قبل از هر سخن بایستی به خاطر ارسال متن سخنرانی سپاسگزاری کنم، پنل در روز 13 February برگزار شد و جای شما بسیار خالی بود و برای ارائه پنل سالن به‌قدری شلوغ بود (با وجود اینکه ظرفیت سالن هزار نفر بود) که در پله‌ها هم مردم ایستاده بودند و شاید بیش‌از 300نفر هم بیرون از سالن حضور داشتند؛ به طوریکه وقتی جانشین رئیس کنگره می‌خواست وارد سالن شود امکان‌پذیر نبود. بحث علمی و بسیار جذاب بود و درباره یافته‌های جدید متد DST بود و اینکه چگونه قطع سریع مواد مخدر آثار مخرب روی سیستم‌های مختلف جسم می‌گذارد و همین‌طور شانی سخنرانی شما را به نحو احسن و بسیار خوب ارائه داد و در جاهای مختلف متن سخنرانی، توضیحات لازم را ارائه می‌داد که موضوع کاملاً شکافته و منتقل شود.
در سخنرانی، شما مباحث پایه‌ای و کلیدی بسیار خوبی را مطرح کرده بودید که برای محققین و متخصصین این حوزه بسیار جذاب بود و من از این بابت خوشحال هستم و تشکر می‌کنم. در این پنل با تحقیقات، آزمایشات و بررسی ژن های موش های صحرایی که در انگلستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته بود، دقیقاً مشخص شد که اعتیاد چه مسیرهایی را از نظر بیان ژن‌ها از نظم خارج می‌کند و با درمان‌های ناقص این اثرات تخریبی تا پایان عمر همراه فرد بهبودیافته است؛ ولی با متد DST این مسیر کاملاً بازتنظیم می‌شود؛ البته منظور من این است که مواد مخدر ده‌ها و صدها ژن را از نظم خارج و کار آن‌ها را مختل می‌کند؛ بنابراین مشکل اعتیاد و یا درمان و یا پیشگیری آن کار یک ژن نیست که دانشگاه MIT و استنفورد و سایر مراکز به دنبال ژن اعتیاد می‌گردند تا برای اعتیاد واکسن بسازند.
و در پایان، امسال دومین سالی بود که انتشارات دژاکام به پنج مقاله برتر جوایز ارزنده‌ای را تقدیم کرد؛ که اگر بخواهیم این جایزه‌ها را به‌دلار حساب کنیم، نفر اول تا سوم هر کدام هزار دلار و نفر چهارم 500دلار و نفر پنجم 250دلار بود که البته به پول شما این مبلغ کمی است؛ ولی به پول ما این مبلغ نسبتاً زیادی است؛ برای مثال ممکن است یک کارمند متوسط در ماه 250 دلار حقوق بگیرد و یا یک استاد دانشگاه در ماه 400دلار حقوق دریافت کند؛ بنابراین می‌توان گفت جایزه هزار دلاری نسبتاً جایزه خوب و بالایی به‌حساب می‌آید. البته انتشارات دژاکام به دانشجویانی هم که از شهرستان‌ها برای شرکت در این کنگره آمدند مقداری کمک‌هزینه سفر پرداخت کرد. همین‌طور برای 12 پایان‌نامه تحقیقاتی دانشجویان PHD نیز کمک‌هزینه پرداخت کردیم.
اکنون به آرامی و با دلیل و منطق و با ارائه دلایل علمی محکم در سطح سلولی و ملکولی در حال بررسی این هستیم که اصولاً اعتیاد چیست و همین‌طور کلیه روش‌های درمان مثل قطع سریع مواد و درمان با نالوکسان و B2 و متادون و درمان DST با OT را مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهیم تا کلیه روش‌ها راستی‌آزمایی شوند که کدام روش درمان و کدام روش تخریب ایجاد می‌کند.

First and foremost, I must express my gratitude for sending the speech text. The panel was held on February 13, and your absence was deeply felt. The hall was so crowded that, despite its 1,000-person capacity, people were standing on the stairs. Perhaps more than 300 people were standing outside the hall, and even the deputy head of the congress could not enter.
The discussion was highly scientific and engaging, entirely focused on the latest findings of the DST method and how the rapid cessation of drug use has destructive effects on various bodily systems. Shani delivered your speech exceptionally well, providing necessary explanations at different points to ensure the topic was thoroughly elaborated and conveyed.
Your speech contained fundamental and key discussions that were highly appealing to researchers and specialists in this field. I am both pleased and grateful for this.
During the panel, research conducted on laboratory rats, including gene testing in England, precisely demonstrated how addiction disrupts genetic expression pathways. With incomplete treatments, these destructive effects persist throughout the individual’s lifetime. However, with the DST method, these pathways are fully re-regulated.
To clarify, drug addiction disrupts the function of dozens or even hundreds of genes, so addressing, treating, or preventing addiction is not a matter of targeting a single gene. Yet, institutions like MIT, Stanford, and other research centers are searching for an "addiction gene" to develop a vaccine for addiction.
At the end of the event, for the second consecutive year, Dezhakam Publications awarded valuable prizes to the five best research papers. If we convert these prizes into dollars, the first to third place winners each received $1,000, the fourth-place winner received $500, and the fifth-place winner received $250. While this amount may seem small in your currency, it is relatively significant in ours. For example, a mid-level employee might earn around $250 monthly, and a university professor might receive about $400 monthly. Therefore, a $1,000 prize is considered quite generous.
Additionally, Dezhakam Publications provided some travel grants to students from other cities who attended the congress. Furthermore, we also provided financial support for 12 PhD research dissertations.
Now, with patience, logic, and strong scientific evidence at the cellular and molecular levels, we are working to answer the fundamental question: What is addiction? At the same time, we are systematically evaluating all treatment methods, including rapid drug cessation, treatment with Naltrexone, B2 (Buprenorphine), Methadone, and DST treatment with OT (Opium Tincture). Our goal is to verify which methods truly lead to recovery and which ones cause harm.
