Wednesdays Workshops: “Destructive Effects of Methamphetamine and New Drugs and Their Treatment with the DST Method”

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
With strength drawn from the Absolute Power of God, we begin this session.
Hello, friends. I am Hossein, a traveler and the session guardian.
(Audience responds: Hello, Hossein!)
I kindly ask everyone to observe fourteen seconds of silence to seek refuge in the Almighty and free ourselves from our greatest enemy—our own ignorance and unawareness.
(Fourteen seconds of silence observed)
Thank you, friends. I now request our esteemed secretary to provide a summary of the previous session and announce today’s agenda.

Hello, friends. My name is Iran, and I am a traveler.
(Audience responds: Hello, Iran!)
In the name of the Absolute Power of God, the previous session the 4th session of the 85th round of Congress 60 workshops, dated July 2, 2025 was held with the agenda “Judgment and Ignorance”. The session started under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Dezhakam and me, Iran as the secretary at 10:00 a.m.

Key Points Highlighted by the Founder of Congress 60:
• We have two 15-day breaks each year when OT is given to the pupils, and they’re temporarily released so they can become trained and resilient—able to hold steady during times of war, floods, earthquakes, or even COVID-19, without falling apart.
• Regarding the cigarette form: until July 1st, liberation was granted using the old forms, but starting next Tuesday, the new forms must be used. The required CDs must be transcribed and approved. If someone brings the old form and the CD hasn’t been transcribed, liberation will not be granted.
• For liberation, the guide must be present. If not, a written declaration must be submitted.

• Some people say, “We’ve come from far away and want to take a photo.” But the liberation and health you’ve received—no matter how far you’ve traveled, even if you came on foot—doesn’t mean you’ve done something extraordinary. The Watchmen and guides travel between 4,000 to 5,000 kilometers each week.

• The Jones paper must be green—if it’s not, we cannot proceed with liberation.
• The deadline to fulfill Golrizan 1403 commitments is the end of Tir (July 21st). From early Mordad (starting July 22nd), you can begin making contributions for Golrizan 1404.
• There is no such thing as “reserving a seat” in Congress 60. If a seat is empty, anyone may sit there. If someone is already seated, you cannot ask them to get up.
• We do not hold liberations in the park on Fridays, because the border-guards and CD reviewers also need to be present.

• The role of a guide in Congress 60 is a special one, because becoming a guide requires going through a unique process. They must score 17 or 18 on the exam and receive a score above 14 from the camp-guards; otherwise, they won’t qualify to become a guide. In addition, they go through an interview, complete twelve apprenticeship sessions, and finish the OT course. Personally, I’ve never seen a bad guide, even though issues might arise from time to time. I’ve delegated the authority to grant permission for the pupils to carry out the Eighth Valley covenant and award the covenant emblem to the guides, because I have complete trust in them.

Next, the master spoke about the session’s agenda and said:
The best prayer is the one we say at the beginning of the session: “O God, save us from our ignorance and our own evil.”
It is our behavior, actions, thoughts, and mindset that shape us into either respectable or harmful, toxic people. We are the ones who cause others to respect us—or not.
Back in 1998, on the Day Against Drug Abuse, Mr. Ali Qoli asked me on Channel 5: “Since you admit you’re a drug connsumer, don’t you think people will look down on you tomorrow?”
I replied, “I make people respect me through my behavior and conduct.”
The things that cause others to dislike us are jealousy, grudges, selfishness, ego, judgment, gossip, prying, suspicion, and arrogance—all of which hurt others.
First comes suspicion, then prying, then you jump to conclusions and start gossiping.
Judging others is hard; don’t doubt one another. Don’t hold suspicion against your parents, spouse, children, friends, or companions—it ruins lives.
This is the connection between judgment and ignorance: the more ignorant a person is, the more judgmental they become.
On social media, there are all kinds of videos and stories—don’t forward them to each other. We must keep our minds pure.

In general, gaining true cognizance is a hard journey—it’s not something you get for free.

Those who have struggled through addiction and reached recovery have truly gained cognizance because they’ve experienced all its ups and downs. Someone once said:
“If you want results in 24 months, plant vegetables.
If you want results in a year, plant wheat.
If you want results in two years, plant a fruit tree.
But if you want results in a hundred years, nurture a human being.”
Because real change is always difficult.

The amount collected for the Eleventh Law was 5,440,000 Tomans, with 10 participants actively contributing to the discussion.
Last week, 121 male travelers and 80 female travelers achieved liberation.
Since the start of the year 1404 (Persian calendar), a total of 1,984 people have been liberated, and since the start of 2025 (Gregorian calendar), 3,805 people.
In the William White method for quitting smoking, last week 24 male travelers and 2 female companions were liberated. Since the beginning of 1404, 766 people, and since the start of 2025, 1,331 people have been liberated.
In the healthy nutrition program, 3 male travelers and 1 female traveler were liberated last week, totaling 4.
Additionally, 9 male travelers and companions submitted the transcriptions of 30 CDs, and 35 female travelers submitted the transcriptions 30 CDs. Also, 2 male travelers and companions and 8 female travelers and companions submitted the transcriptions 40 CDs.
This session was the fifth meeting of the 85th series of Congress 60 educational workshops for travelers and companions, held under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Dezhakam, with me, Iran, serving as secretary.
The session began on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 10:10 AM, with the agenda: “Destructive Effects of Methamphetamine and New Drugs and Their Treatment with the DST Method.”
Respectfully,
Secretary of the session
Thank you.

Hello friends, this is Hossein, a traveler. (Hello Hossein.) I hope you’re all doing well. Thanks to God, I’m doing well too.
Today is July 9th, 2025, and the time is 10:15 AM.
I’m about five or six minutes late because there were so many liberations, and we are in the Academy building here in Tehran.
I’d like to add and explain a few things here...

When the members take their exams and go for interviews, they say their weight is high and that they work in the Jones Legion. But after the interview, they stop attending the Jones Legion, even though they may still have 20 or 30 kilos of extra weight. This is why I said that people with excess weight should not be accepted for interviews until their weight is balanced; they should not be allowed to interview.
For new guides who have a high weight, I said to check on them because we previously gave them a grace period. They should try to have the Watchmen or Assistant of Guides check these cases. If the guide of a legion has significant excess weight, the legion should be immediately blocked and closed. They have no right to take on new pupils until their weight reaches a balanced level.
Because a guide must be a perfect role model. While we focus on healing the inner self, their outward appearance should also be in good shape.

A guide with 40 kilos of extra weight just doesn’t fit the picture. And many don’t realize how easy it is to lose weight through the Jones Legion program. It’s so straightforward that it’s hard to even imagine. There’s no tastier, more balanced, more affordable meal plan out there.
Some people just don’t follow the program correctly. Right now, I see people who have lost 30, 40, 50, even 54 kilos in 12 to 14 months. They ate everything, did all the work, and yet this mindset just doesn’t settle in their heads. The mental block that says you have to eat breakfast exactly on time, have salad before meals, avoid junk food as much as possible, and have at least a 20 to 30-minute walk in the evening.
Most of the women in the Jones Legion who hadn’t been able to get pregnant for years, are now getting pregnant. Can you believe it? The guide herself got pregnant, and many of the pupils who hadn’t been able to conceive for years did too — all because of those 12 to 15 kilos of extra weight.

Then they come to me with all sorts of health issues. And the first thing I say is, “Ma’am, you’re carrying 40 kilos of extra weight.” Forty kilos of excess weight is a disaster — that’s the equivalent of four 10-kilo bags of rice. You can’t even lift one of those bags off the ground, and now imagine carrying four of them on your shoulders.
Of course, they’re dealing with all kinds of illnesses. They’ve got high blood pressure, diabetes, knee and foot pain, stomach problems, digestive issues, constipation — you name it. And it’s all because of that excess weight, whether it’s men or women. They can’t even move properly. They can’t even put on their own socks.

So, this method is incredibly simple—practically free and effortless. You’re getting delicious, healthy food without spending a single penny. Nobody’s cutting into your stomach, slicing your intestines, or shrinking your stomach.
Do they have to charge you a hundred or two hundred million tomans and tear your body apart just so you’ll appreciate your health? You’re being given this service freely and comfortably—so make the most of it and bring yourself into balance.

Our holidays are just around the corner. Once this week is over, next week—starting from Thursday—Congress 60 will be closed for 15 days. And these holidays can be incredibly helpful for us.
As I mentioned before, it’s like a military drill. Twice a year, we close Congress 60 for 15 days, and during this time, both guides and pupils adapt. Pupils manage to stay on track without their guide, without classes, without workshops, and without legion meetings—for two full weeks. And they do it well; there’s no decline or setback. We’ve also provided them with enough medicine in advance.
So start planning for the holidays now. If you can, definitely try to take a trip. We need to learn how to live, because we don’t move from our place—we don’t travel, we don’t take time off, we don’t go on holidays.
So please, try to make the most of this break. Whatever conditions you can arrange, use them—it’s truly necessary for you. Go somewhere affordable, get moving, camp in a tent, do whatever you can so that, God willing, you’ll have a joyful and refreshing time.

For the Eighth Valley Covenant, I used to perform the ritual myself, but I’ve now delegated it to the guides. The forms for it are available on the website in A5 format. You can print the forms and sign them. They’re downloadable from the site. The guide will sign the form themselves and follow the instructions written there.

Another issue is the papers or documents that are brought to me—for example, today someone brought a form from Imam Qoli Branch. The photocopies they had taken were so faint and faded that nothing could be read. This reflects poorly on the agent. The agent must check these things. Or take the Forty CDs form, for instance—sometimes there's no place for a signature at the bottom, or the copy is too faint. Why do we even have agents? They’re supposed to check these things. If the guards happen to miss it, the agent must catch it—whether the photocopy is too light or dark. Please make sure to properly follow up on these matters.

Another point is about the liberations on Fridays at Taleghani Park—please try to come early in the morning. For instance, I might leave by 9 or 10 a.m., so make sure to arrive around 6:30 or 7:30 in the morning. That way, you can receive your liberation, and I can also have a bit of rest during the week.

The next topic is about the agenda “Methamphetamine (Crystal Meth).” There was a time when this topic was extremely important, and we included it in the agenda regularly. But I think starting this year, I’ll remove it from the agenda—it’s no longer that critical. There was a time when just hearing the word “Crystal” would make your body tremble. But now, treating methamphetamine addiction in Congress 60 is as easy as pie. In my opinion, the easiest and most straightforward drug to quit is methamphetamine or amphetamine, because it’s just one compound that we’re dealing with—the damage has been caused by a single substance. Of course, the meth being used today isn’t even as potent as it used to be; it no longer causes the same level of destruction. That’s why this agenda item has lost its grandeur and difficulty for us.
Some drug names sound terrifying, but when we dig deeper, we find that they’re actually quite easy to treat—meth is one of those. Around the world, they say it’s untreatable, but for the members of Congress 60, it’s considered quite simple. Or take heroin, for example—they say it’s extremely hard to quit, but from the perspective of Congress 60, heroin isn’t that difficult. In the past, heroin was even recommended to opium users who wanted to quit, because quitting heroin was considered easier. When someone quits heroin, they typically experience about three or four days of intense withdrawal symptoms. But with opium, those symptoms can last for three to four months. That’s because opium is like a cocktail—we’re dealing with 25 to 50 alkaloids, whereas heroin involves just one alkaloid: morphine or diacetylmorphine. Same with amphetamine—it’s a single alkaloid. Hashish is just THC; alcohol is also just one compound. But opium is truly overwhelming in its complexity.
So, methamphetamine has lost its significance from a treatment perspective. In my view, it no longer carries that fear or sense of difficulty—it’s easily treatable within Congress 60. In the past, hallucinations caused by meth were extremely intense, but now they’ve significantly diminished. Treatment in Congress 60 follows a specific protocol, typically starting with 0.3 cc of OT per day, and the person goes through a structured project until they complete it.

There’s something I’ve mentioned many times before, and I’ll say it again. In Congress 60, we were eventually compelled to conduct a series of studies. But let’s be clear—when we started doing research, we weren’t doctors or medical researchers studying all kinds of diseases. It’s just that, along the way, through the DST treatment, we achieved success and reached some meaningful results, which made it necessary to carry out certain investigations. But I’m not a doctor. I swear to God and His prophets—I’m not a doctor. Don’t think I know everything. I don’t. I only know what I’ve learned in my own capacity.
Right now, I’m faced with a serious issue. Many members of Congress 60 come to me and say, “I have cancer,” or “My wife, my child, my daughter has cancer.” But I can’t take responsibility for that. I can't go around treating people with tumors just because someone walks in and asks for help. We're talking about human lives here. So please, I’m asking you—don’t come to me for this. If you want to try something on your own, that’s your choice. It has nothing to do with me. You can use it if you want—but make sure you know how to use it properly, and don’t hold me accountable. I’m simply not authorized to take on something like this, so I’m kindly asking you, please don’t come to me.
It genuinely upsets me. It breaks my heart. These are your loved ones—your wife, your child, your daughter, your husband, your family—and they’re suffering. I understand that. But at the moment, I’m not in a position to step in and do something about it. So once again, I ask you—please, as much as possible, don’t approach me about this. I’m not a specialist in that field.

As for methamphetamine (crystal), it’s really not that big of a deal anymore—most of you already know how to treat it. So, I won’t continue the discussion on that and will leave the rest for participation in the discussion.
On Saturday, at the Simorgh building, we’ll be giving out guide shawls to the qualifying members. Please do not bring any guests with you—not even your own guide—because we’re planning to give shawls to nearly 200 people. If each person brings three or four guests, it simply won’t be manageable. So, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing guests. You’re coming from cities all over, and large gatherings aren’t ideal. It’s better to keep the crowd as small as possible. We even considered not distributing the shawls at all, but we had no choice, so we decided to go ahead with it. Still, please don’t bring others with you, as the crowd could lead to problems and complications.
We’re now opening the floor for participation in the discussion. And when you speak, there’s no need for praise or compliments—just try to speak from your own experience.

One of the major issues with methamphetamine (crystal) is intense suspicion and paranoia. God forbid you’re married to someone who uses it—they become doubtful of everything and constantly question their spouse. Even when there’s no one in the room, they’ll ask, “Who was just in here?” And now you have to prove no one was there. It also causes severe hallucinations, which you’re all familiar with.
Historically, politicians often used cocaine, which is still milder than methamphetamine. As I’ve said before, during World War II, two substances were developed: one was methadone, created to help soldiers withdraw from opium; the other was amphetamine. And it’s very likely that Adolf Hitler used injectable amphetamine in his later years. Because it causes extreme wakefulness—meth users simply don’t sleep. That’s why, when they stop using, they may sleep for several nights in a row. I personally believe that toward the end of his rule, Hitler was most likely a methamphetamine user. That could explain why he issued so many unrealistic orders, which eventually led to multiple defeats for the German army—especially the disastrous invasion of Russia.
So yes, this was amphetamine. And some politicians use it to force themselves to stay awake—whether by injection, pills, or other forms.
Thank you for listening to my words.
