دیدن لیست کنفرانس‌های علمی و پزشکی که تحقیقات اخیر درباره سرطان را قرار است در آن‌ها ارائه دهید بسیار هیجان‌انگیز بود.
امیدوارم که این شروع ارائه‌هایی به این صورت باشد و درحالی‌که تحقیقات شما پیشرفت می‌کند تعداد بسیاری مقاله نیز منتشر کنید.
با توجه به شرایط درمانی حال حاضر دخترم که سومین جلسه شیمی‌درمانی را امروز داشت، من تحقیقات شما درباره سرطان سینه را از نزدیک دنبال خواهم کرد. اختصاص فضایی مختص انجام چنین تحقیقاتی در ساختمان اصلی کمکی بزرگ در پیشرفت این تحقیقات خواهد بود. حتماً مرا در جریان پیشرفت کارها قرار دهید.

همان‌طور که میدانید، بیشتر کنفرانس‌هایی که باید به خاطر آن‌ها سفر کنم را در سال‌های اخیر نپذیرفته‌ام اما برای انجام نطق اصلی در جشن ۲۰ سالگی قله ۲۰۰۱ ریکاوری که شروع یک جنبش ریکاوری جدید در آمریکا بود شرکت خواهم کرد.
آن جلسه یک نقطه تحرک جدید برای تحقیقات ریکاوری در آمریکا شد و کمک کرد تا افراد و خانواده‌ها در ریکاوری به حرکت درآیند تا از رشد مکان‌های ریکاوری محلی، برنامه‌های استخدامی، برنامه‌های ریکاوری در کالج‌ها و دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز ریکاوری اجتماعات محلی، حمایت کنند.
این افتخار بزرگ و فرصتی است که مشعل را به نسل‌های آینده ریکاوری انتقال دهیم. در پذیرفتن این دعوت تردید داشتم اما تشویق‌های اخیر شما و خود شما که فعال هستید مرا مجاب نمود که این دعوت را بپذیرم.

Dear Hossein,
How exciting it was to see the impressive list of medical and scientific conferences at which your latest cancer research will be presented. I hope this will mark the beginning of many such presentations as your research progresses and that there will be many published papers as well. Given my daughter’s current treatment (she has her third chemo treatment today), I will closely follow the research you are doing on breast cancer. The addition of dedicated space in your main building for such research will be a great aid to this continued research. Please do keep me informed of all developments as you proceed.
I am receiving many expressions of appreciation of the blog announcing availability of the book of your collected papers. Ehsan did an excellent job with the translation of these papers and they are being warmly received by individuals from many countries.
I am pleased to be doing a weekly recovery blog again and will continue to work on a blog related to the use of guides and co-guides within Congress 60. I think the detailed responses that you have been sending will make an excellent posted interview and that I can then do a blog highlighting the interview and linking to it as a separate paper posted alongside your other books and papers posted on my website. I will send you a draft for your review of the interview format I am proposing as soon as I have assembled your responses and written an introduction. At that time, I will also send you any final questions that may be needed to complete the interview.
As you know, I have ceased most travel and conference presentations in recent years, but I have been invited to present they keynote at a conference commemorating the 20th anniversary of the 2001 Recovery Summit that marked the launch of a new recovery advocacy movement in the United States. That meeting helped spur recovery research in the U.S. and mobilized individuals and families in recovery to support the development of local recovery residences, employment programs, recovery support programs in colleges and universities, and local recovery community centers. In spite of my travel hesitations, I have agree to do this keynote in person if possible and if not by prepared video. This is a great honor and an opportunity to pass the torch to a new generation of recovery advocates. I was hesitant to do this, but your recent encouragement and the example of your vibrant activities prompted me to agree to accept this invitation.
