Mr. Hossein Dezhakam's Speech on “The X System”

Mr. Hossein Dezhakam's Speech on “The X System”

The second  session of the 83rd  round of  Congress 60 workshops in the Academy branch of Congress 60 was administered on November  13rd, 2024 at 10 a.m. by Mr. Hossein  Dezhakam as the Guardian and Ms. Nahid as the secretary. The agenda was “The X System”.
Hello friends. I’m Hossein, a traveler. I hope you are keeping all well. Thank God, I am also doing well. Today is the November 13rd, 2024. In Persian calendar, 46 days have passed in the fall season, meaning the fall season is halfway through. Usually, after 45 days of a season, we move into the next season, so now we have entered the winter season. It is approximately 10:07 in the morning, and we are in the Academy Building in Tehran.

I congratulate you on Golrizan [ Money Donation] Week. Honestly, everywhere I go, I see flowers. When I entered the academy, I saw fresh flowers everywhere. Truly, this tradition is a very admirable and valuable one in our country. In the past, we had certain traditions that were very useful, strong, and good, but we have forgotten them and replaced them with some new trends that have caused trouble for everyone.
One of these traditions was "Golrizan". In the past, when there was no insurance—though even now, insurance is such that when someone gets insured, like life insurance, a team of insurance experts is hired to argue that the person died in a way that voids the insurance coverage. For instance, they might say, "This person consumed too much sugar and died of that, so it doesn’t qualify for insurance," or, "This person’s house burned down because they forgot to turn off the gas valve before leaving the house, so it’s not related to insurance." They always say so.
Anyway, that’s just a bit of humor and fun. But in the past, if something happened to someone—a merchant, a businessman, a shopkeeper, or a local resident—Golrizan would immediately be organized for them. Money would be gathered to save a bankrupt merchant or to help someone with a severe illness who couldn’t afford treatment. In this way, people supported each other.
But nowadays, this tradition no longer exists. For instance, if someone passed away, neighbors would never allow the grieving family to do anything. They would sit aside, and all the neighbors would come together. One person would handle the work, another would collect the dishes and clean up, someone else would take care of the burial arrangements, someone would bring potatoes, another would bring sugar, someone would bring tea, another would bring a big pot, someone else would cook food. You’d see that everything was taken care of by others, and they would tell the grieving family, "You just sit and mourn."
Nowadays, things are much harder and more challenging. When someone passes away, the expenses start from the very beginning, right from taking an ambulance. You’re asked to pay three million tomans, eight hundred thousand tomans, one million tomans, and so on. Then comes the burial, you are required to pay much money for the grave, this much for washing the body. When you go to a public bath, they charge you 100 thousand tomans to wash you; however, when someone dies, they charge 900 thousand tomans to scrub the dead body at the municipality's mortuary, even without using washcloth. You start to see the stark difference. While alive, it costs fifty thousand tomans for a wash, but after death, it’s nine hundred thousand just to have the body washed at the mortuary.
The grieving family, who has already lost a loved one, is burdened with grave costs, burial shroud expenses, and other related issues. Then, everyone comes to offer condolences, and the only thing they do is present a large wreath and hang a banner, leaving the family in debt. It’s so unfortunate. The same applies to weddings. In the past, people would come together in various ways to help and contribute financially. But now, it’s a completely different story.
However, in Congress 60, we have implemented programs for such situations. If someone loses a loved one, we’ve instructed our members to ensure they provide financial support [put any amount of money you wish in an envelope and give the person]. This has proven to be very effective many times. For instance, when someone faces a significant financial burden, like spending 80 or 90 million tomans for funeral expenses, the envelopes from members—amounting to 40 or 50 million tomans—can ease the financial strain.
This is an excellent form of support, and this Golrizan tradition (charity fundraising) is gaining more traction in our Congress 60 every year. To their credit, most members of Congress 60 have been awakened from their deep sleep and are actively participating in such support initiatives.
As I’ve said before, we don’t truly own anything; everything is entrusted to us temporarily. However, we are the owners of our knowledge and information.
We are the owners of our love, the owners of our expertise. What we possess, whatever we keep in our innate nature remains with us [after death]. Because death does not signify nonexistence or annihilation. Our generosity, our nobility, and all our traits and characteristics—all of these are inseparable parts of us.
However, spiritual matters will remain with us [in the hereafter]. If we are addicts in this life, we will still be addicts in the next world. For example, if we are malicious individuals here, we will remain malicious there. It makes no difference.
But if we are loving and affectionate here, we will also be affectionate there. If we are forgiving here, we will remain forgiving there. If we find peace here, we will also find peace there. Conversely, if we live in hardship and anxiety here, we will carry the same states with us.
You may see someone with great wealth, yet every night they need sleeping pills and are haunted by nightmares [because they do not donate their money]. But leaving those matters aside, it’s heartwarming to see how well everyone is organizing and participating in Golrizan.
I am very pleased to see everyone contributing and working together under the principle of “all for one and one for all.” Those who now become Pahlevans or attain recognition in anonymity do not donate their money for themselves. They do it for future generations.
Because of the Ministry of Health’s regulations, certain problems are emerging. Congress 60 is gradually and systematically ensuring that all clinics associated with it will be closed. Everyone must return to the Congress 60. In this way, guides will return, and their students can return with them. Families can also return. From now on, we will not provide guides to any clinics, nor will we send companions or traveler guides. Over time, depending on their circumstances, these will all be gradually phased out.
One of the most critical topics we address is the X System. The X System originated from our observation that when an addict stops using substances—especially abruptly or through certain methods—their condition does not improve. They say the credibility of science lies in its results coming from its application. I experienced this firsthand two or three times. Nine months after my release from addiction, when I had quit cold turkey— I relapsed to drugs again; not with a doctor’s help, nor with medication [could I improve my condition]. Although I had stopped using drugs for nine months, I never felt well during that time.
This method has been proven to be effective for future generations, for our grandchildren and their descendants to benefit from these findings, God willing, we will continue. Another critical aspect is that all branches must become self-reliant. No branch should rely on another, as much as possible. If someone wants to establish a new branch, they must request it from the Academy branch, where funds can be allocated for the creation of that branch. That’s a different matter.
However, if a branch is short on resources and relies on another branch to function, that is entirely unacceptable. All branches must stand on their own; otherwise, they will collapse and disappear.
The next topic is about the exams. Some exam results have been released, and the exams are graded with great precision and care. They are reviewed by a computer, and then two additional people check them. One person uses the computer to grade the papers, then they writes their name and signs the paper, and passes it to the next person. That person checks the computer’s grading for accuracy, signs off, and passes it to a third reviewer.
If you’ve noticed, on the guidance exam papers, the term "overweight" is written. Overweight is defined as being more than five kilograms above the standard weight. Currently, for those aiming to become guides, up to twelve kilograms of excess weight is allowed. Even if someone exceeds their ideal weight by up to twelve kilograms, they can still qualify as a guide. However, anything beyond that is considered overweight.
Excess weight is worse than heroin addiction. If someone uses heroin, the harm is less than carrying 30 or 35 kilograms of excess weight. I’m serious. It’s better for someone to be a drug addict than to be 35 or 40 kilograms overweight. That’s how significant the difference is.
For women, it’s an even greater disaster. Overweight women face numerous illnesses, and it even affects their fertility. Women with excess weight often cannot conceive. Running from doctor to doctor, undergoing treatments like IVF, or seeking other solutions won’t help. The natural system of the universe and the laws of nature dictate that if your weight is not within an acceptable range, you cannot support the development of a new life in your body [womb]. Excess fat and adipose tissues in the abdomen and body leave no space for nurturing a new life.
Even during childbirth, maternal overweight creates various complications, leading to crises. They may say with cesarean, we solve the problem of being overweight, however, cesarean has its own problems, which I won’t discuss it here. The bottom line is that being overweight is a critical matter. For this reason, if someone has more than five kilograms of excess weight, they are considered overweight, but this doesn’t disqualify them from taking the exams. However, when their application is finalized and they are about to receive their guiding shawl, they will be weighed, much like weigh-ins before wrestling matches. At the last moment, they’ll step on the scale. If their weight is too high, they won’t receive their guiding shawl.
Some newcomers’ guide may pass the exam and then retake it successfully in later years. These individuals are listed again but don’t need to redo their training period. They’re still considered newcomers, but the difference is that their names are announced, as their service period is limited to four years. For example, if a newcomers’ guide passes the exam, their service period starts from the time of announcement. If they retake the exam and pass, they can extend their service by another four years. This process can continue as long as they keep passing the exams. Their new service period begins from the date of their most recent exam.
This is another issue, and the next topic is about the clinics that collaborate with us. The Congress 60 organization has decided to gradually phase out its cooperation with clinics. This was an experience—a trial to see how things work and whether this approach would be beneficial or not.
Frankly, I wasn’t feeling well, when I quit drugs many years ago. Whatever I lost during the process of quitting substances wasn’t during consumption but during the attempts to quit. My primary substance was opium. It wasn’t the consumption that caused the damage; it was the withdrawals. Everyone around me would say, “You look fine,” but I knew that I wasn’t. I could feel it myself, and every consumer understands this feeling when they are unwell. That’s why they relapse—because they’re not feeling well. This sense of not being okay is the root cause of relapses.
At that point, I realized that the problem wasn’t psychological, emotional, or related to contemplation. You can try to use your thoughts to face fear or darkness, reassuring yourself not to be afraid. But even then, it’s not easy. Imagine trying to convince yourself that you’re full when you’re actually hungry. You can’t just say, “No, you’re not hungry. You cannot convince yourself that “you’re full; use your willpower”. The reality is I’m hungry because I haven’t eaten anything.
This issue isn’t solved by words or willpower. I see that my physiology is not functioning, I have no energy or motivation to move. For instance, I had taken an order to complete a task—let’s say, weaving a carpet. Only one or two rows remained to be woven, and if I finished those two rows, I could deliver it, get paid, and solve my problems. But I couldn’t even complete that simple task.
Walking, for example, activates and regulates the blood circulation system. Walking not only improves your circulation but also has significant effects on other aspects of life, including marital relationships. For both men and women, many issues are directly related to their blood circulation. When someone is inactive, not even taking a few steps, their blood circulation system doesn’t function properly, which in turn disrupts many essential vital functions.
Because of cold turkey, for nine months, I couldn’t weave those two rows. I wasn’t well. I mean it—I simply couldn’t complete that task, and I was on the brink of total collapse. Then one morning, I ate a small piece of opium extract with some tea. Within five minutes, I felt better. Believe me, I’m not joking. After half an hour, I sat down to work, and within an hour or two, I finished the task, delivered it, and resolved my issues. At that point, I said to myself, “Forget it. I don’t even want to quit anymore. I thought what kind of misery this is, what kind of torment this is.
This is what people around the world say when addicts are struggling: “I’m not feeling well.” And others tell them, “No, you’re fine.” But deep down, you know your own state better than anyone else. That was the exact moment when I realized that this issue was internal—something physiological. I didn’t know exactly what it was at the time. But eventually, I understood that it’s related to something we call the X-System.
I don’t exactly know what it is, but it involves certain substances that the body produces, such as dynorphins, endorphins, and enkephalins. Dynorphins belong to the morphine family, endorphins are also part of the morphine family, and enkephalins belong to yet another group. Then there’s tryptiline, which is part of another group. These substances all come from their own specific families.
We observed that the balance of these substances becomes disrupted, we named this system the X-System. In a substance user, the biochemistry of the brain becomes imbalanced, we call this biochemistry system the “X-System”. And what are narcotics? Narcotics are Anti-X. “Anti” means “against,” so Anti-X disrupts the X-System. Various substances—like alcohol, cannabis, cigarettes, and many others—damage this system. Even negative thoughts can disrupt the X-System. Despair, fear, anxiety, depression, and other negative mental states can slowly damage this system. Psychiatric medications can also harm the X-System, unless prescribed at very low doses, under the supervision of a skilled practitioner, and for a short period—not for lifelong use.
It’s like how we provide OT (opium tincture) to a methamphetamine user but eventually we wean them off it. The OT helps stabilize the user initially, but we gradually increase and then decrease the dose. After about ten months, we completely remove the OT, and the user’s condition improves. This led me to define the concept of the X-System: a collection of neurotransmitters, hormones, and mediators. Over time, we’ve added elements like epigenetic circuits, and this definition has gradually become more comprehensive.
We later discovered that the X-System isn’t just critical for addiction recovery but also plays a vital role in many other diseases. It’s a system that includes neurotransmitters, hormones, mediators, and foundational elements of the body, along with epigenetic circuits. The body has multiple systems—nervous, digestive, circulatory, genomic, and more—all of which are subsets of the X-System. If these systems malfunction, they cause crises and problems. For instance, when someone develops breast cancer, it means their X-System isn’t functioning correctly.
In the United States, every hour, 35 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. Every hour, 35 women visit their doctor only to hear, “I’m sorry, you have breast cancer.” This is a verified statistic. I know this because I’m a member of the American Society of Hematology, and I regularly receive emails with research and statistics. Just yesterday, I read an email confirming this number: 35 cases per hour. This is directly linked to the X-System. Changes in this system’s parameters lead to such outcomes.
What causes these parameters to change? Certainly, substances like alcohol and drugs play a role. But many people neither consume alcohol nor drugs, yet their X-System is still damaged. Why? The reasons lie in their thoughts, mindsets, diet, sleep habits, and lifestyle choices. How they live and the methods they adopt for life [their life style] significantly affect the health of their X-System.
People with cancer may say, since my grandmother had it too, my aunt had it too, [that is why I have got it]. However, you have this disease only because you have followed the same path they did, just as your aunt lived, you lived the same way. You eat the same foods as your aunt. You follow the same path. So, as you see, obesity is the result of an unhealthy  diet. Obesity brings all sorts of illnesses. When a person doesn’t consume fruits, doesn’t walk, doesn’t move, they will be sick.
Well, the circulatory system doesn’t function as well. Because, there is no movement, the person doesn’t exercise, doesn’t swim, doesn’t walk. They do not consume the necessary nutrients. All these things cause the X-System to fall out of balance. When you see a healthy system, you feel happy. A series of hormones and chemicals must be secreted and enter the system for you to feel happy. When a part of your body aches, something must enter the bloodstream—a system that relieves you of that pain. Or when you become hopeless, depressed, and retreat into yourself, certain substances are secreted in a way that makes you feel depressed and hopeless. We need to stimulate their secretion. Through our negative thoughts, we cause, for example, cortisol to be secreted, which disrupts the system. When negative substances and hormones are secreted, cancer cells are allowed to do their job.
Now, sweets are anti-immune system. When you eat sweets—well, Saeed [a pahlevan of Congress 60] is here and he is a confectioner and is sitting here—when you eat sweets, it disables your immune system. That’s the nature of sweets. Let’s eat a small amount, but not too much of it. You can eat a small amount of sweets so that Saeed doesn’t suffer a loss. He even brought me a small box of sweets this morning. Eating too much weakens the immune system. Sugar, in general, disrupts the immune system.
Now, as we start a topic, other topics come in between. There are many points and issues crucial to our lives that we are unaware of. You may have a doctorate, be a professor, a university lecturer, a minister, a lawyer, or a businessman, but we don’t know these things. No one has explained to us what relationship exists between marital issues with blood circulation and walking. They have a profound effect. What does breast cancer have to do with walking? A profound effect. What does nutrition have to do with endometriosis? A profound effect. We haven’t received the necessary substances. Our entire physiological structure depends on internal substances produced in the body.
There are over 100 elements in the periodic table. So far, sixty-four have been identified in our bodies, such as copper, calcium, potassium, and sodium. When we look, we see that sixty-four of them are used in our bodies, like a house that is built with bricks, cement, sand, iron, and tar. All these are in our bodies. We need to obtain some minerals, get essential nutrients through food and vitamins. We need to drink liquids. Do we drink six or seven glasses of water daily? No. When we wake up in the morning, do we drink water? No. Do we eat vegetables?
Now, members of Congress 60 are learning these things. All Congress 60 members, anyone with an illness, should try to follow Congress 60’s diet table. Even if they are not sick or overweight, they should still follow the table. They should eat salad half an hour before a meal, eat [two] eggs in the morning. They should stick to that table. When they wake up, drink water first in the morning to live a long life. All of this lies in the X-System.
Over time, we realized, "Oh, my God, the X-System isn’t just about this disease, addiction; it encompasses all illnesses." Most diseases follow a pattern. What does the pattern say? All of them follow a pattern. Most diseases arise due to disruptions in the system. If we restore the X-System, diseases will disappear. That’s why you see that our scientific articles—one is about ulcerative colitis, one is about MS, one is about breast cancer, one is about leukemia, one is about Hodgkin's lymphoma, and another about epilepsy.
And now we’re working on all of them. We’re collaborating with reputable universities worldwide. Regarding leukemia, we’ve become part of the American Leukemia Researchers. In England, we’re becoming part of their research as well. We’re working on stem cells and using those methods. We’re becoming part of that group. Everyone is inviting us to various fields. It all ties back to the X-System. Now, four or five of our articles have been accepted, though due to disruptions in the international system for publishing Iranian articles, there have been some delays.
You see that the diseases all follow the same pattern. But now, some people come to me and say, “We have a patient.” I say, “I’m not a doctor or a physician; I can’t do anything directly.” But I recommend that they use Dsap. Many people, including our members, have used it—there’s a record of them. Some had breast cancer, used it, and got better and they recovered because it contains the necessary nutrients. It’s anti-inflammatory and anti-infective. If the body doesn’t get the essential nutrients, it cannot heal itself.
All illnesses are caused by a deficiency in certain vitamins or essential substances, leading to disruptions in the X-System. Thus, we see that our X-System, which initially started as a hypothesis for addiction, has now evolved to encompass all illnesses. It can be expanded and developed to address a wide range of diseases. If our members actively participate in Golrizan [Money donation ceremony], it’s because they have achieved balance and health. When they wake up [in the morning], they don’t think, “Just for today, [I am alive].” They think, “For always, for a lifetime.” They don’t live only for the present moment—they plan for their entire lives, that is why I have to be always well, always energetic.
So, they have become disciplined and organized; their physiology has strengthened, enabling them to work and live productively. They earn income and don’t hold back from [financially] supporting Congress 60. This is the greatest awakening for humanity. Pahlevans of Congress 60 who donate their money are the true winners. Those who engage in such activities, are indeed successful—not necessarily because they possess great wealth. Since some of them struggle to provide money [10000 dollars] for being a Pahlevan.
In summary, the X-System is a collection of systems within our body that, when disrupted, lead to various illnesses. To restore it, we must correct our lifestyle, diet, and sleeping habits.
When someone sleeps at 3 or 4 a.m. and wakes up at 10 or 11 a.m., what does that mean? Truly, good for those who wake up at 5 a.m. and go to bed at 9 or 10 p.m. They enjoy complete health and longevity. They get sick rarely, or not at all. They are always energetic and experience peace and comfort. On the other hand, woe to those who sleep at 2 a.m.—they face countless problems.
For our longevity and health, we must pay attention to our weight, sleep, diet, and exercise. We need to manage everything. And we can do this now—meaning, we can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It’s like climbing a tree: you have to do several things at once. You must manage your personal life, contribute to the Congress 60, transcribe your CDs, guide your students, take care of your home, organize your job, open and close your shop on time. Whatever tasks you have, you must plan them all to live well.
I think I’ve spoken enough for now. I hope God restores the X-System in all of you and that we take care to restore it ourselves while seeking God’s help. Thank you for listening to my words.
