allow the impure and low-quality desires of those He loves to bear fruit and grow. But for those He does not love, He allows them to nurture unhealthy trees for many years, wasting their time and energy on futile matters. However, God keeps those He loves waiting for years, until their desire and seed become refined and worthy.
There was a time when we used to pray so that our wishes would be fulfilled. For example, so that our grades would improve. But once we passed our courses, we went right back to where we started. Our desires lacked purity; our prayers were only for fulfilling a need.
When a desire becomes refined and pure, prayer is performed for peace, self-purification, and inner cleansing. When the desire is pure, one understands that waiting at traffic lights has value.
In 2016, I applied to ten different places for PhD interviews and was rejected everywhere. The only place I was confident I would be accepted was my own university. That day I had several errands to run, but I was certain I would go to the university and receive my acceptance result. I went confidently and asked for my acceptance letter, but the clerk searched and said my name was not on the list. I was so shocked and stunned that I could not respond [in persian, we say, I was so sad and upset that if you had cut me, I wouldn’t have bled]. Later on, I took the entrance exam for a public university and was accepted. At that earlier time, my desire was not pure, and I myself felt it. [The possibility of] being accepted into the PhD program had created a sense of pride in me [in the first time of applying], [that is why for the second time of applying for PhD], I even told myself, “You might not get accepted.”
Desires are formed within us, and through refinement and purification they reach sincerity and become valuable seeds. Only then do they deserve to be planted, to receive light, time, care, and water. The knowledge of Congress 60 is light, and this gathering, where people prepare food, offer iftar, and serve, is love, or in other words, water. Each individual member, from guides and border-guards to agents, is an expression of love. Even simply being present in this place is itself a form of love.
These three elements can truly help a person: a correct, reasonable, and sincere desire, one that can bring the best results. A person who possesses love knows how to connect with others. They can sense and understand people. They do not immediately hold grudges when someone speaks to them, do not take offense quickly, and do not seek revenge. This is what love truly means.
At the end of Fourteenth Valley, there is a passage that says: If you extend your hand and there is no resentment in it, you can receive love. The seas and the mountains are love. The oxygen of the Earth is love. The water of rivers and springs comes from the love of the seas. If a person frees themselves from the negative energies within and reduces them, they can benefit from the love that flows through every particle of existence and the universe, and they can become joyful. The Valley of Love is not theoretical. One must [put it into practice], we must give, must correct their resentment and arrogance. If you correct them, then to that same extent you will be able to feel love. I hope that all of us succeed in this matter and begin by practicing with small acts, so that we may reach greater expressions of love.
Today is also the fourteenth anniversary of the liberation of this Branch’s agent, Ali Rezvani. Ali is a very hardworking, dependable, and compassionate person. He has good, admirable character and made great efforts so that Shadabad could acquire land. This was the heartfelt wish of myself and all the members of Congress 60, and fortunately, it came to pass. Ali followed through diligently and worked tirelessly. In every sense, he is a kind and lovable person, and I congratulate him.
His fourteenth anniversary of liberation coincides with Fourteenth Valley and also with the fourteenth of Ramadan! Ali’s essence is good. All of this is blessed. Ali is one of the good members of Congress 60, and his presence is a blessing. I hope he achieves his wishes, and I extend my congratulations to his family and to all members of Congress 60.
Thank you all for listening to me.
The Wish of Traveler Ali
My wish is that the Sardar Legion becomes so active in all Branches that every Branch can acquire land for themselves.
Hello friends, I am Ali, a traveler.
I sincerely thank our worldview Master, Mr. Amin Dezhakam, who devoted great effort to me. I also express my gratitude to the respected family of Mr. Hossein Dezhakam. I thank my addiction treatment guide, Mr. Khodami.
I sincerely thank all the respected Watchmen of Congress 60 and everyone who serves and works within Congress 60. It is because of your efforts and services that I am standing here today.
I would also like to thank my companion’s guide, Ms. Elham.
I sincerely thank my wonderful companion, to whom I caused much hardship and pain during my period of substance use. Yet she always stood by me with patience and understanding. The reason I am in Congress 60 today and able to serve is because of her. She has always supported and encouraged me so that I can remain present and active in Congress 60.
I thank my daughter and my son, and all those who supported me so that I could reach this position.
I would like to thank our dear guests and Mr. Khan for being present at my liberation celebration. I also thank my dear colleagues and friends.
What I would like to share with you is that everything I have today is the result of my presence in Congress 60, the teachings of Congress 60, and my participation in the Sardar Legion. I hope that as long as I am alive, I will remain in Congress 60 and continue to be a member of the Sardar Legion. The important point is that when we support the Sardar Legion, it means that we truly value Congress 60.
I hope that you and I appreciate every single chair that has been placed at our disposal. We are very fortunate people to be present in Congress 60, where everything is prepared for us to receive education. May we always remain grateful to God, to Mr. Dezhakam, and to Congress 60. I am also very happy that my wonderful guide is with us today, and that in the final week of the year, all our dear friends have gathered together to celebrate this beautiful birthday. Thank you very much for listening to me.
Words of Companion Zahra
Hello friends, I am Zahra, a companion.
I extend my congratulations on this beautiful celebration first and foremost to Mr. Dezhakam, dear Master Amin, and the Dezhakam family.
I would like to thank Mr. Khodami, my traveler’s guide, and my own guide, Ms. Elham, who is with me today. I hope that Congress 60 becomes a global trend.
Words of Companion’s Guide Elham
Hello friends, I am Elham, a companion.
I would like to warmly welcome Master Amin, and congratulate Mr. Dezhakam and your respected family on this beautiful celebration. I also extend my congratulations to Mr. Rezvani and Ms. Zahra, and I hope that, God willing, they achieve all the wishes they have today.
Since this morning, I have had a very unusual feeling. When I first arrived at the Shadabad Branch, Ms. Zahra asked me to stand beside her as a guide. At that moment, I realized the reason for my restlessness today, and I am truly happy about it. It is an honor for me, and I feel that this is the most beautiful gift of this year that I have received today.
Valley Fourteen is the most beautiful and most complete Valley of Congress 60. All beings and human beings have come into this world in order to reach this Valley. Love and affection are the secret of movement in existence, and when a person steps into this Valley, they can fully understand humanity. Truly, Mr. Rezvani and Ms. Zahra are clear examples of Valley Fourteen; they possess deep kindness, love, and very generous hands.
I remember from the year 2012, when I entered Congress 60, that Ms. Zahra was always generous. In that year, Ms. Zahra donated a piece of land worth 12 million tomans to Congress 60. It was astonishing to me that someone would donate land of such value to a group of people struggling with addiction. If I am not mistaken, that land has now become the Molla Sadra Branch in the city of Isfahan. I truly admire her, and she is a genuine role model for me.
In Congress, Mr. Rezvani has always been at the forefront when it comes to financial matters.
When the Sardar Legion was formed, Mr. Rezvani was among the very first individuals to become a member. Regarding the Donor service initiative introduced by Mr. Dezhakam, Mr. Rezvani was one of the first to step forward and serve, and today he is also among the first to have received the Pahlavani’s Shawl from Mr. Dezhakam.
Mr. Rezvani is a kind, good-hearted, and low-profile person. God has truly bestowed all good qualities upon him at once.
On behalf of all the members of Shadabad Branch, we thank you, Mr. Rezvani, for your efforts and hard work, which give us encouragement and motivation. I ask God to grant you a life filled with dignity and blessings, and wherever you may be, may you, your wife, and your children remain healthy under God’s protection, with smiles always on your faces.
Thank you for listening to me.
