Hello friends, I’m Milad, a Jones traveller (Jones is the name of the Weight Loss Legion), my journey duration was 10 months. I was guided by Mr. Reza Parsa, my weight loss has been 20 kg.
I’ve learnt in Congress 60 that a human being has a Self and a body, each of which needs healthy nutrition. Healthy food not only directs the body in a certain direction, but also dominates the human Psyche.
It’s said in the Holy Quran, “human beings should look at what they eat”. It is clear and obvious that paying attention to the food we eat, is not only a superficial attention, but also it means paying attention to what we eat, it means we have to think of food texture and its invigorating components and also its wonderful effects on human beings, and its profound meaning is to think of the creator of all food sources (God).
When I didn't know about my body structure and I was almost 20 kilos overweight, I was only looking for ways to fill myself up with food and I didn’t pay attention to my food and nutrition at all. But since I’ve started the Jones Travel and started eating salads (before each meal), I’ve learnt to look at my food and think about what to eat and what not to eat.
1) Drinking D.Sap in the morning:
D.Sap has many diseases preventive properties, therefore it is recommended to consume it daily. It is an extract to detoxify the whole body. It removes toxins from all the organs and systems involved in the body. It helps to lose weight and sliming down as a strong fat burner, because it suppresses appetite and also increases body metabolism. It has a pain relieving quality and due to its antibacterial and antiviral properties, it can relive many pains such as stomachache.
Another benefit of D.Sap due to its high potassiom content is preventing some effects of ageing like thining skin and becoming less elastic, decreasing fatty tissue just below the skin and appearing wrinkles.
2) Walking in the morning:
When I entered the Jones Legion, my guide told me that “you should walk for half an hour a day”. Since doing this, I've been surprised to find that I have more energy throughout the day to do my daily routines. Walking has lots of benefits for boosting health, such as activating the glands that produce opioid-like substances in body and strengthening the body's immune system.
3) Daily consumption of (boiled) eggs:
Egg is a complete food, rich in protein. When we start losing weight, in addition to fat, we also burn some muscles. This can be damaging, because muscle is more metabolically active than fat. But when your body gets enough protein, the muscles remain the same and fat removes itself fom the body automatically .
4) Eating salad (at least) half an hour before meals:
Using salad before meals, in addition to preventing the feeling of hunger, provides the necessary vitamins for body. This also prevents constipation during the day. By following this discipline, digestive diseases outbreak will be prevented. Due to its high fiber content, salad causes more bowels movements, so it helps to improve digestion.
