Communications of Hossein and Bill (Reply to Bill, January 12, 2025)

January 12, 2025

Dear Bill,

I hope you are doing well; I am doing well too.
I sincerely thank you for the comprehensive list of publications and materials from Congress 60. This effort will be a significant contribution to researchers and scientists in this field to better understand Congress 60. I am delighted to see you always leading the way.

Currently, we are conducting experiments on heroin using a large group of rats. Even the protocols globally considered for addicting rats are entirely flawed. For example, when addicting 200 rats to heroin through injection, nearly half of them might die from the start until addiction is achieved. It’s as if these researchers have chalk in their heads instead of brains! They fail to understand that the deaths are due to overdoses. It’s sufficient to prevent these deaths by starting with a small dosage and gradually increasing it over a week or several days until reaching the maximum dose.

Unfortunately, these scientists begin with a high dose from day one. If they paid a little attention and understood how humans become addicted, the problem would be resolved. Can we even find a single injecting heroin user who started with a very high dose from the beginning? Sadly, addicting rats is as misunderstood as treating addiction itself. But let’s move on.

Now, regarding your question:
First, I apologize for not being able to respond promptly.
You asked how new Congress 60 branches are established and how you ensure that the philosophy and treatment methods of Congress 60 are consistently implemented in these new branches. Additionally, you inquired about how these branches are managed.

Response:
When Congress 60 holds meetings in a city where it is operational, some participants are local, while others travel from surrounding cities for treatment. Sometimes, the distance from these surrounding cities exceeds 200 or 300 kilometers.

After some time, some participants from the same city might approach us, saying, for instance, “We come from the north of the city, and the distance to the south is too far. We would like to establish a new branch in the north.”
We tell them they must meet three conditions to be granted permission to establish a branch:

They must have at least two guides.
They must have sufficient funds.
They must secure land for Congress 60.

Consequently, individuals quickly gather funds, which is relatively easy. Sometimes, acquiring land is challenging in certain cities. In such cases, they rent a location and gradually start operations.

For participants from surrounding cities, when they complete their treatment and their numbers increase—some becoming guides themselves—they also request to establish a branch. The same conditions mentioned above are communicated to them.

Ensuring Consistency in Education and Treatment Methods:

The first and unique element in Congress 60 is the written educational lessons. Every week, I deliver an hour-long educational speech, sometimes conducted by my son Amin. The speech is uploaded to an app (Congress 60's application) every Sunday morning at 7 a.m. All Congress 60 members, including Didehbans (watchmen), must write down this speech by hand. This practice acts as a chain connecting all members of Congress 60 nationwide, ensuring uniform education.
We hope to soon use artificial intelligence to convert all my speeches into spoken English, allowing you to access Congress 60’s educational materials.

Monitoring by Didehbans:

Another factor ensuring uniformity is Didehban supervision. For instance, the Didehban for guides, with the assistance of their assistants, regularly monitors all branches. Similarly, the Didehban for new members, along with other Didehbans and assistants, oversees their respective areas. Even the Didehban of Marzbans takes care of the Marzban's new election when their serving period ends.
Dear Bill, I want to say that Congress 60 has multiple systems in place to monitor all activities seamlessly. These systems often complement one another without conflict. Everything operates under planned and controlled conditions with minimal personnel and energy consumption. I hope I have explained the matter clearly.
Additionally, I am sending a few clips of the music group’s performance, although these are only excerpts. I will send the full videos later.

I am aware of our shared research, and various individuals are working hard to provide the necessary materials. Personally, I am very pleased with this research.

Regarding Maintenance Treatment:
I believe that unless the medical field pays attention to the neurobiology of addiction and focuses specifically on changes in the expression of unique addiction-related genes, progress in maintenance treatment will be very challenging.

As I have previously mentioned, I identified five core substances in addiction: alcohol, opium, heroin, amphetamines, and fentanyl. Research on opium, amphetamines, and fentanyl has been completed, and their papers are in the final stages. We have started heroin research and will proceed with alcohol afterward. However, challenges in alcohol-related research delayed the study. Once we complete these five, I aim to thoroughly analyze and categorize addiction details to demonstrate that medical treatment of addiction faces significant challenges.
While recovery from addiction is progressing successfully with valuable experiences, unfortunately, medical treatments sometimes cause severe harm in certain conditions, as evidenced in cellular, molecular, and neurobiology research. However, maintenance treatments and harm-reduction systems do provide good services for specific individuals, especially those at the end stages of addiction.

Still, I believe the full scope of addiction’s destructive effects on physiology has yet to be explored. I hope we can complete the five-part research to illuminate the path for medical treatment of addiction.
Then, with proper medical treatment alongside effective recovery programs, we will be able to significantly reduce addiction issues in the future.

You are always in my thoughts and close to my heart.

Friends and brothers on heaven and earth forever

Hossein
