Dear Bill,
I hope you are fine, I am well. Ramadan is over, as you know during this month free dinner is provided for all the members of Congress 60.
During this month all branches are so vibrant and all the cookings are done by our members. Most of them learned how to cook from a educational cooking cd which was prepared by me.
Just like I found DST method, I found new methods in cooking.
As for the required money I must say that all the donations are being done by members, and each year we even have extra money after Ramadan is over. This extra money will be used in rental peyments of our branches or other areas.
In regards of working with researchers hopefully many of Phd students are coming to Congress 60 to do their thesis. But sadly most of these reseaches are being done in Farsi.
This year our musical team is going to perform in annual ceremony of drugs that all the dignitaries and embassadors will participate. My son Amin plays clarinet and my daughter Ani sings in chor.

I have sent a message to Dr. Ekhtiary that he has not responded yet. Perhaps he didn't receive it yet.
Congress 60 is sponsering this year of international congress on addiction in Iran. We have accepted to cover the expenses for best articles awards and also we have paid the expenses for travel of two international researchers in order to come to Iran.
As for the saffron please tell Mrs. Rita that she needs to crush the threads into powder and then keep it in a can. Then for each dish solve a little of it ( a quarter of a teaspoon) in water and add it to rice or any other dish. Not only it gives color to the dish but also your dish will taste better.
Saffron is also categorized as an exhilarating herbal medicine.
