I hope you are fine, I am well.
Last days of Ramadan is passing. Ramadan is a month full of friendship and bliss.
It is like a feast in which everyone is so vibrant, some are cooking, some are washing the dishes, and each day a legion is in charge of serving in kitchen. Everyone is trying their best to support this ceremony financially.
Dear Bill,
Believe me when I say our cauldrons are magical! I can’t think of even one time that we lacked enough food. We always have some leftovers that we lend to neighbors or travelers to take home. All the cooks are picked from our members who learned how to cook within Congress 60.
Just like addiction treatment and worldview that we have our unique methods, in cooking I have created new methods. We really miss you here and hopefully one day I will have you here by my side.
From other perspective, you are always present here since your name is being mentioned every day within all branches.
All the smoking cessation legions bears your name.
You mentioned that controversy about effectiveness of addiction treatment methods in the U.S. is ongoing.
I believe they are right to continue these debates. Apart from the recovery, no success has been achieved in medical treatment section. In fact there is no true method in medical treatment, and these methods are like childish games!
They claim addiction is like diabetes or blood pressure! This is so wrong!
Addiction is a substitution. In fact addiction is the replacement of narcotics instead of natural opioids within body. This process is reversible, in other words, addiction is completely curable. We must fulfill medical treatment or physical treatment and then enter the recovery.
If we take a look at other NGOs, non-medical organizations, and groups they are praying and sharing their memories in their sessions! They don’t possess the correct knowledge! They are striving to keep their sobriety.
Do whatever you can to be sober just for today, they are saying. They are in fact engaging their members in a lifetime and ongoing war! A war against themselves! A war against drugs, against friends! Or a fear of themselves, fear of drugs, fear of law, fear of family, fear of everything!
A deep fear that they are struggling with a mysterious illness! An unknown illness!
Dear friend, our story today resembles closely to the story of Galileo and Copernicus! They claimed earth is not the center of universe and all the planets are circling around the sun! They were prosecuted by church!
Today all the addiction treatment centers are in middle ages! They didn’t have any proper treatment method for alcoholism in middle ages! Today they are suffering the same fate with some changed circumstances.
The illness stays the same however the dressing is changed! Or the horse is the same and saddle is changed!
All the treatment methods must be revised and their effectiveness must be re-evaluated.
Dignitaries are thinking with their eyes! Therefore they are not seeing any progress, and still they are confronted with homeless addicts. That’s why in order to change they utilize force and police.
I believe the problem lies within addiction treatment centers! They possess no true knowledge regarding addiction treatment except for some psychoactive pills which in some cases are worse than narcotics!
They replace narcotics with these psychoactive pills, like hidden hands are controlling this process. The more pills they make the more profit is gained.
If one day they find the true knowledge of addiction treatment JUST LIKE Congress 60 did, the compulsory methods will fade away.
Even the hypocrisy in this field will fade away.
We are having the co-guide examination in two weeks. As I mentioned before 4500 individuals enrolled for this exam. They must study real hard to be accepted. Those who are accepted in this exam know the addiction treatment like back of their hands!
Addiction is completely curable but unfortunately the scientific centers are not familiar with it. They think they know the road and they even have addiction treatment PhD! However, I know that they don’t know. I have been able to cure more than 25000 individuals in the past 20 years. I have been able to present 15 national athletes out of addicts! such transformation! In past 3 years our rugby team achieved many championships. Our beach rugby team gained first and second place in our national cup in past 2 years.
Dear Bill, all I have mentioned is just to remind a fact. In the ongoing turmoil between addicts and those who are trying to cure them, none are familiar with true nature of addiction! This turmoil will continue indeed!
The only help which was provided for drug abusers is the recovery.
Ramadan is over now and I am back to my agricultural activities. I must go to my farm once a week to handle chores.
