Thank you for this update on NA attitudes toward the D.S.T. method. I was interested in this because of current negative attitudes of many U.S. NA groups toward methadone.
Please send me the email address of Dr. Reza Daneshmand and I will write to introduce myself to him and being including him in our emails about the study. I am delighted to hear of his willingness to collaborate with us on the design and conduct of the study. I will be happy to facilitate using Chestnut Health Systems IRB to review the study design for any ethical issues involving human subjects.
Sending President Obama a copy of the interview is a great idea. I do some work with the staff of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy. I will forward them our interview to see if it can be passed on to President Obama. I will let you know if I get any response.

The day that I started Congress 60, I was criticized by some of NA members concerning the D.S.T method, but today some of NA members believed that services of Congress 60 are free of charge just like them and is not a jobbery and they have witnessed the achievements of Congress 60 so we have a good and friendly relationship. As far as I know the D.S.T method is not criticized.
About smoking cessation study; I have listed one of my friends and colleagues Dr. Reza Daneshmand (who is a Psychiatrist and is a lecturer of university and has done many studies and researches regarding addiction and is the owner of two addiction treatment clinics and is cooperating with Congress 60) and he has welcomed my offer warmly.
He is aware of our cooperation and I have nominated him for this study to do clinical tests and experiments that we may need.
we can start the study under your supervision if you are agree with his presence.
The outline that you have sent regarding this study is perfect and I think as for part ‘H’- Ethics, the Chestnut Health System IRB is more suitable.
Now I am waiting for your step by step dictation (we will do as you say) regarding this study.
I will send the videos and photos which I promised soon.
I don’t know that you are aware or not that president Obama has stopped smoking for 10 months now and he is chewing Nicorete (nicotine gum).
I wanted to send him our interview of smoking cessation but I did not know if it is possible or not and if it is possible then how to do such a thing.
