My Understanding from the Cd “The Importance of Sleeping at Night”

My Understanding from the Cd “The Importance of Sleeping at Night”

An understanding from the educational Cd “Importance of Sleeping at Night”

Hello friends, I am Samane, a companion. I am grateful to God because I am a member of Congress60 and I can learn from Mr. Dezakam and Mr. Amin’s trainings.

In the Cd “the importance of sleeping at night”, Mr. Amin states that the two wings of having a good sleep are: swimming and doing sports. He specifically asserts that anger is the key cause of insomnia. He points out that having a calm sleep requires a calm mind which appears when the brainwaves frequencies lower down.

From this Cd, I understood if I wish for a calm sleep, I have to have a calm mind. This tranquil sleep and mind come from my calmness during the day, then if I am constantly nagging throughout the daytime and struggling with anyone beside me, definitely I cannot have a peaceful mind and I cannot sleep calmly and I am suddenly awakened during sleep.

Sleep is like a car, if the car fuel tank is full, the car can move; otherwise, an empty car-tank cannot move you ahead. If our mind is not in peace, we cannot sleep well, then if we feel anger at anyone around us, we are struggling with this anger in our sleeping time; therefore, our sleep will be disturbed and we will encounter insomnia. Therefore, if we control our anger first, and wake up early in the morning and work, we get tired and can sleep calmly and serenely.

Before coming to Congress60, I could not sleep peacefully at night because I developed and evolved negative thoughts in my mind. This led to losing energy and in the morning I felt tired, and I was constantly struggling with myself. However, when I listened to the Cd “the importance of sleeping at night”, I figured out that I have to be calm during daylight so that I  can sleep peacefully at night and gain the required energy so that I can wake up vigorously in the morning.

Mr. Amin also pointed out that in body three hormones must be secreted so that we can sleep calmly namely serotonin, adrenaline and acetylcholine. Therefore, if we get early in the morning, have good nutrition,  and do sports, these three hormones are secreted appropriately, and we can sleep peacefully. On the other hand, in our hidden side, we have to have positive thinking style so that we have a serene mind. If our heart is empty of hatred and anger, we can sleep well. In order to clear our hearts from hatred and anger, we have to change our sense and consequently, we can experience a good sleep at night. There is a positive relationship between  our sense and our sleep.  By changing  our sense I mean that nothing can disturb us or change our mood quickly and nothing drives us crazy.

Another important thing mentioned by Mr. Amin is the direction of sleeping which should be perpendicular to the vertical axis of the earth and must have east-west direction. When I started sleeping on the east-west direction, I gained the required energy and I am vigorous and full of energy in the morning. The sleeping time must be between 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. so that we can receive the needed energy.

Listening to the Cd “the importance of sleeping at night” significantly helped me and I hope we can untie the knots (problems) of our life and reach welfare.

Eventually, I have to thank all the people serving for the websites and weblogs of Congress60 who provided the opportunity for me to do a service and hope it will be helpful and fruitful.
