Dear Hossein, Ehsan, Casey and Candace,
Attached is the final draft of our paper. It has taken some time to reduce it to a word count acceptable to most major addiction journals. I need each of you to review the this draft and confirm your approval before I submit it for publication. I propose submitting it to the International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction. As soon as I hear from all of you, I will proceed with the submission.
