The easiest way was to eradicate them but it is like weeds when you take them out of the soil, they grow again and again. I just thought and then I said they have their negative bonds and we have to have our own positive bonds, each bond had to have a guide who has been accepted in the Guide Exam, the guide had to be a righteous person and a decent one. I then declared that every person in Congress 60 must attend a legion and gradually all the members were attracted to a legion and the idea of having legions just came from this problem, it was a very big problem but it was solved with a right contemplation. We can conclude that with having a problem, we found a solution, and legions were formed.
A powerful legion is a legion whose guide grows the pupils up for the sake of Congress 60, not for themselves. The guide must act as a guard or Shepard who protects their pupils. A powerful legion is a legion whose pupils transcribe educational CDs. A powerful legion is one whose pupils are serving in Congress 60. Legions are the generating engine of Congress 60. A powerful legion is the one whose guide comes to Congress 60 earliest and goes last. The pupils are not allowed to call their guides. Or if they call their guides, the pupils must say what they want in a few words. All Congress 60 members must transcribe their CDs, when they transcribe CDs, they would not find time to be involved with negative thoughts. If you do not entertain your Self, it will entertain you and deceive you.
