بابت اختصار این نامه پوزش می‌طلبم. در حال انجام کارهای نهایی "نوع آوری در درمان اعتیاد و ریکاوری. داستان کنگره ۶۰" هستم. همچنین دراین‌باره فکر می‌کنم که بهترین راه برای معرفی کتاب به خوانندگان چیست. امیدوارم در هفته آتی بتوانم پیش‌نویس کتاب را برای شما بفرستم تا ببینید که نسخه انگلیسی آنچه شکلی پیداکرده است.
سؤالی که پیش‌آمده این است که در مقالات و مصاحبه‌ها هم 60 congressنوشته‌شده و هم 60 congress برای اینکه متن یکنواخت شود همه را به 60 congress تغییر دادم. اگر این خوب است به من اطلاع دهید.

هفت دوست و همکار من در سال گذشته در اثر کویید ۱۹ جان خود را از دست دادند. تعداد بیش از ۵۰۰ هزار مرگ در اثر کویید ۱۹ خود یک موضوع خوب برای مطالعه در زمینه شکست مدیریت و رهبری است.

Pardon the brevity of this communication. I am working to finish the formatting and proofing of “Innovation in addiction treatment and recovery. The story of Congress 60” and am also giving thought to how best to announce the availability of the English edition. I hope to be able to send you a draft this coming week to show you what the English version will look like when posted.
One question that arose is that within the interviews and essays we have references to both “Congress 60” and ‘Congress60”. I have now changed all of these to “Congress 60” for consistency. Let me know if this is okay.
I am sure work on the university is keeping you quite busy. I appreciate your updates on its progress. This university will be an important resource for research on addiction treatment and recovery and a seminal source of training for people working in the treatment and recovery support arenas.
It is a testament to the vitality of the Congress 60 culture that you have so many of your members seeking to serve as guides and co-guides. The number of people taking the co-guide examination this year is truly remarkable. The closest we have to the guide and co-guide role in the U.S. is the role of recovery coach, which has emerged over the past two decades as a specialist role for recovery support. There are now several institutes involved in the training of recovery coaches, but not nearly the number that you have within Congress 60.
That you have experienced no deaths within Congress 60 related to COVID-19 is an amazing achievement. Deaths from COVID-19 in the U.S. are finally declining as vaccinations increase and more people are wearing masks, but I fear many states are relaxing their restrictions too soon and that we could have another surge before enough vaccinations are completed. I have known personally seven friends or colleagues who have died from COVID-19 this past year. The more than 500,000 deaths from COVID-19 in the U.S. serve as a case study in leadership failure.
