The position of Didebani (being a Watchman) in Congress 60 is one which is not obtained by a person’s want or request. Other positions like guide’s depend on your attempts and efforts and enthusiasm; however, the position of Didebani is one for which you must be nominated by other Didebans and after observing the person and keeping her/his performance under constant surveillance for at least two years, the person will be informed that you are selected as the Dideban of Congress 60. A Dideban of Congress 60 is selected from the most decent, benign, and wise members of Congress 60.
The first Dideban of Congress 60 is Mr. Hossein Dezhakam, the Base of Congress 60 whose unique and outstanding method of DST (Dezhakam Step Time) has surprised the world, because during 25 years, more than 15000 individuals have been liberated from addiction. These liberated members are now living a nice and normal life, and even if they work in the poppy field, they feel no craving or need for drugs of any type.
Today, Congress 60 has 14 Didebans (C14) and recently Professor William L. White has been assigned to C14 for the sake of the international affairs of Congress 60.
Prof. William White is a great figure in the study of addiction history, he has long been studying addiction and has observed many addiction treatment institutes around the world, but he found Congress 60’s method as the most effective, productive and efficient method of curing addiction. He has been cooperating with Congress 60 for 16 years (from 2006), and now he has been selected by C14 as the Congress 60’s Dideban of Foreign Affairs. Like other Didebans of Congress 60. Prof. White has newly signed his covenant to serve Congress 60.
We, all Congress 60 members, congratulate him on his great achievement and hope him all the best to promote Congress 60’s aims and objectives.
In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I, Companion William L. White, in sight of the Omnipotent, and in front of Didebans, Border-guards, travelers, companions and the Guardian of Congress 60, pledge to preserve the sanctity, principles and laws of Congress 60 for four years from now on. I pledge to treat Congress 60’s members with benignity and respect.
I, as a role model, make the covenant to act faultlessly and always consider myself the servant of members and the distressed; not their master or ruler. I hope God accept my service.
Amen
