Mr. Dezhakam Sacrificed Everything Including His Life for Us.
Today is the start day of the week “Base of Congress 60”. December 6 is Mr. Hossein Dezhakam’s liberation from addiction date which took place in 1997. After being liberated from addiction, Mr. Dezhakam decided to share his fantastic achievement with the world, he decided to establish a place called Congress 60 where he strived hard to show his DST (Dezhakam Step Time) method worked well.
Mr. Hossein Dezhakam believes if a drug-consumer gradually decreases the amount of his addictive drug within 10 months, and simultaneously he receives Worldview instructions to be familiar with the structure of his Self, body, and psyche; the process of recovery will be smooth without any difficulties. Now after 25 years, about 11000 individuals have been liberated from addiction in Iran, all of whom have an upper normal life, all of whom are thankful to God and Congress 60, especially Mr. Dezhakam who shared his experience with the world.
In 1997, consuming opium or any other addictive drugs was unlawful and the addicts were arrested and sent to jail. However, Mr. Dezhakam, our Iranian Hero, endeavored to prove that addiction is not a crime, but an illness. After surveillance of him and his pupils, the authorities confirmed that Mr. Dezhakam’s claim was right and they helped him continue his job. However, Congress 60 is an independent NGO whose members provide lots of money for the sake of constructing a new building for the newcomers who are helplessly seeking a path to be liberated from addiction.
To praise this great man’s endeavors over 25 years, we celebrate his liberation from addiction every year this time, to say: Oh, Our Hero, you have saved our life without any claim or conceit, that is why we, all Congress 60 members, love you even more than our family members or best friends.

“Everything is very transient: money, position, youth, beauty, and energy all are transient”.
You told us:
“All of these will pass as quickly as a flash.”
And you told us to know the value of life, to help others, to love each other without expectations, and you taught us “Love is the best remedy for all the injuries...”
