Dear Hossein,
I made it through my heart procedure and first follow-up visit in good shape and spirits. I will not know full results of how successful the procedure was for testing that will occur in another six weeks, but all indications so far are positive. I am already feeling less fatigue and more energy each day.
In my absence during this physical recovery period, Dr. Sarapas has taken responsibility for responding to the peer review comments on our first paper. While the overall review was quite positive, there were suggestions for areas of clarification that we will take care of with the help of information you provided us. Dr. Sarapas should complete the revisions and resubmission next week. I will keep you posted on the status if its final acceptance.
In the meantime, I hope to get back to full functioning as soon as possible. Thank you for your concern about my health.
