کارها به خوبی در حال پیشرفت است و کارهای تحقیقاتی روی گروه پنجگانه (تریاک، آمفتامین، فنتانیل، هروئین و الکل) در جریان است و من در حال پیگیری آنها هستم. در این مراحل تحقیقات، متوجه شدم که تا چه اندازه ما در علم نوروبیولوژی در سطح جهانی عقب افتادگی داریم و نه تنها در درمان اعتیاد و از نظر فیزیولوژی پیشرفتی حاصل نشده است؛ بلکه حتی معتاد کردن موشها را هم بلد نیستیم.
موقعی که من به دکتر آروین برای معتاد کردن موشها با هروئین، از طریق تزریق صحبت می‌کردم، دکتر آروین به من گفت: بایستی تعداد موشها را خیلی زیاد بگیریم؛ چون در مرحله هروئینی کردن موشها، تعداد زیادی از آنها خواهند مرد، به عبارتی مقدار مرگ برای هروئینی کردن آنها، از مقدار پنجاه درصد هم بالاتر است و من از این بابت بسیار تعجب کردم که چرا بایستی مقدار مرگ برای معتاد کردن موشها بالاتر باشد.
گفتم: پروتکل معتاد کردن موشها چگونه است؟
گفت: با نظر گرفتن 0/25 میلی‌گرم هروئین برای هر کیلوگرم وزن موشها در نظر گرفته شده، که این مقدار به صورت تزریقی وارد بدن موشها می‌شود.
گفتم: این مقدار برای معتاد کردن موشها ثابت است؟ یعنی از روز اول با همین مقدار تزریق می‌شود؟
گفت: بله، از روز اول شروع می‌شود و با همین مقدار تا 10 روز ثابت است.
گفتم: من از تعجب دارم شاخ درمی‌آورم، می‌دانید چرا؟ آیا شما تاکنون دیده‌اید، فردی برای هروئینی شدن از روز اول مثلا یک گرم هروئین به خودش تزریق کند؟! یا فردی برای الکلی شدن، از روز اول یک بطر ویسکی جانی واکر را خالی خالی بخورد؟
پاسخ این است که هرگز چنین اتفاقی در بین انسان‌ها رخ نداده است، چون روزهای اول و یا حتی ماه‌های اول بدن آنها تحمل جذب چنین میزان هروئین یا الکل را ندارد.
قدرمسلم اگر فردی که عادت به هروئین ندارد و از روز نخست 1 گرم هروئین به خودش تزریق کند به احتمال خیلی زیاد اور دوز خواهد کرد که منجر به مرگ او خواهد شد.
و یا اگر از روز نخست یک بطر ویسکی بخورد، قطعاً دچار مشکلات سختی خواهد شد و اگر منجر به مرگ او نشود قطعاً به کبد و سایر قسمت‌های جسم او آسیب خواهد زد.
و من ناگزیر شدم که برای هروئینی کردن موشها پروتکل جدیدی را بنویسم تا پس از نوشتن پروپوزال و گرفتن کد اخلاق این آزمایش را انجام بدهیم، بدون آن که تلفات زیادی داشته باشیم، بتوانیم به سهولت موشها را معتاد کنیم.
من فکر می‌کنم در تمامی آزمایشات حیوانی به جای اینکه موشها را معتاد کنند، بیشتر آنها را مریض می‌کردند و یا ناقص و یا باعث مرگ آنها می‌شدند.
و اما درمورد ترجمه متن سخنرانی‌ها که می‌خواهیم از هوش مصنوعی استفاده کنیم. بایستی ذکر کنم که کار ترجمه این سخنرانی توسط گروه مترجمین کنگره 60 که در سایت کنگره 60 به زبان آمریکایی نیز در اختیار آنها می‌باشد، خیلی وقت است که آغاز شده، که البته از هوش مصنوعی برای تبدیل متن سخنرانی به صوت استفاده خواهیم کرد و هم‌اکنون ما در حال برنامه‌ریزی هستیم که صدا شبیه به کلام و بیان من باشد؛ البته همانطور که می‌دانید، متن سخنرانی‌ها از 900 سخنرانی بیشتر است و تمامی سخنرانی ها جنبه آموزشی دارد و درمورد مسائل مختلف صحبت می‌شود.
درضمن خوب است که گزارشی هم از لژیون‌های ویلیام بدهیم

بیل عزیز، من فکر می‌کنم سه مشکل اصلی و اساسی در آمریکا و سایر جوامع وجود دارد که یکی اعتیاد و دیگری چاقی و سومی سرطان است و من با اطمینان کامل می‌گویم که ما به سهولت مشکل اعتیاد و مشکل چاقی را با آسان‌ترین روش حل کرده‌ایم و همین‌طور مشکل سرطان را هم تا حدود خیلی خیلی زیادی مشخص کرده‌ایم که بایستی در طول زمان با آزمایش جانوری و ارائه کیس ریپورت‌ها آن را به اطلاع جوامع علمی برسانیم.

I hope you’re doing well; I’m doing great. Things are progressing well, and our research on the pentad group (opium, amphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, and alcohol) is fully underway and being actively pursued. During these stages of research, I’ve realized just how far behind we are globally in the field of neurobiology. Not only has there been no significant physiological progress in addiction treatment, but we also don’t even know how to properly induce addiction in mice.
When I spoke with Dr. Arvin about inducing heroin addiction in mice through injection, he told me we would need a large number of mice because many of them would die during the heroin addiction process. In fact, the death rate during this process exceeds 50%. I was very surprised by this—why should the mortality rate for inducing addiction in mice be so high?
I asked, “What is the protocol for inducing addiction in mice?”
He replied that a dose of 0.2 mg of heroin per kilogram of the mice’s body weight is administered via injection.
I asked, “Is this dose consistent for the entire process, starting from day one?”
He said, “Yes, it begins at this dose from day one and remains the same for 10 days. The dosage is fixed.”
I said, “I’m absolutely astonished. Do you know why? Have you ever seen a person become addicted to heroin by injecting, say, one gram of heroin on the first day? Or someone become an alcoholic by drinking an entire bottle of Johnny Walker whiskey straight on the first day?”
The answer is that such a scenario never happens among humans because, in the early days—or even months—the body cannot tolerate such an amount of heroin or alcohol.
It’s clear that if someone who isn’t accustomed to heroin injects one gram of it on the first day, they will very likely overdose and die. Similarly, if someone drinks an entire bottle of whiskey on the first day, they will face severe complications, and if it doesn’t lead to their death, it will certainly harm their liver and other body parts.
I was compelled to draft a new protocol for inducing heroin addiction in mice. Then, by writing a proposal and obtaining ethical approval, we could conduct this experiment. This way, we can induce addiction in mice without significant mortality or complications. I believe that in most animal experiments, instead of successfully inducing addiction, researchers were simply making the mice sick, deformed, or causing their death.
As for translating the speeches, where we plan to use artificial intelligence, it should be noted that the translation of these speeches has long been underway by the Congress 60 translation team, who have access to Congress 60’s English website.
We intend to use AI to convert the translated texts of speeches into audio, and we are currently planning to ensure that the tone of voice resembles my own as much as possible. Of course, there are over 900 speeches, all of which are educational and cover various topics.

Dear Bill, I believe there are three main and critical issues in the U.S. and other societies: addiction, obesity, and cancer.
