The 9th session of 14th round of Omane Samani , Shahrekord Branch Weekly Workshops was held on 27 February 2017 at 3 P.M . This meeting was held by the attendance of Miss Bahare as the master of ceremony , Mrs. Neda as guest speaker and Mrs. Elham acted as the secretory. The agenda was "The worldview and the difference between an addict and a traveler's viewpoint "
Master : Today's agenda is made up of 2 sections : worldview and the difference between an addict and a traveler's viewpoint . The worldview is our feelings and also our realization about the world around us . As what you know, the whole world has been hapless to treat addiction. In fact, addiction has been known as an irremediable, mysterious and progressive disease. However, the treatment of drugs addiction only happened in the Congress60. According to the Congress60's idea, to treat addiction is three sides of treatment triangle (body , psych and worldview ) must be balanced at the same time. Rebuilding a traveler's body needs taking OT (Opium Tincture ) syrup under the supervision of his/her guide and serving in Congress60 is the solution of rebuilding of psyche's side . Also, the side of worldview should be balanced by learning from the Congress60 masters and listening to the weekly educational CDs and reading articles.
A Congerss60's newcomer is considered as a traveler or a companion after attending three sessions of consultation for newcomers. Then, they should select their guide (only through their sense ). After that, a traveler or companion, the one who is not addict and just accompanies a traveler) should attend the educational legions and learn. In this process travelers and companions' improvement depends on their obedience.
More obedience in the congress60 results in having better travels. Generally, in Congress60, the title of traveler is given to someone who deeply has the intention of redemption from addiction. This travel is not a placement travel. It means that a traveler does not want to go from a city to another city. The goal of Congress60 is reaching balance and this balance will be achieved through an inner travel. A travel from anger to kindness, from illness to health , from darkness to light , from humility to pride and a travel from fear to courage. And all of these changes occur within the Congress60's members (both travelers and companions). According to Congress60's treatment process, companions need to travel too, of course, a travel without any medicine (Opium Tincture). In fact, it is an inner travel in order to reach balance . The members behave disgracefully towards people at the time of their entrance to the Congress60 . Actually, they had been furious at others. But, after a few months from their attendance at Congress60 and learning worldview, their different viewpoints produce different images from the whole world. One of the differences between an addict and a traveler's viewpoint is this fact that an addict always nags and behaves \ unfairly. They always tend to consume drugs also they accept the addiction as an illness that will be their closest companion from beginning to the end of their lives. On the other hand, a traveler knows that nobody is concerned as deeply as themselves for their true self. (The third valley of congress60 valleys teaches it to all of the Congress60's members.
) And a traveler had learned not to leave their own responsibility to God through the fourth valley (in vital matters, leaving the responsibility to God means neglecting one's own responsibility, the fourth valley of fourteen valleys of LOVE book (which is written by Mr. Hosein Dezhakam).
Also a traveler has learned that their body needs drug since their X-system is ruined by drugs. And after their redemption from addiction, they will have finely balanced the X-system. Therefore, they do not need to consume drugs anymore. And a Congress60's member had thought that addiction is a remediable disease by the tenth valley (the tenth valley reads: a human being's past attributes do not remain the same because, he is constantly changing).
In fact, this agenda (the difference between the viewpoint of a traveler and an addict ) wants to say that all differences between an addict and Congress60 travelers are due to worldview . If a drug consumer improves their viewpoint , they will definitely treat it. I hope all of us will be able to improve our worldview and move from anti-value deeds toward value deeds.
