از یادداشت پرمهر شما خوشحال شدم
لازم به ذکر است ۲۸ سال پیش، یعنی ۷ ماه پس از درمان اعتیاد خودم و نوشتن کتاب عبور از منطقه ۶۰ درجه زیر صفر به NA رفتم و حدود یک سال آنجا بودم و جشن تولد یک سالگی خودم را آنجا گرفتم. من دوستان خوبی در AA و NA دارم و NA را خیلی دوست دارم و همینطور بیل ویلسون موسس آن را.
من قدم‌ها و سنت‌ها و تمامی قوانین NA و تفکر آن را می‌دانم و به آنها احترام می‌گذارم.
از آنجایی که یافته‌های من در NA قابل اجرا کردن نبود ناگزیر شدم کنگره ۶۰ را به وجود بیاورم، من مطالب زیادی را از NA گرفتم و خیلی از قوانین و تفکرات NA را در ساختار کنگره ۶۰ مورد نظر قرار داده‌ام و یا پیاده کرده‌ام.
در حقیقت به اعتقاد من کنگره ۶۰ فصل دوم و یا مکمل NA و AA می‌باشد؛ چون خیلی مطالبی که در ۷۰ سال پیش در معقوله اعتیاد در NA و همینطور در جهان علم مجهول بوده است، هم اکنون در کنگره ۶۰ معلوم است.
تعریف اعتیاد از نظر کنگره ۶۰:
اعتیاد یک بیماری و یا مشکل جسم، روان و جهان‌بینی است؛ زیرا مواد مخدر بیرون از جسم جایگزین مواد شبه مخدر درونی جسم شده و همینطور یک روان بیمار جایگزین یک روان متعادل و همینطور افکار ناسالم و افیونی جایگزین افکار و اندیشه سالم شده است.
در حقیقت اعتیاد یک جایگزینی است.
و اما اعتیاد درمان قطعی دارد؟
از دید کنگره ۶۰ پاسخ بله است، اعتیاد کاملاً قابل درمان است.
و اما طرح یک سوال دیگر؛
روان چیست؟
جاستین عزیز من علاقمند هستم که شما بر پایه اصول و آموزش‌های NA استوار باشید و کاملاً از آنها پیروی نمایید چون آن اصول ضامن پاکی و سلامتی شما می‌باشد و اگر علاقمند به دانسته‌های دیگر یا کشفهای دیگری نیز باشید می‌توانیم با یکدیگر تبادل نظر کنیم و این کار برای شما کمی سخت می‌باشد چون بعضی از نقطه نظرهای من کمی متفاوت است، به هر حال من سخنرانی وادی اول کنگره ۶۰ را که به کمک هوش مصنوعی صداگذاری شده برایتان ارسال می‌کنم چون کنگره ۶۰ نیز دارای ۱۴ قدم است که به آنها ۱۴ وادی می‌گوییم و نیز ۱۴ سنت دارد که به آن قوانین می‌گوییم. در جلسات NAیا AA یک منشی و یک رهبر است که جلسات را اداره می‌کنند ولی در جلسات کنگره ۶۰ یک فرد دیگری نیز به نام دبیر در کنار رهبر قرار دارد که کلیه مطالب و وقایع جلسه را می‌نویسد و در یک دفتر ثبت می‌کند البته در کنگره ۶۰ به منشی نگهبان و یا به رهبر استاد می‌گویند؛ البته در جلسات کنگره ۶۰ هم سبد جمع آوری پول می‌چرخد و کلیه خدمات رایگان است و همینطور در جلسات مثل Na مشارکت می‌کنند و داشتن راهنما برای همه افراد الزامی است.
در پایان مطالبی را که برای شما می‌نویسم و یا سخنرانی‌هایی که ارسال می‌کنم شما اختیار کامل دارید در هر کجا که می‌خواهید استفاده کنید البته حتماً مطلع هستید که کشور ما در جنگ است و تهران مورد حمله هوایی قرار دارد ولی همه ما سالم هستیم

How are you? I'm doing well.
I was delighted by your kind note.
I should mention that 28 years ago, seven months after my addiction recovery and writing the book *Crossing the 60 Degrees Below Zero Zone*, I joined NA. I stayed there for about a year and celebrated my one-year sobriety anniversary there. I have good friends in NA and AA. I deeply love NA and greatly admire its founder, Mr. Bill Wilson.
I am familiar with NA’s steps, traditions, and all its principles, and I respect them.
However, since my findings could not be implemented within NA, I had no choice but to establish Congress 60. I learned a great deal from NA and incorporated many of their principles and ideas into the structure of Congress 60.
In fact, I believe Congress 60 is the second chapter or a complement to NA and AA. Many aspects of addiction that were unknown 70 years ago in NA and in the scientific world are now fully understood in Congress 60.
Definition of Addiction According to Congress 60:
Addiction is a disease or a problem of the body, psyche, and worldview. External drugs replace the body’s natural opioid-like substances, a disturbed psyche replaces a balanced one, and unhealthy, opium-tainted thoughts replace healthy ones. In essence, addiction is a substitution.
Does addiction have a definitive cure?
From Congress 60’s perspective, the answer is yes—addiction is completely treatable.
Another question: What is the psyche?
Dear Justin, I am keen for you to remain steadfast in NA’s principles and teachings and to follow them fully, as they ensure your sobriety and well-being. If you are also interested in exploring other knowledge or discoveries, we can exchange ideas. This might be a bit challenging for you, as some of my perspectives differ.
Nevertheless, I’m sending you the lecture on the First Valley of Congress 60, which has been narrated with the help of artificial intelligence. Congress 60 also has 14 steps, which we call the 14 Valleys, and 14 traditions, which we refer to as laws. In NA or AA meetings, there is a secretary and a leader managing the sessions, but in Congress 60 meetings, there is an additional role called the scribe, who, alongside the leader and secretary, records all the session’s discussions and events in a notebook. In Congress 60, we call the secretary the “Guardian” and the leader the “master.”
In Congress 60 meetings, a basket is passed around for donations, all services are free, and, like NA, participants share their experiences. Having a guide is mandatory for everyone.
In conclusion, you have full permission to use the materials I write or the lectures I send in any way you wish.
