Easy Weight Loss with the Congress 60 Method

The fifth session of the 26th round of the educational workshops of Congress 60, Hosnani Branch, began on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 4 PM. The session’s guest speaker was the respected guide, Traveler Shirzad, the temporary Master of ceremony was Traveler Ali-Asghar and the temporary secretary Traveler Morteza. The agenda of the session was "My Experience with Overweight and Balancing It with the Congress 60 Method."

 
The Guest Speaker's Speech:
I thank God for being in this position. I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope you all had a pleasant holiday. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Border Guard group, the branch agent, and our friends who work diligently in the kitchen to ensure that we can enjoy a wonderful Iftar together.
The agenda for today's session is "My Experience with Overweight and Balancing It Using the Congress 60 Method." Mr. Dezhakam has meticulously planned everything for us. Our body is, in fact, the city of our existence. When our body is healthy, we can lead a balanced life and enjoy peace. However, if we experience a toothache, our entire system becomes disrupted. Any pain in the body can be very distressing. Conversely, when we have a healthy body, we can live comfortably for many years.

One of the challenges people around the world face is being overweight, and they try various methods to lose weight. First, they are told to stop eating certain foods, like rice, meat, and bread, or to follow strict diets. However, in the DST method of Congress 60, we do not rely on any diets. Secondly, they are told to exercise excessively, with the idea that burning a lot of calories through intense exercise will lead to weight loss. The third way involves using different pills, some of which contain substances like methamphetamine (crystal meth), to lose weight. I believe that these methods can make individuals sick in their pursuit of weight loss.
There are also individuals who opt for surgeries to shrink their stomachs or undergo liposuction. Each of these procedures comes with its own set of complications. For instance, some may experience hair loss, which can affect their appearance, while others may find that their skin becomes saggy. Additionally, these surgeries can lead to the development of various other health issues.
Mr. Dezhakam has worked diligently to develop a method that enables us to lose weight easily once we are on the right track. One of life's great pleasures is eating, and it can be quite challenging to resist when delicious and enticing food is before us. So, how can we manage this? We need to enhance our knowledge and awareness. To achieve this, we can utilize the lessons from The Body Structure CDs (Parts 1 to 6), the Overweight CDs (Parts 1 to 4), the Thirst CD, and William CD (Part 6), which features a 20-minute talk specifically addressing issues related to being overweight.
One important step we must take during the "Jones Journey" is to buy a scale and weigh ourselves regularly, as this helps us become more mindful of our eating habits. The next step is to eat a salad 20 minutes before each meal. This salad serves several purposes for the body: first, it fills the stomach, helping us eat less; secondly, and very importantly, it provides essential amino acids. These amino acids build the body's important proteins, and each organ requires specific proteins The role of amino acids is to supply the proteins needed for every part of the body.
One thing we must be very mindful of during this journey is ensuring adequate protein intake. The body needs 35 kilocalories of protein daily, and eating two boiled eggs at breakfast can help meet the body's protein needs.
In the CDs, Mr. Dezhakam mentions that everyone must find their own "prescription." Some people come in with 30 kilograms of excess weight, and after losing 10 to 15 kilograms, they stop and forget the weight they had when they first joined the "Jones Legion." The point is, your target shouldn't diminish. When you’ve lost 15 kilograms, you need to reduce your food intake accordingly.
In the "Body Structure" CD, Mr. Dezhakam uses the analogy of a gas tank: if your tank has a 20-liter capacity and you fill it with 40 liters, you’d need to store 20 liters in the trunk. Eventually, the whole car would be filled with gas. Your intake and output need to be balanced. When the body requires 2,400 calories, if you're losing weight, you should reduce your calorie intake by the same amount to bring your weight into balance.
Those who are stuck at a certain weight often don’t adjust their food intake. It’s also essential to eat three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at specific times. Skipping one of the three main meals harms the body. Skipping any of these main meals can harm the body. For example, some people say they skip dinner or avoid rice or bread. Mr. Dezhakam mentions that we should eat everything but in moderation, and we must follow the guidelines from the weight-loss CDs.
