I hope you are fine, I am well. These days I am busy with Ramadan. During this month not eating and drinking for 16 hours per day makes the body to whether consume or excrete fat and etc.
This year like previous years excitement is all over Congress 60 and people are getting closer with each other because they cook and eat and wash the dishes and clean together. I ask Ehsan to send some related photos.
About your question: any individuals who must keep a low dosage of OT for a long time just like the third group.
The answer is not within Congress 60!
We haven’t felt such a need in DST method until now. Treatment and tapering with the DST method is being carried-out quite easily. We have many examples within Congress 60 (second travelers) who has stopped taking OT after treatment and first travelers look at them and they realize they actually don’t need to be maintained on a low dosage forever.

Treatment or reaching the cure is quite easy at Congress 60 and as you say, it is like a highway which has signs and marks showing the road everywhere.
It is amazing how well our travelers feel when they reach the end of first travel and each week we have more than 100 individuals who reach this milestone.
Our addiction treatment experts and dignitaries are amazed and they are planning studies to find out and promote the truth about the DST method.
Still many addiction treatment professionals don’t believe that the DST method is a great invention whereby addiction can be cured.
In future the X theory and OT with the DST method can be and will be utilized as a new road of certain cure for many incurable diseases.
I am positive that one day humanity will realize the importance of this method, and that day I will not be in this world anymore.
Anyway, moreover about your question, our clinics are utilizing B2, Methadone and OT and sometimes they use OT instead of methadone as a long term maintenance treatment. What is significant is that they don’t know the proper dosage of OT and they prescribe too much. Their prescribed OT amount is 4 or 5 times more than what we prescribe for our travelers.
I believe even about the methadone they are prescribing too much just like your country. Because our medical system in addiction treatment is a copy of your medical methods.
Fortunately, clinics which are cooperating with Congress 60 (More than 150 clinics in Iran) are learning our ways and as they say they are getting closer to Congress 60 standards in medicine dosages.
