I hope you are well. I am well. I continue to write and conduct a variety of research. As you know, Congress 60 members fall into four groups: Men travelers female travelers Men co-travelers Female co-travelers We have four buildings designated for each group, and the distance between buildings is about 3 or 4 kilometers. Managing and planning for each group is assigned to them. For instance, planning for female travelers of the whole country is devoted to the main building of female travelers governed by female travelers. Each group functions like a clock, constantly checking if members' education is going well. Each group, as I mentioned, is entirely independent. The groups have coordination meetings on different occasions. I am very delighted to hear about your collaboration with Dr. Best. Talking about Dr. John Kelly of Harvard University got me thinking, since you are in contact with the most prestigious experts in the addiction treatment field and they have respect for what you are doing, we can use this chance to host a conference or we can call it something else. In this conference we will raise these questions for example: Is addiction curable? Is addiction an illness of the psyche or physiology? What is the addiction treatment hypothesis? What is the role of genes or gene expression in addiction treatment? Is it possible to make a vaccine for addiction? And other unanswered questions. We can start planning this conference for the next year or even more. We can host this conference in Qeshm Island, a free trade zone, and Congress 60’s University is based there. This conference can be planned by you and be hosted by Congress 60 and its university. This is what I was thinking about, and I shared that I am sure you can hammer it out with your years of experience working with addiction treatment experts worldwide. Is this doable? My idea is to invite a limited number of well known experts.

The X system theory is completing the puzzle piece by piece, and with precise experiments that we are extracting our articles from, the experts are getting more and more interested in it. The short communication on MS is published in Research Square and will soon be published in an American journal. The short communication on healing the wounds in ulcerative colitis is also approved, and we are revising it. The case report on breast cancer has also been accepted by an American journal. Comparison between the Congress 60 treatment model and other methods is almost done. The article on how to treat methamphetamine addiction using OT is also almost done. We are ready to start our next research on alcohol, heroin, opium, or fentanyl. I want to consult with you on this. Which one is a better choice or is more critical worldwide? Recently, we started our human case report, in addition to our usual animal testing. We are analyzing Dsap in our own laboratory. We have found a variety of valuable bacteria in it, which are considered vital in today's medical field treatment. We found bacteria beneficial to the digestive system. What I am trying to convey is that Dsap(apple and vinegar) can have other benefits besides being a potent anti infection and anti inflammation. About the harm reduction in Iran: There are some designated places to provide syringes and other injection tools to drug users. Also, methadone is provided in prisons for them. This program started about ten years ago to help drug users. I agree with such programs, and I even believe they should provide narcotics in safe places for drug users. We can even educate drug users in such places. A drug user would do almost anything to get his hands on the needed drug, and such places can do a lot of harm reduction.
