Smoking is directly linked to human thoughts and mindset.
In Congress 60, we, the travellers, have come together to address another social problem—smoking—which brings various health consequences and diseases. Nowhere else in the world can smoking and drug addiction be treated as effectively and effortlessly as in Congress 60. Fortunately, Congress 60 has thoroughly studied the harmful effects of smoking and drug use on the human body and has introduced the D.S.T method as a model and key to overcoming any problem or destructive habit, including smoking.

But why do we become dependent on cigarettes? Because our bodies have a system that produces natural nicotine or nicotine-like substances. But why do we not develop a dependency on vegetables and grains, yet become addicted to nicotine and drugs? Because these substances do not naturally exist in the human body and do not integrate with it. In contrast, nicotine, drugs, and alcohol are already present in the body and are naturally produced. When we consume these substances externally, the body's natural production decreases. When we first started smoking, we might not have been able to finish a whole cigarette, and just a couple of puffs made us feel unwell because our bodies naturally produced enough nicotine. In Congress 60, we’ve learned that smoking directly affects our thoughts—because nicotine-like substances fill the synaptic gaps between neurotransmitters in the brain.

Why do we always experience withdrawal symptoms when we suddenly quit smoking? And why do we start smoking again? Because quitting disrupts the synaptic gap in the brain. Without nicotine to fill this gap, the nervous system becomes unsettled, making it difficult to stop smoking. In Congress 60, replacing smoked nicotine with oral nicotine makes the treatment easier for us. After tapering down over 21 days and passing 10 months, we can achieve a complete recovery.
The Triangle of Recovery consists of the body, psyche, and worldview. The body and psyche relate to physical and mental aspects, and we rebuild the body through medication. Worldview pertains to human thoughts and mindset—if we can properly educate ourselves and control our thoughts, our recovery will be complete.
I hope we can all benefit from this educational environment and the dedicated service members of Congress 60 who share their experiences, actions, and behavior with us.
