Communications of Hossein and Bill (Reply to Hossein - Dec 5, 2017)

Dec 5, 2017

Dear Hossein,

Thank you for the information on the retention study.  This will be an important new chapter in the study of Congress 60, your methods, and your results.
I think it is time for us to update your presentation of the X theory and the DST method of treatment, starting with the interview we are working on.  I will provide excerpts from what you have provided before for you to review and update and new thinking as part of the draft interview I am preparing.  When this interview project is complete, we can discuss the possibility of a separate article for publication.  I will give some thought to how best to get this disseminated through a print publication or posting of a paper. I will send further questions for the interview in my next communication with you.
A PDF of Recovery Rising is attached.  This copy is for your review only and is not for any other form of distribution.  I am still trying to identity what the shipping problem was with the signed copy I tried to send you.  The returned package was stamped both times with “Return to Sender Due to Export Control Regulations.”  The post office was unable to offer any more explanation to me but I have an inquiry in to get further information. It may be some form I was not aware of that I neglected to fill out.  It’s all a mystery to me.
Yes, our meeting in London proved an important milestone for both of us.  I was not aware of the circumstances that brought you to the conference and after reading your description of them it does seem like our meeting was destined. This past decade has been filled with wonderful communications and project collaborations.  Health willing, we will continue these for the coming years. And if not, people will be able to say of us that we forged a friendship across geographical, political, and religious barriers to help create a better world. That alone would be a proud legacy for our lives.
I also recall that this month is the anniversary of the beginning of your recovery journey.  My deepest congratulations to you on this milestone and what it has meant to you, your family and to all those whose lives have been touched by your life and work.

Friends and Brothers Forever.
Bill
