I hope you are recovering from the flu, I am fine. It is a great honor for me that you have accepted to write a preface for the “14 articles”.
About the transition:
I believe that a NGO must be based on three pillars and form a triangle. One aspect is knowledge and experience, the other one is manpower and experts, and the third aspect is money or capital. If any NGO lacks one of these aspects then than NGO is not completed.
Within Congress 60 as you are well aware the knowledge aspect is fulfilled with articles, books, the X theory, the DST method and etc. and regarding the manpower or experts of that field we have co-guides, guides and etc.
We have formed the financial legions to address the capital aspect of this triangle and since our beneficiaries are being treated for free so they are ready to offer any financial support they can.
Thus, all the buildings and establishments of Congress 60 are whether bought or rented, in other words our buildings are not dedicated form government or any other related organizations.
So, as regards to our main office that was given to us 18 years ago by the government, now we must give it back and change our main office location to a new establishment.
This office that we are located at is a basement which is 150 meters but the new establishment has three floors and each floor has 4 apartments, therefore, we will have 12 apartments and each apartment could be utilized for one section. For example one apartment for sports, other one for research section, and one for guides, one for financial, and etc.
Its saloon is about 400 meters and we are going to use this area for our public sessions. We are going to have 200 meters yard as well.
The whole area is about 605 square meters and we purchased the whole area for 1.430.000 $
Our new building is located near to a sport complex and this is fantastic for us.
About the retention rate (one year after treatment completion) as you are aware 500 individuals were selected randomly from our travelers by the drug control headquarters and we had no role in selecting people.
I am so interested in transferring the results of this research to Mrs. Nora Volkov or NIDA because I do believe that the results will be unique and outstanding.
Hopefully, the results of this research indicates that addiction is a known illness which is completely curable.
Dear Bill, we purchased this building quite easily, and still we have financial savings and, we are fully capable of purchasing another building.
What I mean is, since we have found the true method of treatment and the efficiency of the DST method is so high, our beneficiaries are ready to support us financially.
