The Jones’s Legion is for all humans. Many people in Congress 60 think that the Jones’s Legion is only for overweighed individuals, while it is meant for everyone. This is because all our physical problems, including diseases, sleep disturbances, and timely production of biochemicals in our bodies, are related to our nutrition and food. In the Jones’s Legion, we learn the principles of healthy nutrition. It is also mentioned in the holy Quran that we should pay close attention to our food but unfortunately, the food industry has oppressed the human today. Most people seek comfort, so they have become very lazy and inactive and have relied on canned and fast foods.
The production of opioid like substances , or the natural Khamr in our bodies depends on several factors: 1. Our thoughts, reflections, virtue deeds, and being on the straight path. 2. Healthy and timely nutrition. 3. Sleep and wakefulness. By following a healthy nutrition and receiving various vitamins, proteins, and fats through healthy food, the virtual and healthy nutriments are provided for the body. Therefore, the body repairs and rebuilds itself at the first stage. And in the second stage, the necessary amino acids derived from proteins are provided for the body to produce natural opioid-like substances. For example, I have seen individuals in the Congress 60 who are very thin, yet they serve in various positions, have been liberated from addiction for several years. Even they have done the eighth valley’s covenant and stayed away the vices, but they do not feel well internally. I conducted research for my own understanding and realized that their nutrition is not correct. They told me that some days they skip breakfast, have lunch at 4 p.m., or do not eat dinner at all or have dinner at midnight. They even spend time on social media until 2 or 3 a.m. and do not pay attention to their sleep. In my opinion, healthy nutrition and the importance of nighttime sleep are more crucial than anything else because the root of all diseases and problems arises from unhealthy and irregular eating habits and staying up late.
Unfortunately, we do not pay attention to these points. No one pay attention to sleep from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. or before sunrise, and they do not realize that the body needs to be in complete rest or a state of unconsciousness during this time to be able to repair and rebuild itself. The method for treating overweight and learning healthy nutrition in Congress 60 through the DST method is one of the best approaches. With this method, we fully understand how to eat correctly, on time, and in the right amounts. Overall, our body, which consists of 38 trillion cells, realizes that it receives the appropriate food at the right time and in the right amount, and this itself was the best knowledge I gained through the instructions of Congress 60. In other weight loss methods, such as cosmetic surgeries, weight loss medications, intense exercises, and diets, weight tends to return after a while, which I have personally experienced with my own body. In Congress 60, we learned that our body is like a building and requires all essential minerals, which are found in various foods. We must provide these nutrients to our body on time. We cannot fight against all these cells; our body and cells must be assured that the necessary food, which is the medicine for the body, will reach them in the required amount at the specified times, so there is no need for storage. Mr. Dezhakam categorized foods into three groups in the CD “The Body Structure” proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, that the proteins are the most crucial as they play a vital role in our body. The building blocks of proteins are amino acids. Our body needs 20 amino acids for growth and proper functioning, of which about 11 are produced by the body and are called non-essential. The remaining nine amino acids must be supplied to the body through healthy nutrition. When we consume protein-rich foods, they are broken down into amino acids and are used in muscle building and the immune system to prevent deficiencies and diseases. The body requires protein throughout the day, and we must understand that protein is not stored in the body; it is consumed as needed on the same day, and the excess is excreted, so the body will need protein again the next day. For this matter, Mr. Dezhakam emphasizes the necessity of consuming boiled eggs every morning or at least five days a week. This is because eggs are rich in collagen and contains very good amount of protein. Individuals who do not consume eggs or proteins during their travels may experience face sagging and hair loss. In conclusion, I ask God not to take away the opportunity for me to stay and serve in Congress 60, and to allow me to be one of the sincere servants of Congress 60
