بیل عزیز امیدوارم خوب باشید، من کاملاً خوب هستم.
چون ماه رمضان است، تعدادی از عکس‌های افطاری که مربوط به ماه مبارک رمضان و مربوط به شعب مختلف و شهرهای مختلف است را برایتان ارسال می‌کنم.
جالب است بدانید که تمامی آشپزها از بچه‌های کنگره هستند که اکثراً در کنگره آموزش آشپزی دیده‌اند؛ البته بیشتر آن‌ها از CD آشپزی که من در آن آموزش داده‌ام، استفاده می‌کنند، البته در این آموزش نوآوری‌های جدیدی را برای بهتر شدن پختن غذاها به بچه‌ها آموزش داده‌ام.
و هم‌اکنون نسل به نسل در کنگره به یکدیگر آشپزی یاد می‌دهند و شاگردان آشپزی امروز، استادان آشپزی فردا خواهند بود.

Dear Bill,
I hope you are doing well; I am doing well too.
Since it is the month of Ramadan, I am sending you some photos of Iftar or dinner gatherings related to Ramadan from different branches and cities.
It is interesting to know that all the chefs are members of Congress 60, most of whom have learned cooking within Congress 60.
In fact, many of them use the cooking tutorial CD in which I have taught.
In this tutorial, I introduced new innovations to help the members improve their cooking skills.
Now, from generation to generation within Congress 60, cooking skills are passed down — today's cooking assistants or apprentices will become the master chefs of tomorrow.
