I hope you are fine, I am well and I am fasting.
You can recall that fasting is not eating and drinking from dawn to sunset which is about 16 hours this year.
About the saffron I must say that it is the most expensive and invaluable spice.
Saffron (pronounced /ˈsæfrən/ or /ˈsæfrɒn/)[1] is a spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, commonly known as the "saffron crocus". The vivid crimson stigmas and styles, called threads, are collected and dried to be used mainly as a seasoningand colouring agent in food ( WIKIPEDIA).

I am happy that Mrs. Rita liked my present. With this I just wanted to say my family and I are always thinking about her.
About my thoughts on stigmas I must mention that you are always free to use any of my writings and ideas and share them with others. It is an honor for me if you do so.
I can recall from the London conference that we attended both that a young person wanted to give a speech and he was there as a former addict. He was wearing a hat in a wierd way. When an individual is going to address others in a conference he must remove his hat or cap out of respect. Another thing that I remember from him was his pants. It was like that the pants are going to fall doen any moment! I couldn't understand what was he saying but it didn't feel right.
