Congress 60’s rules and Description of Duties. The Congress of 14 Didebans or Watchers [hereafter called C14]. 1) The Didebans are the Legislative Agents of Congress 60, they act the same as the House of Representatives or Parliament. The Congress of Didebans now consists of 12 travelers and two companions who are highly experienced with a brilliant record. 2) Since the Didebans have sharp eyes and wide communications with Congress 60 members, they observe all the members and introduce some individuals to the Guardian of Congress 60 (Mr. Hossein Dezhakam) to be confirmed as a Dideban. The selected members must have passed their guidance period with success, they are the innocent individuals who avoid causing harm, who have acceptable behavior and are well-balanced and rational, briefly, those who are good servants of Congress 60. 3) If the selected person can acquire the majority vote of the Congress of Didebans and the confirmation from the Guardian of Congress 60, they will be introduced as the Dideban and will receive a White Scarf and start serving for four years. 4) Four Didebans are responsible for managing all the branches of Congress 60 and above all of them, is the Guardian of Congress 60. 5) Each Dideban acts like an observer and has their own responsibilities. They are like the ministers responsible for a special ministry, for instance, the Dideban of Research, Worldview, Family, Public relations, the Female travelers, Sports, and Guides. Each of these sections has its own Observer [Dideban]. Agents From all Congress 60 members, those who have had the best services and the most moral ones, those who are heading towards the aims of Congress 60 and are role models of peace, love and respect in their branch, are selected. The relevant Dideban of that branch introduces them (to C14) and the Guardian of Congress 60 confirms them to serve as the leader of each branch. The agents serve for 14 months and their duties are as follows: 1) They guide and observe the performance of the border-guards, so that the border-guards accurately perform and implement the laws of Congress 60. 2) The agent is responsible for the publication and OT (Opium Tincture) sections and must be aware of the latest Congress 60’s laws. The Border-Guards: The border-guards are the administrative agents of each branch, who are selected by the members of each branch. Their duties are as follows: 1) They are the protectors of the sanctity, principles and laws of Congress 60 in their own branch. 2) The Border-guard legion for male travelers consists of five male travelers, the Border-guard legion for female companions consists of two females, the Border-guard legion for female travelers consists of two female travelers, and the Border-guard legion for male companions consists of one male companion, who either have experience of consuming drugs or is close to the drug-abuser. 3) All the branch’s affairs including holding the meetings, the start and end of the public and private meetings, legions, ceremonies,  Conferences, elections, necessary communication and coordination between the branch and local authorities, qualitative and quantitative level of education, sports, finance, taking inventory of the properties and furniture of the branch, preparing and filling the relevant forms, appointing the servants of the branch [for each service], etc. are the responsibilities of the border guards. Guidance The equivalence of the word “Guidance” in Persian is Rah-Namaei [Rah means path and Nemaei means to show], therefore, a guide (Rahnama) shows the path of liberation from addiction, it means the guide conveys their own information, knowledge, awareness and experience to their pupils. Guide-assistants In Congress 60, a person can become a guide only if they once had been a drug abuser and have been liberated from addiction. They must successfully pass the Technical and Worldview exams and receive an acceptable Discipline Score from the border-guards and finally they must be approved by the sports border-guards, and the C14. After making a covenant, they will receive an orange scarf and they start serving people for four years. [The companions of these travelers also can participate in the exam and after doing the above-mentioned stages, they can be a guide-assistant too]. Pupils A real, successful and innocent pupil seeking for liberation from addiction is the one who regularly participates in the meetings and attends the meetings before the meeting starts [at least 15 minutes before the start of meeting]. The pupil must learn that it is their own duty to pursue their goal, the pupil must ask their questions from their guides, and receive their OT’s (Opium Tincture) prescription, and solve their own problems. In other words, a pupil [Rah-joo: path-seeker, in Persian means a seeker of the right path] is a person who seeks the right path, this is the same as Danesh-joo, the seeker of knowledge, Daneshjoo is a university student who seeks knowledge and is responsible for their own learning and success. A pupil is not a school student who must be observed and taken care of constantly. Travel Travel means a movement from a known start point to a known destination. For an addiction travel, the start and end point must be known, knowing the start point is as significant as knowing the destination, this is a movement from addiction towards Light, Health and Liberation. A true traveler is the one who travels from the darkness to Light, from ignorance to wisdom, from fear to bravery, from illness to health, from blasphemy to Faith, from humiliation to pride, from anger to affection and finally from hatred to love. The First Travel The period within which the medicine (OT) replaces the drugs to the time when the medicine is cut, is called the first travel. Within this travel, control, treatment and balance simultaneously start. And after 11 months, controlling and treating come to an end; however, the movement towards balance is to be continued. In other words, the first travel refers to the period of consuming to cessation of drugs consumption. The first travel is for those individuals who have started a very momentous movement to liberate from addiction.     The Second Travel The second travel starts from the drug cessation to Self-Recognition. This period is a drug-free one, through which the person tries to know themselves. In this stage, education and recovery are combined with proper sports activities like sports competitions. In this stage, the person gets familiar with their own inner hidden powers [abilities]. The second travel is the same for the travelers and companions, the companions are the individuals who had not any drug-abuse experiences. The second journey is impossible without learning the Worldview. The time for this travel is unpredictable and depends on the current status of the person and their efforts in this journey. The Third Travel The Third Travel is the endless stage of understanding the order and mystery of the Creation, it continues from Self to reach the Omnipotent or the Creator.   Companions   A companion is a person without drug-abuse experience who is working to push ahead Congress 60’s aims. Traveler A traveler is a person willing to liberate from addiction and has just started his travel.   Legion Each guide has some pupils. The group made up of a guide and their pupils is called “Legion”. They gather together after the official public meetings of Congress 60 and the guides convey the instructions of Congress 60 to their pupils. The Group-Therapy Meetings (Educational Workshops) The Educational Workshops are the Group-Therapy Meetings which are held with a predetermined agenda so that the members communicate their attitudes and they are provided with the scientific, empirical and practical strategies. The accountable members in a workshop are as follows: The Meeting’s Guardian The guardian is accountable for holding all meetings, they also should take all the responsibilities of the workshop. The guardian is also responsible for the quality of education of each workshop. Secretary The secretary is the successor to the Guardian and is responsible for transcribing the Guest Speaker’s speech and the participants’ contributions in a notebook. The secretary must prepare the notebook and help the guardian in holding the meetings.   The Guest Speaker The guest speaker is responsible for different sections of a meeting including announcing when to read the manuscripts and when and who to contribute in the session [each individual can take turn and talk about the agenda and contribute]. The guest speaker is also responsible for the announcement of liberations from addiction [weekly, the liberated ones introduce themselves in front of others]. In the beginning of the meeting, the guest speaker talks about the agenda based on their own experience within five minutes and they are not allowed to interfere with the contributions of the members.   Worldview The way a person observes themselves, their family, friends, relations, interactions and their society is called “Worldview”. In other words, whatever we feel, receive, understand and recognize about the Existence is called “Worldview”.   OT (Opium Tincture) Medicine In the latest method of treating addiction, Opium Tincture has been recognized as the most effective, most efficient, and the least dangerous medicine to cure all types of addiction including addiction to morphine, stimulants, amphetamine, and psychotropic drugs, because Opium Tincture contains different compounds and alkaloids which are necessary and needed for body. Opium’s structure is highly similar to the opioid-like substances naturally produced in the body. This medicine contains opium, water and a little alcohol (as a solvent). 100 cc OT contains 10% opium, 20% alcohol and the rest is water, which make opium more effective. This medicine not only cures addiction, but also with its unique method and mechanism, it cures lots of incurable, rare and special diseases, whose treatment is unknown to the world. The medicine was first tested by the National Center for Scientific Addiction Studies and Congress 60 and the results of the pilot study were brilliant. Then, with the approval of the Ministry of Health, this drug was introduced into the country's drug cycle for the treatment of addiction.     D-Sap D-sap is a therapeutic substance derived from apples. It is one of Congress 60’s achievements which was first used to cure constipation among the first travelers, however, thereafter obtained results were extensive and extraordinary. D-sap is similar to vinegar but its production process is different. Its acids and mineral substances are the essential components of vinegar which highly affect its taste and functions. Different vinegars have different acids and mineral substances; furthermore, these components mainly depend on the raw materials and the methods of production. Changing the mechanism of vinegar production has led to improvement of the quality of the produced substance and that is why D-sap is highly different from vinegar. It was first used to cure constipation; however, it gained amazing results later. D-sap is full of mineral and organic substances and has been tested in accredited laboratories, it has been proved that D-sap contains phosphorus, sodium, manganese, iron, chromium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, etc. D-sap consists of six types of acid namely citric acid, tartaric acid, gallic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, malic acid, as well as many vitamins including B12, B5, B3, B2, B1, C, D, and E. Later, it was revealed that this substance cures many digestive, respiratory, and infectious diseases, it heals fatty liver, kidney and its stones, skin disease and sagging skin, eczema, varicose veins and blood vessel occlusion, Alzheimer's, etc. In the years of Corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic, D-sap passed its test in the best possible way and was recognized as the best medicine for treating Corona disease.
