The sixth session of the 66th round of the Academy Branch Workshops was held on July 11th 2018 at 9:15 a.m. This meeting was held by Mr. Dezhakam as the master of ceremony and traveler Mohammad as the secretary. Hello friends, I am Hossein, a traveler. I am fine and I hope you are keeping well as well. From now on, companions are required to write 40 CDs so that they can be considered as second-travel companions. The travelers must also write
40 CDs when they come to get liberated from addiction. All the travelers and newcomers are required to write the first seven valleys as they enter Congress60.
We desired to establish an Academy for Congress60, and now I see that we already have this academy, because 4500 members of Congress60 participated in Guidance-exam which was administered in 43 exam-centres and now we have to register this academy.
From now on, all individuals with incurable diseases who have carried out X-travel and been cured via DST method will be introduced here.
Anyone who is accepted in the exam as a guide, must be approved by their guide and the authorities in Congress60, although we are not seeking surveillance and we do not tend to check them at all. Those who have finished their four-year of guidance in Congress60, do not worry, if their performance in four years is satisfying, we will keep them as guides.
Another issue is obesity. We have few diseases which are the mother of all other diseases. One of them is constipation, and half of the population on the globe are suffering from it. This is caused by malnutrition including fast-foods, white flour, lasagna,... They have put bran aside and use the white part of wheat which is only starch and they add additives to flour which even beetles will not eat. All the diseases are coming from these additives and poisonous ingredients. How is it possible for a food like milk to have one year expiry?
You have to digest all foods and it takes much energy. For instance, a 1000 calorie food is digested by 700 calories of energy, but it does not hold true for fast foods, this amount of energy is not allocated to digest them, and that is why fast foods make you fat. To lose weight, you have to get a scale and weigh yourself before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner. This is the first step so that you figure out the metabolism of body. The third global disease is insomnia. Most of people have not a plan for their sleep. Those who sleep four hours, their life length will reduce about 10 to 15 years. The sleep hour must be specified. Sleeping must take place at a particular time: 10 or 11 or 12 p.m. We have to immediately fall into sleep as we sleep and anesthetic chemicals including acetylcholine, adrenaline and serotonins must be secreted in the blood. I sleep at 9:30 p.m. every night and if I sleep at 11 one night, I will be sleepless.
Today’s agenda is the Eleventh Valley: All the roaring rivers and gushing springs will ultimately reach the sea and ocean. We have lots of non-roaring springs which they never reach anywhere and they will dry soon. If a spring wishes to reach sea, it has to be roaring, it must be continually thinking and moving. If it is roaring it will be gushing. The same as a river, we have to be roaring so that we can achieve whatever we wish. If we try continuously, we surely reach what we want, but we have to contemplate, try and move.
