Hope all is well. I appreciate the congratulations and well wishes.
It would be great to read the 14 laws. I’m always interested in how communities like Congress 60 organize themselves and protect themselves from both internal and external conflict. Unfortunately, many organizations meant to treat addiction have collapsed due to corruption, or some external pressure. It is a testament to Congress 60’s laws that it is lasted so long.
I listened to second valley with your definition of psyche in mind. Once again, it’s striking that contemplation holds such a high purpose in your cure, or “reconstruction.” In the States, cognitive behavioral therapy is often tried as a method for treating addiction – which revolves around becoming aware of negative thoughts and replacing these with more positive thoughts (which create positive action).
I’d be interested to know more about your Guides, if you have any thoughts or resources. Ehsan has told me quite a bit about them, but I’m always interested in forms of peer support, especially as the process of becoming a Guide seems to be very formal in Congress 60.
