The negative forces will put fasting in opposition to human’s authority. Or they put prayers in opposition to human personality or character. Which one will be selected by human, then? Human beings will resist whatever opposes their personality or authority.

The seventh session of the 16th   round of the Roudaki Branch Workshops was held on     May  10th   2018 at 17 9.m. This meeting was held by Mr. Amin (the worldview watcher) as the guest speaker, Mr. Hassan as the master of ceremony and Mr. Amir as the secretary. The weekly agenda was “Ramadan’s inspiration”.

Hello friends, I am Amin, a traveler. Hope you are all fine and the first travelers will be successful in their travel and can ever-increasingly reach well-being and balance. Thank God I am here at your service.

Today’s agenda is the “Ramadan’s inspiration”. Actually, the start of Congress60 was in Ramadan. When I think I find out that in that time (1996), I did not realise the importance of Ramadan, in which our life got out of destruction through the DST method which was inspired by Ramadan.

In that time, I hated Ramadan, because I could not register with it and fasting was something difficult to me. It took me years to understand Ramadan and conciliate it. Sometimes, knowing a thing takes time so that we could sense it and understand its meaning. Nowadays, many people have the same attitude and get angry when they hear about Ramadan. I remember when I was a kid, my family decided to move to Zahedan because of war bombardments and as we reached there, the ceasefire was signed. It was May and scorchingly hot. We (my sisters and I) were only six to ten years old and we were very thirsty. Although my mother insisted on getting water for us, the shop-keepers avoided giving us some water, because it was Ramadan. That bias towards Ramadan made us hate it. Sometimes the truth can very beautiful but it is badly expressed.

One of the important acts of the negative forces is to put two good things on the opposite sides. For example, they put a daughter in opposition to his father or mother. Or they put a wife in opposition to her husband. For instance, I know fast is a very good thing and now I know how useful it is to reconstruct my body system. Going on a fast is like a recovery for the X-system and it prepares an opportunity to reconstruct the damaged parts of body to return to their normal state. When I realise [this truth], how would I react? How would I view it? However, the negative forces will put fasting in opposition to human’s authority. Or they put prayers in opposition to human personality or character. Which one will be selected by human, then? Human beings will resist whatever opposes their personality or authority. Therefore, they will select their own personality over prayers in this situation. But we should know that they are not in opposition naturally and they are close together and beside each other [they are not in contrast with each other]. Therefore, if human beings recognize the merits of fasting and know how useful it is, they will select it enthusiastically.

Congress60 believes that all human beings are capable of going on a fast. For healthy people, its advantages are clear. Those who have not the power to fast or the ill ones are not required to fast if it is dangerous to them. But for those who have started their addiction treatment towards reaching balance and health, they are required to go on a fast on the basis of their ability and treatment state. There is a viewpoint stating that you are either healthy or unhealthy and there is not a point in between. This is not an appropriate viewpoint, because life has a continuum of different colors and you cannot claim that everything is either white or black. In Congress60, we have understood the tolerance point and we believe that on the basis of our ability  and the treatment state, we have to fast and make use of the merits of Ramadan. For instance, a person can fast for four hours and the other can go on a fast for 10 hours. In fact, we hated Ramadan, because we had not the power to fast. Generally, human beings hate the things whose reasons are unknown to them or they are incapable of doing.

The dear first travelers must benefit from this month by percentile fasting to their power and ability. In the book, Crossing the Zone of 60 Degrees Below Zero, it has been mentioned that among all drinks, we have only tried orange juice and we have disregarded other juices and it is also better to try them. Going on a fast is one of those other juices that we had not experienced before. We are unable to determine whether it is good or bad  for us, unless we try it.

I hope we will benefit from this month by fasting and tasting its savour.
