Wednesdays Workshops: “My Experience with Excess Weight and Achieving Balance through the Congress 60 Method.”

The Ninth Session of the 84th Round of Congress 60 Educational Workshops for Travelers and Companions was held by Mr. Hossein Dezhakam as the master of the ceremony and the guardian, and traveler Jafar as the secretary, with the agenda“My Experience with Excess Weight and Achieving Balance through the Congress 60 Method” On Wednesday, Farvardin 20th, 1404 (April 9th, 2025), at 10:30 AM.

In the Name of the Supreme Power, Allah
Hello friends, Hossein here, a traveler and the guardian of this session.
(Hello Hossein)
Let’s take fourteen seconds of silence to seek refuge in the Almighty for our liberation from our most powerful enemy—our own ignorance and unawareness. (14 seconds of silence)
Thank you, friends.
Hello friends, I’m Hossein, a traveler.
I hope you're doing well—thankfully, I’m well too. It’s springtime, and a nap really hits the spot; one feels lazy, just wanting to curl up in a corner and sleep. The weather is absolutely beautiful. Today is the 20th of Farvardin; we blinked and twenty days have already passed. It’s currently 22 minutes to 11 in the morning.

I hadn't planned for a session today. The crowd was so large that at least two hundred to two hundred and fifty people had to leave; there was no room to spare. I sincerely thank those who left—may God bless them. No, I’m serious. You should have left too, but at the last minute, I thought, since it’s the beginning of the year, let’s have a session and have a conversation together.
There are a large number of liberations—there are so many of them. The crowd is dense. There are liberations, forty CDs, thirty CDs, multiple programs—Jones’s, Cigarette’s—and it all takes up so much time. Even though we start early in the morning, there’s still never enough time.
Thank God, so many of God’s servants are being freed from the chains of Satan, one by one. It's no small number, and these moments of liberation are of great value. Is the fan on? What's making that noise? Turn off the fan. Camp-guards, please turn off the fans here.

The amount of liberation and the lasting results of the treatment are truly remarkable. Today's agenda is “My experience with excess weight and achieving balance through the Congress 60 method”. If a person wants to repair a car, they must fully understand the blueprint of the car and know how it works in order to fix it. Whatever task you want to perform, you must fully understand and be aware of it. If you're not familiar with it and don't have awareness, you won't be able to do it. Even if you want to run a country, you need to be familiar with all the details of the matter; without awareness, you can't manage a country. The same goes for families, organizations, companies, and even a small office. You need to have that knowledge and understanding to act effectively.

When it comes to humans, we really don’t know much about them—we know very little. We all understand that a human is a combination of some meat, muscles, fat, and bones, and so on. But how dense are the bones? How dense is the fat? Does the person have excess fat or not? The human body, however, is a very, very intelligent system. It has almost forty trillion cells. To give you an idea of what a billion looks like, if you were to start counting from one to a billion, it would take you thirty-three years to reach a billion. If you want to count to one billion, it would take you thirty-three years, twenty-four hours a day—not eight hours, five hours, but twenty-four hours non-stop. After thirty-three years, you'd finally reach one billion. It’s not hard to calculate; count each number in one second. Of course, it gets faster as you go. One, two, three, four—it doesn’t take long. But then, when you get to seven hundred million, six hundred fifty-four thousand, three hundred forty-seven, you’ll see it’s taken quite a while. If you calculate how many seconds are in twenty-four hours and then divide one billion by that, you’ll see the number adds up to thirty-three years for one billion.

Right now, we have forty trillion, forty trillion, thirty-eight trillion and a bit more. Let’s say we have forty trillion cells. How many bacteria do we have? God knows. We have fifty or sixty times that amount. Now, we want to teach this system, we want to train it, but everywhere we go, we want to do it with a whip, with a lash. We want to treat addiction with a lash. Why aren’t you quitting? You need willpower. Some diseases are treated with a whip. But no one thinks about the fact that this is an intelligent system, one with its own calculations. It holds the strongest and most powerful information. You, in fact, are nothing. We’re just living in this city, or in this car, or in this body. We’re in it, and it’s under our control. But none of it belongs to us. Which one of you controls your heart’s beating? Even when you're asleep, your heart continues to beat. Which one of you controls your breathing? Even when you’re asleep, you breathe. How about the work of your kidneys? We’re asleep, and your kidneys keep doing their job. We have no idea. If we cut our hand, how does it heal? We only see that it heals. All the systems, like firefighters, rush to the spot, working together like the threads of a fabric to stop the bleeding. We don’t know any of this. If a blood clot forms in our brain, we immediately face disaster.

Inside our veins, everything is so smooth—no human being is capable of creating anything as smooth as the inside of our veins. Because if they weren’t so smooth, blood would immediately start to settle and clog, just like water pipes, kettles, or samovars that get clogged over time. Our veins, too, would eventually get clogged.
Now, we want to lose weight, but we know nothing about it. We don’t know anything at all. We want to treat addiction, but we know nothing. We want to deal with COVID, but we know nothing about it. What did COVID do, other than making some people miserable? They gave a series of vaccines—DNA-based ones—and thousands of people got sick and are still struggling. How many people died? Because we wanted to do something in the cells and genetics, trying to fix one thing and ended up causing another. It’s like trying to fix someone’s eyebrows and accidentally blinding them. In Congress 60, the issue of COVID was very simple, and I still say it’s simple. Even the flu is a very, very simple disease—it’s just the accumulation of certain viruses in the mouth and lungs.

What does COVID mean? It means the accumulation of certain viruses in the throat, mouth, and lungs. Previously, the lungs would turn white, and they would say, for example, that 40% of the lung function was lost, or 50% was lost. What attacked the lungs to cause this? A virus. So, what kills the virus? An antivirus. Now, we can’t eliminate the viruses in the lungs with disinfectants, alcohol, or acid, but with an oral antivirus, like D.SAP, we can easily do it. By taking D.SAP, either by swallowing or gargling with it, or using it as a steam treatment, we can easily clear the viruses from our lungs. Anyone who was struggling with it—just gave the steam treatment two or three times a day, and it completely wiped out the lung viruses, because we understood what we were doing and how it worked.
The issue with smoking is similar. People would try to quit smoking, get anxious, and then start smoking again. But Congress 60 came and said, “Alright, nicotine has entered your system and replaced the smoking habit.” Nicotine enters the bloodstream, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and interferes with brain function. Now, if you want to treat, you can’t just remove this replacement all at once with a whip. Just as nicotine slowly entered your system, you must slowly retreat from it, bit by bit, for the issue to be solved. The guys can easily treat their smoking addiction by using nicotine gum. Nicotine is consumed orally, and over time, they gradually reduce the amount. The body adjusts itself and starts to heal.

Addiction was the same. Even now, addiction remains one of the world’s biggest challenges, but for us in Congress 60, it’s as easy as drinking water. The D.SAP pathway is like a highway—just step onto it, and you’ll easily reach your treatment. The people who get treated in Congress 60, they work much less than those in similar groups. People in Narcotics Anonymous work much harder for their liberation—they go through a lot of difficulty, fighting tooth and nail to maintain their liberation for a year. But in Congress 60, it’s not as hard. When people reach treatment, they have no problem at all. There are no cravings, no struggles, because we understand the root cause—that a certain substance has been replaced. We just need to slowly remove that replacement from the system, step by step. And that’s how addiction is solved.

Now we come to the issue of obesity. I’ve mentioned many times before that there are three major modern challenges: addiction, cancer, and obesity. These three have been around since the time of Nixon—so, for over seventy years—and still, there's been no real progress in any of them.
Take someone with MS, for instance—they're just kept in a stable condition. Or someone with ulcerative colitis, a condition that causes inflammation and sores in the large intestine. You’ll find people who’ve been living with it for thirty years, taking medication every single day just to keep things balanced. There was even a specialist doctor in this field who was a member of Legion X, and I said to him “Look at this—someone with colitis takes eight mesalazine  pills a day. That’s 8 pills per day, 365 days a year. Multiply it—8 times 365 gives you 2,920 pills per year. Now, say they’re on it for ten years—that’s 29,200 pills. And over thirty years? We’re talking nearly 90,000 pills!”
And this is considered normal. Just like a factory needs to keep producing—whether it’s cars or textiles—everyone’s out to keep production going and sell their products. I’m not saying this is done on purpose—it’s not. If a true solution were found, everyone would welcome it. But here’s the reality: someone with a chronic illness ends up taking hundreds of thousands of pills over their lifetime. Because many of these conditions require lifelong medication—MS, colitis, Parkinson’s, and many others.
So, in the end, what we have is maintenance—not treatment.

Alright, let’s get into obesity—because we first need to understand physiology. We need to understand the human body. What actually causes obesity? True science is what can answer real questions. Why do people relapse in addiction? What causes that? Why do they say addiction can't be treated? Why do they call it mysterious? If you can accurately answer these kinds of questions, then the problem can be solved.
Now let’s talk about obesity, since that’s today’s agenda. So, what is obesity? Obesity is the excessive accumulation of fat. It means the body stores large amounts of fat. But why is it storing all that fat? And for what purpose? Is it just because of overeating? Overeating can be a factor, sure—but it's not the main cause. I’ve had friends who used to eat a lot, like really eat, and they never gained weight. May God bless Kourosh Azarpour—he and I used to work in the kitchen together. He had a healthy appetite, mashallah, but he never got fat. I just wanted to remember him for a moment.
We all know people who eat a lot but don’t gain weight. And on the other hand, there are those who eat normal amounts, and they still gain weight. They drink water and gain weight. They eat snacks like cheese puffs and gain weight. So what’s really behind this? That’s the question. Again—obesity means the body is storing a large amount of fat.

Why does the body store fat? Out of fear. For a rainy day. Like polar bears—just as an example, of course. Nothing wrong with polar bears, they’re quite dignified creatures, so don’t take offense! They eat up before winter so they can survive on that stored fat during hibernation. And what about a camel’s hump? Why does it store fat there? So that if it doesn’t find food, it can use that stored energy—and it does! So, the body stores fat for emergencies, in case one day it doesn’t get enough food and needs something to fall back on.
Why does it do this? Because it’s afraid. I even used this example in my book—which, God willing, will be published soon. I wrote about the time I went to Hidaj, where I have a garden. They told me, “Do you know who planted these walnut trees?” I said, “Who?”
They said, “The crows did.”
I asked, “Crows? Crows plant walnut trees?”
They said during walnut season, crows come and eat some of the walnuts, but they also hide some of them away, just in case they don’t find any later. And sometimes, they forget where they hid a few. Let’s say a crow hides thirty walnuts—maybe it forgets ten or twenty of them, or something happens—and those turn into walnut trees.
I had a few dogs too—guard dogs. When I gave them food, or a bone, they’d go and hide it. They were saving it for later—for a rainy day.

The body works the same way—when it gets scared, it hides the food. It stores it as fat. In the weight loss program we’re following right now, we’ve seen that people who skip breakfast actually gain more weight. And those who eat breakfast don’t.
Some people think that by skipping breakfast, they’re doing themselves a favor to avoid gaining weight. But what actually happens? They end up gaining even more. Whereas when they do eat breakfast, they don’t gain weight. Why?
Because if the body feels assured that it’s going to receive food at the right time, it doesn’t store anything. It only stores fat when it’s worried it might not get food later.
That’s why when we eat regularly and on schedule, the body, which is intelligent, learns not to panic. It understands: “Food is coming. Don’t worry, no need to store anything.”
It’s just like when free food is handed out—people rush to fill their fridges out of worry for later. The body does the same thing—it stockpiles.
So we need to understand the body’s language and teach it, in its own language, that food will be delivered on time. Once it understands that, it naturally starts releasing stored fat.
Right now, in the world, there are two main approaches to weight loss.
One is based on exercise and energy expenditure to melt away fat. You’ve seen the videos—they work out all day long to lose weight. And yes, the fat goes away—but the skin doesn’t.
A belly that was once big now has no fat, but the skin hangs loose. It sags. Then what? They have to go through surgery to tighten the skin.
And it’s not just the belly—skin starts sagging under the arms, around the chest, on the sides, the thighs—everywhere. The fat melts away, but the skin is left behind.
It creates an absolutely awful situation—because they tried to lose weight through exercise alone. This method is widely promoted in the U.S., and they show off the results as if it’s something amazing: “Look, we lost weight through exercise!”
But when I look at their bodies, honestly, it makes me feel sick. It’s just so unpleasant—the sagging skin around the belly and arms, it’s disturbing to see.
That’s one of the methods currently being used around the world.

What’s the next method? Some people try consuming very little food, or overexerting themselves with energy, or even not eating at all. There are all kinds of methods: “Eat this way, don’t eat that way,” "Count how many bites you take," "Only eat one handful of bread," and all these ridiculous gimmicks. But in the method, we’re using now, we said, "Eat your food, have your breakfast, eat everything, and make sure to include vegetables."
We specifically chose eggs. Why? Because of the protein. The body absorbs three types of substances: carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Protein is the only thing that doesn’t get stored in the body. Fats are stored, but protein isn’t.
So, if you don’t consume enough protein, the body will start burning your muscles for it. The body needs protein constantly and can’t store it. If you don’t provide it, the body burns your muscles to supply what’s needed.
What does this mean? For example, if your body needs protein for the heart’s muscles, but you haven’t consumed any, it will take protein from your facial muscles or other parts of your body to use where it’s needed—essentially, the body consumes it from elsewhere to meet its immediate needs.

You’ve seen some people who go on dieting plans and eat nothing; their eyes sink deep, their faces become bony, their whole face starts to shrink. It's because of a lack of protein, and eggs are the best, most nutritious protein. They are the most important and most accessible food source. Even now, eggs are still the cheapest and richest source of protein. They have no cholesterol—this has not been proven to be harmful or that eggs are fatty; that’s not true. A chick needs all the food to develop inside the egg, whether it's an eagle chick, a partridge, a vulture, or anything else. All the nutrients needed to build a creature, a bird, are in the egg. It’s very strong and rich. That’s why we say you should eat two eggs for breakfast every day. It’s fine to eat two, or even three. Try to have them boiled. When you want to boil an egg, if it boils for 4 minutes after starting to boil, it’s soft-boiled. If you want a soft-boiled egg, once the water starts boiling, keep it for 4 to 4.5 minutes, and it will be soft-boiled. If you want a hard-boiled egg, look at 6 to 6.5 minutes. That's how you get a hard-boiled egg. How soft should the soft-boiled egg be? You can adjust the time for it to be softer or firmer. I mean, don’t leave the egg on the stove for half an hour, as all the nutrients may be lost. Time it right to get the perfect boiled egg.

When you do these two or three times, you’ll understand. Now, if the egg is larger, it will need more time; if the egg is smaller, it will need less time. You shouldn’t let it boil for half an hour, or all the nutrients will be gone. So, that’s another aspect of the diet. Now, in this system, we’ve said to eat salad. Salad means using vegetables. Salad is a way to get all kinds of vitamins. Our body needs all kinds of vitamins. When we’re young, everything is balanced in our bodies, but we need all the amino acids and vitamins. I sometimes see people taking vitamin pills, and I laugh. I see young people in their 20s, 30s, women in their 20s or even 40s and 50s, taking vitamins, and I wonder, “What is this about?” Which vitamins are they taking? These things end up damaging your body in the long run, especially your kidneys—they’ll harm your kidneys and many other things. If you want to get vitamins, you should get them from food. Vitamin B is found in egg yolk, and it's beneficial for the body. Other vegetables like radishes, cucumbers, and tomatoes are powerful. Tomatoes, especially when cooked, are anti-cancer. Then there’s cabbage—different types of cabbage are all anti-cancer. People who get breast cancer, ovarian cancer, or liver cancer are usually not eating enough vegetables.

They don’t consume the necessary foods, vitamins, and proteins. Now, it's become a trend to eat pizza. God bless, but even pizzas have become so ridiculous. We paid 300-400 thousand tomans for one, and it had a thin slice of sausage on top. There was a little dough, and only 50 grams of sausage—300-400 tomans for that meal. So, when you want to eat your main meal, try eating a salad half an hour before. You kill two birds with one stone with this. First, you get various vegetables and amino acids into your body. Then, make sure to use olive oil if you can—it's very beneficial for the human body. You get all sorts of vitamins, amino acids, and fiber, which is great for the digestive system, for the large intestine, and for the small intestine. We activate our digestive system by getting all sorts of vitamins from these vegetables. This becomes part of our daily diet, and we eat salad before every meal. So, first, we take in a variety of vitamins, all antioxidants, all proteins, and many probiotics like lactobacilli, along with other nutrients from food. This plays a very important role for our body and health. That's why we don’t get cancer or other diseases. In my opinion, all illnesses stem from poor nutrition or negative thoughts—either poor nutrition or you might be eating well, but still not getting the right nutrients. That’s what this approach does.

When you eat salad half an hour before your meal, you automatically can't eat too much. Your food intake naturally decreases. If you eat salad 15, 20 minutes, or half an hour before your meal, and then want to eat, for example, you'll eat half a cup of rice instead of a whole plate. If you don’t eat salad, you'll end up eating twice the amount of rice, twice the amount of bread, or double the food in general. What the salad does is send a fullness signal to the brain. It also prevents you from snacking unnecessarily. You can eat everything—sausage, cold cuts, soda, sheep head and feet stew or anything else, but you should eat like a civilized person, not binge-eat everything. And it’s not just for adults; kids do this too—losing 30, 40, even 50 kilograms, and consistently losing weight in a healthy way.

Don’t come up with made-up models. If Jones's guides start inventing their own models, it will all go wrong. They say things like 'this food has warmth, that food has coldness,' making it sound like something from the old days. Forget about these things—like 'this is phlegmatic, that is turnip-like.' No, don’t bother with these. Our bodies automatically select the food it needs. If you go to places like Bandar Abbas, Kerman, and other warm areas, they all eat warming foods—dates, sesame paste, things that give warmth. On the other hand, in places like Mazandaran and Gilan, where it’s cooler, they consume cooling foods. This is how it works. When women are pregnant, they experience cravings which is a biological need for a specific substance. This is because the body requires it to nourish the baby. It’s the same for us. When we need warmth, we naturally crave dates or sesame paste. We need to remove the concept of counting spoons or limiting ourselves to only certain foods. Instead, we should aim for a very natural and relaxed way of eating, without forcing ourselves to diet. Our bodies need to feel secure that it doesn’t have to store fat. Everything will reach the body on time, and the body will naturally release the fat. There are two ways: one is through exercise, and the other is by restricting food intake.

It's truly a disaster, the height of human foolishness, when someone starts interfering with the digestive system. It’s a tragedy. Imagine cutting off part of the small intestine, which is supposed to absorb nutrients—two meters of it—just to reduce the absorption of food. And then, you don't realize that nutrients won’t reach the body properly. Then, they shrink your stomach, removing 80% of it, just so you eat less. After that, they go to the next step, where they do things like suction or perform a procedure called 'Abdo,' cutting open your stomach, removing all the skin and muscles from below the navel, and taking out the fat. They cut it, and when it's done, the skin becomes loose and has to be tightened. They make cuts from both sides and stitch it up. But now, you’ve removed fat and muscle and left a gap between them. They can't just easily stick together again—it takes years for the body to heal and connect those layers. But people are doing this, spurred by all kinds of advertisements, believing that by losing 50 kilos before New Year’s Eve, they will suddenly look 20 years younger. It's not like that at all. These surgeries don’t lead to real health improvements. This is one method.

So, the approach we’ve taken—and believe me, it’s truly remarkable—is something you wouldn’t believe until you see its value for yourself. What makes it so extraordinary is that a third path has been discovered. This third path is neither about extreme exercise—just 20 to 30 minutes of walking each day, which everyone should be doing anyway—nor is it about cutting back on food. It’s not about damaging the digestive system or working out to the point that the skin begins to sag.
Instead, it’s about understanding the body’s language and guiding it to naturally release the excess fat on its own. When the body itself begins to shed fat, it knows exactly where to take it from—whether it’s the belly, thighs, hips, neck, or sides. The body is fully aware of where to release the fat from.
The method we’ve developed is entirely new—a path that hasn’t existed anywhere else in the world. No one knew about it until we defined it. We’ve even written a book about it. It’s a simple, smooth, and accessible approach.
Now, I’m going to invite a few individuals who’ve successfully lost weight using this method—not by reading out their numbers, but by asking them to share their experiences. Just 20 or 30 minutes of conversation will show you how, through this method, we can truly achieve balance in our weight.

The important point is that all kinds of illnesses stem from excess weight. When people come in and I look at their forms, I see a wide range of health issues. Many women suffer from various gynecological problems, and many men also deal with different ailments—and all of it traces back to obesity.
One major problem is that a person who is 30 kilos overweight often cannot conceive. A woman with 30 kilos of extra weight may not be able to get pregnant because there’s simply no room for a baby in her womb—her entire abdomen and sides are packed with fat. Even if she does become pregnant, it could pose serious risks, even life-threatening ones. Similarly, a man who carries 40, 50, or 60 kilos of extra weight may also face difficulties in this area—he can’t sit comfortably, or even bend over to tie his shoelaces.
One of our members said, “I used to have to stretch my legs out at the dining table, but now I can sit cross-legged.” Our health matters a great deal.
Some of our male members have cured their addiction to drugs. Among our companions, many have even treated smoking. Now, they’re tackling their excess weight. In Congress 60, anyone who is overweight is not given any responsibilities—they must first get themselves in order. Being overweight shortens your lifespan significantly. You’ve probably never seen a 95-year-old who weighs 105 kilos, or an 80-year-old who’s 100 kilos—it’s extremely rare. That’s because excess weight drastically shortens life expectancy.

So the method we’ve chosen and are practicing is one where we teach our body the language of the body. We learn to see what our body is telling us—and we listen to it. Because the greatest specialists reside within us. The most advanced firefighting system is in our body. The most sophisticated medical system—professors, doctors, and researchers of medicine—exist within our own body. The world’s largest armies are in our body, as well as its most powerful police force. Everything you can imagine already exists within us.
The greatest refineries are inside our body. What the liver does, no refinery the size of Tehran’s can replicate. What our kidneys purify, no water treatment plant, no matter how advanced, could ever match. We must understand the language of the body and treat it like a human being—not try to fix it with force or punishment.
Now, I’ll open up the floor to those who have lost more than 30 kilos—both men and women—to share their experiences. This is the first time this topic has been included in our agenda, and I sincerely hope that one day, “artificial intelligence” will also be added to our session topics, and that we’ll dedicate a week to discussing it.
Thank you for listening to my words. Much appreciated.
