Inspiration from Ramadan

Inspiration from Ramadan

Jones Legion News (Nastaran Branch - Isfahan)
Agenda: Inspiration from Ramadan
Hello friends,
I am Mehri, a traveler.
For all members of Jones’s Legion, it is recommended to follow this plan during the holy month of Ramadan: Continue your routine of walking 20 to 30 minutes daily as before. Iftar meals should be balanced and appropriate in portion size. At iftar, it is best to break the fast with a glass of lukewarm water and D-sap.
Another important matter to consider is ensuring sufficient protein intake in your Iftar meal. Drinking eight glasses of water between iftar and Sahari (the last meal before fasting) is important as well. Also try to avoid having meals after 8 p.m. and stay hydrated and satisfy your needs with liquids.
For Sahari, it is recommended to have two boiled eggs with your choice of vegetables while avoiding the intake of sweets as much as possible.
A body that lacks protein develops an intense craving for sweets, which can be difficult to control.
To prevent constipation during Ramadan, make sure to include D-sap in your meals, both before and after fasting.
Let’s not forget that fasting is a gift from God. So, let’s face and overcome our fears, eliminate unhealthy eating habits during this blessed month, and nourish our bodies with healthy foods. By doing so, we allow our bodies to enter the autophagy phase, ensuring a beneficial and effective fasting experience.
This Ramadan, let’s set an intention to embrace this important process and experience the profound transformations it can bring by the end of the month.
In the final hours leading up to iftar, the autophagy process naturally occurs in the body. In the process of curing addiction in the DST method with Opium Tincture (OT), we refer to this period as the waiting hour.
I hope we all receive the fullest blessings of this sacred month.
