I hope you are doing well; I am doing fine.
Yesterday, we had the graduation ceremony for DST guides, where around 200 people, both travelers and companions, men and women, received their orange scarves. Although I have previously sent you videos of the scarf ceremonies for other events, I am sending you a short video of this ceremony as well, which now includes the date on the video.
In just a few days, the International Congress on Addiction Science will begin. I am sending you the image of the poster that was prepared for our panel at this congress. In fact, our panel is the most important panel of the congress and will receive a very warm welcome. Whether we like it or not, with the research we have done on addiction using animal models, many pharmaceutical treatments and various addiction cessation methods will be challenged.
Of course, I also participated this year in the Addiction Treatment Congress in the U.S. This is the third year I have taken part in this congress, and this year I also submitted a video of my presentation. In this video, we clearly and with specific evidence demonstrated that addiction treatment needs to be completely re-evaluated. It is as if we need to reinvent the wheel because the wheel that is currently being presented as addiction treatment around the world is not circular—it is shaped more like a pentagon or a square.
Also, at this congress, we presented two papers, and for both, we were invited to give oral presentations. Needless to say, I am invited to speak at many conferences on addiction, various diseases, and even those related to pharmaceuticals. This makes us very happy because it shows that the attention of scientific centers worldwide has been drawn to our work and research.
Regarding weight loss, Congress 60 has become very active in this area as well. You may find it hard to believe, but in Congress 60, we only teach overweight individuals how to eat properly without any kind of dieting. They must consume all foods and sweets, and if they follow the eating principles, their weight will easily decrease within 10 months to a year. Women are leading the way in this effort, and currently, we have many guides specialized in weight loss. I am sending you a few photos from this week related to this.
And now to the main and most important matter: your article, which has been accepted by the International Journal of Alcohol Studies. This is a source of great joy and pride for us. I must say that your excellent and compelling article, which examines Congress 60 and its treatment method and shows how multiple treatment approaches—physical, psychological, and social—are offered in one package called Congress 60, will allow us to take a giant step forward in our progress and in helping other human beings. It is like crossing a vast river and sharing our knowledge and experience across the waters. A hundred blessings upon you from Yazdan!
Next, we will prepare for your second article, which compares treatment methods in the U.S. and Congress 60—this will be a masterpiece.
Meanwhile, the work on D.sap has been completed, and we are getting ready to prepare for apple and grape pressing for next year’s D.sap early in autumn.
