The sixteenth session of the 71th round of private educational workshops of Congresd60 was held by Mr. Ashkezari (a respected watcher) as the guest speaker, Mr. Mansour as the master of ceremony and Mr. Amir as the secretary in Academy Branch on Tuesday, 14/8/2019 at 17:00. The weekly agenda was: “Job, Education and Power".
Mr. Ashkezari's words:
Hello friends, I am Ali, a traveller. Thanks God I am in this position again and I hope to have a good session. The weekly agenda is: “Job, Education and Power". Based on Marzban and watcher's decision, one part of the session is assigned to the question and answer. In answering to the questions, preference is given to the individuals that ask their questions orally, also written questions will be answered, there is no problem. Friends, please ask your questions without any censor, I censor them myself and write them clearly so that the topic and the questioner are specified and clear.
In Congress60, we answer the individuals, not the questions, it means that when a pupil asks their question from their guide, the guide provides a specific answer for it and perhaps there was a completely different answer for someone else with the same question. This means that the questions may always be the same but the answers are different. For example, a pupil asks their guide I cannot fall asleep at night and I have restless legs syndrome. The guide gives him an appropriate answer in accordance with his background. For instance, he says: “you have to increase or decrease your daily dosages of OT; however, depending on another pupil's background, the guide's answer may be different to the above question: you should have a 3-day-withdrawal. The two questions are the same but the answers are quite different due to the questioner’s conditions.
All the Congress60 agendas are scheduled in a way that they are useful and practical for the travellers during their life and travel (duration of the addiction treatment, 10 months) and if an agenda is not effective in my life, that would be useless. This week's agenda is "Job, Education and Power" that we all deal with them. The tricks of the trade of this subject or many other things is that everybody should start their job from their own position or step and if they do not follow this principle, they will fail 100 percent or they will not achieve their desired results. For instance, we often start exercising and after two sessions, we feel body pains and muscle weaknesses and that make us stop it forever. The reason is that I did not start it from my own position (I did not pay attention to my situation). All in all, if I find my true start point in everything, that will be very enjoyable. Besides, it makes my training complete (because it is started from its base) so that I can reach the high positions and my goals.
In the parts of job and education, we should also follow this principle. At first, I should "think" when I want to start them. Then, I should know at which position I am and also I need to know what I have and what physical state and how much knowledge and information I have about that job and from that point, then, I can start well. I am sure that anybody that starts anything from its true point, they will certainly enjoy it and they will achieve their goals in everything by training and acquiring the right information and knowledge. For example, if I played a sport professionally before, there is no reason to start it again from the same position, after some years of destroying my body and being away from it; I must start playing from the lower steps so that I can properly reach my goals.
