In other NGOs, they believe that all the members are equal, however, justice does not mean that all the people are equal, primarily all people are equal but their positions are different. In holy Quran, it is asked: “Are the blind equal to the sighted, are the knowledgeable equal to the ignorant? Are those who corrupt anything equal to those who are decent?” The same holds true in Congress60, those who serve others in Congress60 cannot be equal to those who betray others.
Suppose in the Army, all the members have the same position. What will be the result if a lieutenant, a lieutenant colonel and a lieutenant commander have the same position; what will happen? Regarding some aspects, in Congress60, we are the same, for instance in Congress60, we all cooperate with each other to serve others and clean this place; however, each person must have their own place.
When a guide tells his pupil something, the pupil must put his guide’s order into practice. We [as a first or second traveler]are not allowed to say we are all equal and we are all the same in Congress60. Each person has their own position based on the amount of service they provide, the special position they have and the value which they consider for human beings.
Congress60 members achieve their position on the basis of the work they do and the position they have. In Congress60, those who serve others must be respected. We have DST education here and surprisingly members are not equal even in the DST method, the duration of travel is the same for all [10 to 11 months]; however, the amount of OT [Opium Tincture] differs from one person to another.
No one is allowed to claim I have the same position as guides or agents.
