Dear Bill,
I hope you are well; I am doing well. I hope the reconstruction efforts in your city after the storm are progressing smoothly. We are also in the process of grading exam papers, addressing the exam priorities in all branches, and announcing the results as they are completed. I think so far, passing grades for nearly 20 branches have been released.
Another update to share with you is that the "Golrizan Week" has concluded, celebrated as a festival across all branches. During this week, all members voluntarily contributed financially. Each branch is required to deposit these financial contributions into Congress 60’s account. In other words, no cash is received; all payments must be made directly to the Congress 60 account. The amounts collected by each branch are clearly specified, deposited into Congress 60’s account, and held as a reserve. Of this amount, 20% goes to the Congress Central branch (or the "Federal Account," as you might call it), and the remainder is for the respective branches, which can access it as needed—usually for purchasing land, renting, or buying buildings.
As I mentioned, initially, I couldn’t gather the financial resources, so I created the Financial Legions. This means that each branch now has a financial legion dedicated solely to planning and securing financial resources from its own members. Individuals can become members of the financial legion by paying a fixed amount. Overseeing these financial legions is a "Guardian of the Financial Legions," who supervises and plans for the activities of these legions.
Fortunately, with this planning and establishing financial legions, Congress 60 is in a good financial position. I should also note that every year, I personally contribute an amount to Congress 60 during Golrizan Week. This year, my contribution, if calculated in dollars, was around $30,000. As the founder (root) of Congress 60, I must always set an example, being the first to step forward. And as I’ve managed to stabilize Congress 60’s financial standing, I’ve also achieved stability in my personal and family finances, primarily through my agricultural work and book publishing. Currently, I own the Dezhakam Publishing House, where I only publish my own books.
When I take an action, others observe, and if they find it feasible, they follow. Congress 60 operates on modeling, and fortunately, we have excellent role models within it. Research activities continue, and we are preparing results from cellular and molecular studies on animal samples related to opium, amphetamine, and fentanyl. Currently, four of our papers have been accepted for over four months, but due to publication issues affecting our country, they’re in a queue. We hope these papers—related to breast cancer, colitis, and addiction studies comparing those treated in NA and Congress 60 with the DST method, conducted at the cellular and molecular level with blood samples—will be published soon.
The samples were studied in the UK, and the expression of all relevant genes was examined. Thankfully, we’ve been able to rehabilitate and reset most of the genes deregulated due to addiction with the DST method.
For the continuation of our collaborative project, I am ready to work with full capacity.
You asked how drug tests are conducted after completing DST treatment:
Three tests are conducted for seven types of substances: opium, methadone, B2, benzodiazepines, cannabis, tramadol, and amphetamines.
The first test is conducted 14 to 21 days after completing treatment (OT cessation).
The second test is conducted about six months post-treatment.
The third test occurs about a year post-treatment.
Follow-up supervisors oversee these tests, and each guide must send their student for follow-up within the specified time. If a traveler (student) does not go for follow-up, they cannot participate in the legion, as this could indicate a relapse.
Additionally, an addiction test is mandatory for all members who wish to celebrate anniversaries. A copy of all follow-up records is maintained in both the
branches and the central office responsible for OT and follow-up, allowing us to request any follow-up documentation needed at any time. Within minutes, the follow-up records will be in front of us.
It’s worth mentioning that we delegate the follow-up tests to clinics that provide OT medicine to travelers. The follow-up forms and results are completed with the physician’s seal and signature and then referred back to Congress.
If you have any further questions, please write to me, and I’ll explain fully. Give my regards to Mrs. Rita.
Friends and brothers on heaven and earth forever
