امیدوارم خوب باشید، حال من هم خوب است. از بابت انتشار کتاب و مطالب کنگره 60 از شما صمیمانه تشکر می‌کنم، این کار واقعاً کمک شایان توجه‌ای برای شناخت کنگره به محققین و دانشمندان این حوزه خواهد کرد و از اینکه شما همیشه پیشرو هستید بسیار خوشحال هستم.
ما هم اکنون در حال آزمایش هروئین روی گروه کثیری از موش‌های رت یا صحرایی هستیم. برای انجام این کار حتی پروتکل‌هایی که برای معتاد کردن موش‌ها در سطح جهانی در نظر گرفته شده کاملاً غلط و نادرست است، مثالا برای معتاد کردن 200 موش به هروئین که به صورت تزریق انجام می‌گیرد، از زمان شروع تا معتاد شدن موش‌ها شاید نصف آن‌ها می‌میرند و من نمی‌دانم داخل کله این محققین به جای مغز، گچ کار گذاشته‌اند. این دانشمندان متوجه نیستند که مرگ آن‌ها در اثر اوردوز پیش می‌آید، کافی است برای جلوگیری از مرگ موش‌ها مقدار دوز یا اندازه هروئین مصرفی آن‌ها را از مقدار کم شروع کنیم و در مدت یک هفته و یا چند روز مقدار را افزایش دهیم تا به حداکثر برسانیم.
ولی متأسفانه این دانشمندان از روز اول با یک دوز بالا شروع می‌کنند، اگر کمی دقت می‌کردند و می‌فهمیدند انسان‌ها چگونه معتاد می‌شوند، موضوع برایشان قابل حل بود، آیا می‌توانیم حتی برای نمونه یک هروئینی تزریقی پیدا کنیم که از روز اول با یک دوز بسیار بالائی شروع کرده باشد؟!.
متأسفانه معتاد کردن موش‌ها هم مثل درمان کردن آن‌ها می‌باشد، بگذریم؟؟!!
و اما درمورد پاسخ به سؤال شما:
قبل از شروع، از اینکه نمی‌توانم خیلی سریع از نظر زمانی پاسخ نامه شما را بدهم، پوزش می‌طلبم.
سؤال کرده بودید؛
آیا می‌توانید توضیح دهید که شعب جدید کنگره ۶۰ چگونه تشکیل می‌شوند و چگونه اطمینان حاصل می‌کنید که فلسفه و روش‌های درمانی کنگره ۶۰ به‌طور مداوم در این شعب جدید اجرا می‌شوند و این شعب چگونه مدیریت می‌شوند؟
پاسخ:
وقتی در شهری کنگره 60 در حال کار است و تشکیل جلسه می‌دهد، مقداری از مراجعین مربوط به داخل همان شهر هستند و مقداری از مراجعین هم از شهرهای اطراف برای درمان مراجعه می‌کنند و گاهی از فاصله 200 یا 300 کیلومتری شهرهای اطراف برای درمان به کنگره می‌آیند.
پس از گذشت مدتی، بعضی افراد مراجعه می‌کنند که مربوط به همان شهر هستند، و مثلاً می‌گویند، ما از شمال شهر می‌آییم و فاصله ما تا جنوب شهر خیلی زیاد است و می‌خواهیم در شمال شهر هم شعبه جدیدی احداث کنیم.
و ما می‌گوییم، بایستی 3 شرط زیر را داشته باشید تا اجازه تأسیس شعبه صادر شود.
الف: باید چند راهنما داشته باشید، حداقل 2 راهنما.
ب: باید مقداری پول داشته باشید.
ج: باید در فکر زمین، برای ایجاد کنگره باشید.
بنابراین بلافاصله افراد اقدام به جمع‌آوری پول می‌کنند که این مرحله به‌سرعت و به راحتی انجام می‌گیرد و البته آسان‌ترین کار همین است و گاهی هم در بعضی از شهرها خرید و یا تهیه زمین بسیار سخت است که در این شرایط یک محلی را اجاره می‌کنند و پس از آن به آرامی شروع به کار می‌کنند.
و اما گروهی که از شهرهای اطراف می‌آیند؛ موقعی که به درمان رسیدند و مقدار آن‌ها زیاد باشد و بعضی از آن‌ها راهنما شدند، آن‌ها هم درخواست تأسیس نمایندگی می‌کنند که به آن‌ها، به همان شرایط فوق‌الذکر اجازه داده خواهد شد.
و اما برای یک نواختی آموزش و یا روش درمان؛
اولین موضوعی که در کنگره 60 اجرا می‌شود و کاملاً منحصر به فرد است، نوشتن دروس آموزشی است و آن این است که من در هفته یک ساعت سخنرانی آموزشی دارم و گاهی هم امین فرزندم این کار را انجام می‌دهد و فایل سخنرانی در یک اپلیکیشن، هر یکشنبه ساعت 7 صبح قرار می‌گیرد و کلیه افراد کنگره 60 باید، باید، باید این یک ساعت سخنرانی را روی کاغذ بنویسند. تمامی افراد، حتی دیده‌بانان و این موضوع مثل یک زنجیره، همه افراد کنگره را به هم متصل کرده و آموزش را در سطح کشور یکنواخت کرده است.
امیدوارم به‌زودی با کمک هوش مصنوعی، تمامی متن سخنرانی مرا به انگلیسی به صورت گفتاری تبدیل کنیم و در اختیار شما قرار بدهیم تا با متن آموزش کنگره آشنا شوید و موضوع دیگری که باعث یکنواختی آموزش می‌باشد، نظارت دیده‌بانان است.
مثلاً دیده‌بان راهنمایان با کمک دستیاران خودش مرتب، تمامی شعب را کنترل می‌کند و همین‌طور راهنمای تازه‌واردین و سایر دیده‌بانان با کمک دستیاران خودشان و همین‌طور دیده‌بان مرزبانان و دستیاران او، بر تمامی مرزبانان کلیه شعب نظارت دارند و همیشه به موقع برای انتخابات مرزبانی که دوره آن‌ها تمام شده، اقدام می‌کنند.
بیل عزیز، می‌خواهم بگویم در کنگره سیستم‌های متعددی هستند که کلیه اوضاع کنگره را مرتب کنترل می‌کنند و گاهی این سیستم‌ها بدون اینکه با یکدیگر برخورد یا تصادفی داشته باشند، یکدیگر را پوشش می‌دهند.
در حقیقت همه چیز برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل شده و با حداقل نیرو و یا صرف انرژی به کار خود ادامه می‌دهد، امیدوارم توانسته باشم موضوع را توضیح داده باشم.
در ضمن؛ چند قطعه از اجرای گروه موسیقی را می‌فرستم که البته، قطعات بریده شده است، که فیلم کامل را متعاقباً ارسال خواهم کرد.
موضوع تحقیق مشترکمان را در جریان هستم و افراد مختلف در حال تلاش و کوشش هستند تا مطالب مورد نیاز را ارسال کنیم، من شخصاً از این تحقیق بسیار خوشحال هستم.
و اما نگهداری در درمان؛
من معتقد هستم تا زمانی که توجه حوزه پزشکی درمان اعتیاد به نوروبیولوژی نباشد و توجه خاص به تغییرات بیان ژن‌های منحصر به فرد در اعتیاد نباشد، پروژه نگهداری در درمان بسیار مشکل به نظر می‌رسد.
من همان‌طوری که قبلاً هم یادآور شده بودم، پنج ماده را به عنوان پایه در اعتیاد قرار دادم، که شامل الکل، تریاک، هروئین، آمفتامین و فنتانیل بوده، که تحقیقات در مورد تریاک و آمفتامین و فنتانیل کاملاً به اتمام رسیده و مقالات آن‌ها در حال کامل شدن است و هروئین را نیز شروع کردیم و پس از آن الکل، البته در الکلی کردن موش‌ها مشکلاتی پیش آمد که تحقیق به تعویق افتاد؛ ولی پس از اتمام هر پنج ماده دقیقاً جزئیات اعتیاد را بررسی و دسته‌بندی خواهم کرد تا به جهانیان ثابت شود که درمان اعتیاد از نظر پزشکی بسیار مشکل دارد و این در حالی است که ریکاوری در اعتیاد به خوبی در حال انجام وظیفه است.
ولی متاسفانه درمان‌های پزشکی در بعضی شرایط تخریب‌های بسیار شدیدی به افراد وارد می‌کنند و این موضوع در تحقیقات سلولی و مولکولی و یا نوروبیولوژی کاملاً قابل مشاهده است؛ البته باید در نظر داشته باشیم که در درمان‌های نگهدارنده و کاهش آسیب، سیستم‌های پزشکی برای بعضی از افراد، مخصوصاً معتادان آخر خطی خدمات خوبی را ارائه می‌نماید؛ ولی باز هم به اعتقاد من هنوز مفهوم اعتیاد و اثرات مخرب مواد روی فیزیولوژی را مورد کاوش صحیح قرار نداده‌اند، امیدوارم ما بتوانیم با به پایان رساندن تحقیقات پنچ‌گانه خود این مسیر را از نظر پزشکی روشن نمائیم، آنگاه با درمان پزشکی صحیح همراه با ریکاوری صحیح، ما قادر خواهیم بود، مشکل اعتیاد را به میزان قابل توجه‌ای در آینده کاهش دهیم.

This practice acts as a chain connecting all members of Congress 60 nationwide, ensuring uniform education.

Monitoring by Didehbans:
Another factor ensuring uniformity is Didehban supervision. For instance, the Didehban for guides, with the assistance of their assistants, regularly monitors all branches. Similarly, the Didehban for new members, along with other Didehbans and assistants, oversees their respective areas. Even the Didehban of Marzbans takes care of the Marzban's new election when their serving period ends.
Dear Bill, I want to say that Congress 60 has multiple systems in place to monitor all activities seamlessly. These systems often complement one another without conflict. Everything operates under planned and controlled conditions with minimal personnel and energy consumption. I hope I have explained the matter clearly.

Regarding Maintenance Treatment:
I believe that unless the medical field pays attention to the neurobiology of addiction and focuses specifically on changes in the expression of unique addiction-related genes, progress in maintenance treatment will be very challenging.
As I have previously mentioned, I identified five core substances in addiction: alcohol, opium, heroin, amphetamines, and fentanyl. Research on opium, amphetamines, and fentanyl has been completed, and their papers are in the final stages. We have started heroin research and will proceed with alcohol afterward. However, challenges in alcohol-related research delayed the study. Once we complete these five, I aim to thoroughly analyze and categorize addiction details to demonstrate that medical treatment of addiction faces significant challenges.
While recovery from addiction is progressing successfully with valuable experiences, unfortunately, medical treatments sometimes cause severe harm in certain conditions, as evidenced in cellular, molecular, and neurobiology research. However, maintenance treatments and harm-reduction systems do provide good services for specific individuals, especially those at the end stages of addiction.
Still, I believe the full scope of addiction’s destructive effects on physiology has yet to be explored. I hope we can complete the five-part research to illuminate the path for medical treatment of addiction.
Then, with proper medical treatment alongside effective recovery programs, we will be able to significantly reduce addiction issues in the future.
