Simulating Nicotine Gum Use with Smoking
Every individual participating in a system—such as addiction treatment in Congress 60—receives a set of programs tailored to their specific circumstances Some people ask, ‘If drugs, cigarettes, and other substances are harmful, why did God create them?’ The answer is that, for example, opium has medicinal applications in the pharmaceutical industry. God has created various tools that can be both beneficial and harmful, depending on how they are used. While God has provided these tools, He has also endowed humans with the faculty of wisdom, enabling them to use these tools appropriately. Ultimately, it is up to humans to decide how to utilize them. Tobacco is one of these tools, and it is demonstrably harmful to human health.
Mr. Dezhakam states, “Many of our problems lead to mercy and facilitate our work. If he hadn’t experienced a heart attack or stroke due to smoking, the thought of developing a D.S.T. method for smoking cessation wouldn’t have crossed his mind.” Based on collected statistics, it can be confidently asserted that the mortality rates resulting from smoking are significantly higher than those from both natural and unnatural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, and accidents. Additionally, the death toll from smoking cigarettes is 17 times higher than that from drug overdoses.
In smoking cessation, as in addiction treatment, we should work on three components which are physiology, psyche, and worldview—simultaneously over a specific period (approximately ten months) with DST method. There are three methods to deliver nicotine to the body: first, nicotine gum; second, nicotine lozenges; and third, nicotine patches. Among these, nicotine gum is recognized as the most effective method.
Nicotine gums come in two strengths: 2 mg and 4 mg, meaning each piece contains either 2 or 4 milligrams of nicotine. In fact, the nicotine content of one pack of cigarettes is equivalent to four or five of these nicotine gums. In the gradual treatment method, which is based on a 21-day schedule, the consumption of nicotine gum is reduced by a coefficient of eight percent (8%) in the form of TDS.
Each nicotine gum is divided into four equal parts and consumed according to a calculated schedule. This process continues until the nicotine intake gradually reduces to zero, leading to complete recovery. This process takes approximately ten months, and in addition to treating cigarette addiction, the individual’s worldview is also addressed and corrected.
When smoking cigarettes, saliva production increases. saliva has antimicrobial properties which the combination of it and cigarette smoke prevents the growth of bacteria in the mouth as the nicotine in cigarette smoke kills oral bacteria. when a person does not smoke, blisters appear in the mouth and couse moth ulcers in individuals who have quitted smoking.
During cigarette treatment, saliva production should return to its normal state. For individuals undergoing nicotine treatment, the main cause of mouth ulcers is the lack of nicotine, which allows bacteria to thrive and blisters to form. To solve this problem, you should switch gums and use mouthwash. Those using Iranian nicotine gums for issues like sores or ulcers may benefit from switching to imported brands, as they contain a more complete formula.
The consumption of nicotine gum during treatment is similar to smoking, and you can use the gum every fifteen minutes or every twenty minutes. In the nicotine patch method, you apply the patch to your arm, and it releases nicotine every twenty minutes. The same applies to nicotine lozenges, but with the difference that you cannot use a nicotine lozenge every 20 minutes. Another advantage of nicotine gum is its similarity to smoking, allowing you to chew a piece every 15 to 20 minutes.
Another issue that should be noted about replacing the cigarette with nicotine gum is obesity. In this treatment process, the jaw works by chewing the gum permanently, and this prevents obesity as well as depression.
In contrast, nicotine patches may increase cravings for food and sweets, leading to weight gain. Quitting or treating smoking doesn’t necessarily lead to obesity, so don’t assume you’ll gain weight with this method. You may have been thinner while smoking, but with smoking cessation treatment, it might simply seem like you've gained some natural fullness. So, using nicotine gum shouldn’t cause obesity.
When you start using nicotine gum, the first 48 hours are the hardest, as this is when you will experience the greatest difficulty. After this initial period, from the second 48 hours onward, gradual recovery and adaptation begin. The key is to consistently use the nicotine gum; otherwise, you may encounter problems.
